Abstract

The purpose of this research is to 1. Analysis of the production process of basketry production. Meticulous handicrafts. 2. Development of labor force in the production process with full efficiency. By using samples which are Pranee Handicraft Group Chang Buri province, Thailand. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Wickerwork production process consists of important processes which are Preparation of material, weaving and maintenance of basketry conditions 2. From the analysis of the data of the production process, the wickerwork of Pranee Handicraft Group makes it possible to create a solution to the problem in the production process, which is 1) clearly dividing the duty groups in the production process 2) using certain types of work as the distinctive points in the product and 3) Use the design process to create new types of products.
