PERSONNELS’ SATISFACTION TOWARDS BUILDING AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT OF DEMONSTRATION SCHOOL OF SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

               This study of the satisfaction of the personnel towards the administration of buildings
and facilities of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School was aimed to
inquire about the satisfaction of the personnel towards the administration of buildings, and
facilities of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School. Sample groups
included the personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School
(Primary Division), the tools used in this research were the questionnaire of the personnel
satisfaction towards the administration of building and facilities of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University Demonstration school. The statistics used for data analysis were the Mean ( X ),
the Standard Deviation (S.D.), and satisfaction levels.
The results showed that
The Satisfaction with buildings, cleanliness facilities, the Mean (( X ) was 4.31, the
standard deviation (S.D.) was equal to 0.72, with a high level of satisfaction. In safety, the
Mean (( X ) was 4.35, the standard deviation (S.D.) was equal to 0.62, with a high level of
satisfaction, and facilities, the Mean (( X ) was 4.51, the standard deviation (S.D.) was equal
to 054, with the highest level of satisfaction.
