Abstract

              This research aimed to study the level of the student's relationship to College of Logistics and supply chain. 207 students at college of logistics and a supply chain were this research sample, which a simple sampling was used. The questionnaire was used for collecting and the data was analyzed by statistics (the average, percentage, t-test, standard deviation and one-way ANOVA). The results showed that the factors affecting relationship between student, lectures and friends were the high with 0.05 significant. In terms of the teaching class, atmosphere and operation. The building management were the second affecting factors. Therefore, the creating a student's engagement level required an activity to promote the creation of a relationship between students, lecturers and friends. Therefore, the student will have the better overall engagement factor that results in a sense of commitment to the institution.
