Research on the application of digital technology in the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, digital technology is increasingly widely used in the protection of intangible cultural heritage. This article discusses the importance of digital technology in the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage, its specific application forms, problems and challenges, and future development directions. Through the research on digital recording and archiving, virtual display and experience, big data analysis and decision support, new media communication and promotion, this paper expound the new opportunities and new ways brought by digital technology for the protection of intangible cultural heritage, and also analyzes the problems that may arise in the application process in terms of technology, capital, talent and culture, and puts forward corresponding solutions, in order to provide useful reference for the effective protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
The research results are as follows:
