Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) Leadership of local leaders affecting the strength of the community: Case study in Lat Lum Kaeo District, Pathumthani Province. 2) To compare Leadership of local leaders affecting the strength of the community: Case study in Lat Lum Kaeo District, Pathumthani Province. This study used quantitative research. The populations were 66,360 people in Lat Lum Kaeo District, Pathumthani Province. The samples were 382 persons. Sampling method was simple sampling. Research tool was questionnaire. Data analysis using the software package. Statistics used in data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA.
The results of the study found that: Leadership of local leaders affecting the strength of the community: Case study in Lat Lum Kaeo District, Pathumthani Province overall was more level. When considering each aspect found that Morality and ethics has highest mean. Next, they were responsibility, Communications and personality. And decision has lowest mean. The compare level of Leadership of local leaders affecting the strength of the community: Case study in Lat Lum Kaeo District, Pathumthani Province classified by, age, occupation and income found that overall were different. Except gender and education level were not different
