THE STUDY ON SATISFACTION OF GEN0201 ONLINE TEACHING MANAGEMENT: THAI LANGUAGE USAGE COURSE

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the satisfaction of online learning
management for the GEN0201: Thai language course, 1st semester, 2021 and 2) to improve the
efficiency of online learning management of the GEN0201: Thai language Usage Course. The
sample group is 400 students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The questionnaire is used
to collect data. The statistics use to analyze the data are percentage (%), mean (x̄) and standard
deviation (S.D.).
The results show that The students who answered the questionnaire are 54 male
(13.50%) and 346 female (86.50%), 211 1st year students (52.75%), 89 2nd year students
(22.25%), 3rd year 51 people (12.75%), and 4th year 49 people (12.25%). Students are from
8 departments; Faculty of Education, 92 people (23.00%), Faculty of Science and Technology,
75 people ( 18.75%), Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences 58 people (14.50%), Faculty
of Management Science 47 people (11.75%), Faculty of Industrial Technology 41 people
(10.25%), Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts 29 people (7.25%), College of Innovation and
Management, 32 people (8.00%) and College of Architecture, 26 people (6.50%). For an
overview of the students' satisfaction towards the GEN0201: Thai Language Usage Course
online learning management, 1st semester, 2021, they are at a high level (x̄= 3.94, S.D. =
0.5830). Therefore, in term of ability to answer questions clearly and to the point of the course
instructors is the most satisfaction. In term of, details and clarity of exam schedule data (x̄=4.21, S.D. = 0.4094), course information (x̄
= 4.14, S.D. = 0.5028), and time table course (x̄) =4.13, S.D.= 0.5184)
