Forty third-year students at the Faculty of Education SSRU, 2017, were asked to summarize (about 150-200 words) an episode of Sherlock Homes after they had read it at home. Then, they were also asked to write an open-ended self assessment expressing how successful they felt about their writing product and how they felt about learning writing and what difficulties they encountered during the process of writing. Also they were interviewed one by one related to what they had written in the self assessment and what hidden feelings they wanted to express with the teacher researcher personally. It was reveled that most of students did not feel happy with their writing products. Then the Process Approach was introduced in the teaching of writing. After 8 weeks of the writing process through 4 simplified novels, they were asked to write an open-ended self assessment and were interviewed again. The content analysis technique was used to analyze how the students expressed. Therefore, learning in this class is not interesting. From the observation of students’ behaviors, we found that students lacked of interest in this religious study and lacked of faith in Buddhism. Among the society of Thai people in this era (2016), people are fond of valuable objects and far off from Buddhism. Because the social value today is degenerated, people in the society lack of responsibility for community, and being more selfish. Thai children are considered to be the country’s development in the future. For this reason, developing the efficiency of children is the important thing as indicated in National Education Act of 2010, section 28: Learning management must improve humankinds and make them have equality in knowledge, perception, ability, goodness, and responsibility in society. From the problems above, researchers see the significance of Buddha’s moral teaching, so we would bring and adapt it for using to solve the problems in future lives. Morals of religious day are considered to be the heart of Buddhism. They are rational and approvable by multiple ways of learning that emphasize the importance of learners. They arouse learners to be interested to learn and to care of religious study more than before. This research is an experimental research that has the main purposes as the following: 1.) to improve the results of school learning in social study on the topic of morals of Buddhism religious day by using assignment with Active learning. 2.) to compare its previous results to after results. 3.) to study the satisfaction of students in using the assignments and Active learning. In addition, the group of study is five students in Matthayom 3/4, in 2016 school year of Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Office of Education, in Bangkok by purposive selection. The tools used in this research are learning scheme by using Active learning, assignments on the topic of morals of Buddhism religious day, evaluation exams before and after learning, and satisfaction survey of assignment series. Based on the Verification of it’s quality by using the IOC (Item Objective Congruence Index) and the analyzing of the information by using the mean value and standard deviation, we found that the results of learning morals of religious day by using assignment series with Active learning have the mean score of 23.8 and the deviation of 3.03. Consequently, using the assignment series with Active learning made learners have opportunity to search for the answers and practice by themselves at the same time. Therefore, it affected learners in developing learning potential, which should be developed efficiently. After learning using the assignment series with Active learning, students have better results compared to the results before learning, which the mean and deviation after the management are 23.8 and 3.03, and the mean and deviation before the management are 14.4 and 2.3 as the following. In addition, students were favorable to the assignment series with Active learning, which generally have the mean of 4.83 and the deviation of 0.28. The assignments were appropriate to students’ potential. They looked novelty and interesting when working with Active learning. It aimed to: 1) provide guidelines for the system development of the postgraduate student application for admission of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University; 2) enhance the efficiency of the postgraduate student application for admission of the university; and 3) transform a routine work on the system development of the postgraduate student application for admission into a research. The New Student Admission group determined an action plan on knowledge management for the fiscal year 2017 to guide the practice of the knowledge sharing. The knowledge sharing of the group was performed based on sharing and exchanging of knowledge and experiences among staff members from different organizations within the university with the aim to gain techniques and know-how on enhancing work performance and satisfying the service receivers. The group also invited an expert to give suggestions on how to develop a system. This practice also led to the development of good relations between staff members of the Academic Services Division and those of the faculties and colleges.<br>The results of the knowledge sharing showed that the old system used for the application of admission has a drawback that the applicants had to come to apply in person at the university which costed them unnecessary time and money. Upon realizing this drawback, the group decided to develop an online system for the new student application for admission. It began with assigning the members to study the online system of other universities and sharing the information with other member. After a series of meeting in which the members exchange and share their knowledge, an online system was developed. The group asked the Graduate School to gather information of the qualifications of the applicants of each program and prepare an announcement for new student application for the postgraduate programs (singed by the Dean of the Graduate School). Then, the New Student Admission Section used the information in the announcement to set the online system on which programs would open for new student application. The application could be made at