CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT AFFECTS THE RETENTION OF EMPLOYEES OF THE PAPER MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the condition of the commitment to the
organization that affects the maintenance of the employees. And to study the commitment to
