Abstract

The aim of this study was to create an application form for students who satisfy the school's quota. Students in Grades 7 and 10 at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University will be chosen. Due to internal school quotas, the sample group for this study was composed of 133 children in Grade 9 and 74 students in Grade 6 based on academic records. and a survey on application submission services satisfaction to address the issue of incomplete information filling and shorten processing times. In the event that students have trouble recording their grades or test results accurately.
According to the research's results, the school's forms of application for quota-type students were reviewed. Students' satisfaction with the service process was determined to be at the highest level, with an average score of 4.62. Information and content make up both categories of student application document quality. The assessment of student satisfaction yielded an average score of 4.99, the best possible score. The student satisfaction assessments showed an average of 4.31 in terms of use, indicating a good degree of satisfaction. This came about following an assessment of the application materials for kids at the school who fit the quota. It was discovered that in addition to resolving the issue of incomplete information filling out, likewise it increases the process of collecting documents, improving the effectiveness of database-formatted data storage, for example. This reduces staff time and improves the search, retrieval, and use of information.
