Employing a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and document analysis, the research explores the strategic elements that contribute to the success of Thai entrepreneurs engaged in international trade. The key focus areas include the adoption of digital tools and technologies, strategic market research practices, the integration of digital solutions into supply chain management, and the measurement of success metrics such as revenue growth and market share. The findings reveal that successful entrepreneurs exhibit a nuanced understanding of digital dynamics, effectively leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency, navigate global markets, and foster adaptability.
