Abstract

The development of student activities in the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, aims to explore ways to enhance activities that are of high quality and appropriate to the educational context of the faculty. The focus is on promoting key skills for students, such as artistic skills, creativity, teamwork, and the development of management abilities, as well as preparing them for entering the job market in the future. This research employs a survey method to gather data from a sample group of students, faculty members, and staff through questionnaires and interviews to collect opinions and suggestions on activity management in the faculty. The results of the study indicate that the development of activities in the fields of art and culture should receive support in terms of resources and systematic coordination in order to create diverse and valuable learning experiences for students. Furthermore, there should be activities focused on developing skills in management and presenting artistic works, to enhance the students' potential to effectively compete in the modern world.
