PREPARING ONLINE EXAM GUIDE IN MOODLE SYSTEM FOR GENERAL EDUCATION COURSES
Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to build knowledge and understanding in
working to be the same standard and 2) to reduce errors in the work by measuring the number
of complaints and problems of the examination. Estimated from the number of complaints
about problems with the examination. Assessment of the satisfaction of using the manual
online examination system from 400 users. The data are analyzed by using frequency,
percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the research show that 1) the operation using the online exam manual
system can manage the event more efficiently. There is a decrease in the number of students'
complaints in conducting the final semester comprehensive examination. In the first semester,
the number of complaints is 0.97%, the second semester, the number of complaints is 0.19%,
and in summer semester, the number of complaints is 0.17%. 2) The results of the satisfaction
analysis by using the online exam manual, in terms of the book form, it is found that the
overall satisfaction is the most level. When consider in each item, find that the color and
design are interesting in which text size is easy to read and the arrangement of the images, the
text is well organized and the satisfaction level is highest. For content find that overall is the
most satisfied when considering each item, it is found that the completeness/sufficiency of
the content in the manual is the most satisfactory.
