Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study was to study teachers' expectation for research and academic service provision, a case study of research and academic service department in Faculty of Management Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample used in this study were lecturers from the Faculty of Management Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, a total of 80 people. The collecting data used questionnaires and statistics used to analyze the data, including percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that the sample group had expectations for the quality of service equipment/facilities were appropriate with an average of 4.73, at the most expected level. The aspect of receiving benefits meets the needs with an average of 4.62, at the most expected level. The aspect of providing services with politeness, gentleness and friendly with an average of 4.35, at the most expected level. The aspect of providing services process was convenient, fast, not complicated and on time with an average of 4.28, at the most expected level, and the aspect of providing services with accuracy and reliability with an average of 4.18, at a very expected level.
