Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the temperature-controlled warehouse
management process, a case study of Thailand Post Distribution Company Limited. 2. To study
the temperature-controlled warehouse management process model, a case study of Thailand
Post Distribution Company Limited. Tribulation Company Limited. Interviewees include:
company employee Thailand Post Distribution Co., Ltd., Bangna Warehouse, Samut Prakan,
19 people: 1. Customer Management Department: 4 people; 2. Temperature Controlled
Warehouse Department: 10 people; 3. Information Department: 5 people. Tools used in
research. Including an in- depth interview with key informants being company employees. Thai
Post Distribution Company Limited, Bangna Warehouse, Samut Prakan, 3 departments. Data
from interview respondents were analyzed using content analysis. This article presents the
results of qualitative research. The results of the research found that 1) The company has a
temperature-controlled warehouse management process by using various technologies in
operations to make operations as efficient as possible, mainly by using the WMS system in the
warehouse to help. Increase the efficiency of working in the warehouse. 2) The temperature-
controlled warehouse management process model that can be used in the warehouse is the use
of modern technology in the warehouse to increase work efficiency. Makes work in the
warehouse quality and developed for the better.