www.admission.ssru.ac.th and once the applicants had made an application online, they had to pay a fee at any counter services. The objectives of this knowledge sharing practice were to: 1) develop/improve work performance of personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University; 2) provide guidelines to enhance the online system for changing of grade “I”; and 3) transform a routine work on the development of the online free enrollment system into a research. The group members held a series of meeting with the purpose to share and exchange knowledge and experiences with each other to develop an online system for changing grade “I”. The group also invited an expert in the field to give suggestions on the developed system. The KM group was formed by a cooperation of academic supporting staff whose duties involved changing grade “I” for undergraduate students. The group members consisted of staff members from 9 organizations within the university including: 1) the Academic Services Division; 2) the Faculty of Management Science; 3) College of Innovations and Management; 4) College of Logistics and Supply Chain; 5) Nakhon Pathom Education center; 6) the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts; 7) the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences; 8) the Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning; and 9) the International College.<br>The results of the knowledge sharing practice showed that the old system used by the faculties/colleges/education centers to change grade “I” for students was not sufficiently efficient. Based on the old system, the supporting staff had to gather all the request form for changing of grade “I” from lecturers and presented them in the meeting of the faculty/college/education center to gain an approval. After that, they had to prepare a memo requesting to change grade “I” for students and submit it to the Registrar’s Office to process the requests. The steps in this old system sometimes caused a delay in changing of grade “I”. Upon realizing this problem, the group members conducted the knowledge sharing practice and developed the online system for changing of grade “I” which allowed staff members of the faculties/colleges/education center to be able to confirm the change of grade “I”. It aimed to: 1) develop and improve a work procedure/work practices of personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University; 2) develop an online free enrollment system for the university; and 3) transform a routine work on the development of the online free enrollment system into a research. The knowledge sharing on this topic was conducted via a series of group meetings in which the members of group actively shared their work experiences, problems, techniques on student enrollment with each other. The group members also exchanged their knowledge with personnel from the faculties/colleges/educational centers. Moreover, they also searched information from various secondary sources and established a knowledge management action plan to guide their practices. They analyzed the knowledge gained form the knowledge sharing activities and transformed them into a new body of knowledge. The members of the KM group consisted of academic supporting staff from 8 internal organizations: 1) the Academic Services Division; 2) the Faculty of Science and Technology; 3) the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty; 4) the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts; 5) the Faculty of Management Science; 6) the Faculty of Education; 7) the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University; and the Nakhon Pathom Education Center. The members worked together to develop the online free enrollment system. Experts in the field of course enrollment were invited to check and comment the efficiency of system. They also gave suggestions to improve the system.<br>The results of the knowledge sharing indicated that the previous system which students had to enroll courses according to the study plans set by the faculties/colleges had a limitation in that students were not allowed to enroll in courses based on their willingness and real interest. This may affect the students’ CGPA and some students may be eventually retired. Therefore, the members of the KM group agreed that this university enrollment system needed to be changed into the new system which allowed students to enroll in any courses based on their own interest. This new system was known as the “Free Enrollment”. Based on this system, the Registrar’s Office would open and close the system according to the university academic calendar. Students would be able to enroll in/add-drop courses by themselves at reg.ssru.ac.th. However, if students would like to make a request on late course enrollment/adding-dropping, they had to contact their faculty/college/education center to proceed their request, and they also needed to download a bill payment and pay for a tuition fee at any banks/counter services. The newly developed system would allow the students to make their own decision on the study plan according to their interest. For quantitative research technique, the results from 400 sampling savers revealed that they were well-educated, having upper medium to high revenue and had average saving rate between 25 – 30 % of their income. Their main purpose of saving was for spending in the end of life period. As for the pattern of savings / investment they approached to the commercial bank, purchase the lottery 3 years from Government Saving Bank and invest in life insurance policies more than invest in financial assets in The Stock Exchange of Thailand because of the household savers understood the lump sum risk from SET and they did not want to face with fluctuation movement. For qualitative research technique by an in-depth interview with 15 savers showed their vision that “SAVING” for life was essential for everyone. The study used an experimental posttest only design with one group of the participants receiving an intervention, which is role-playing, designed to cultivate English speaking skill necessary for law enforcement. Data were analyzed with percentage, means, and standard deviation. Study tools included communicative-language-teaching lesson plans, and an indirect language test paper in the form of multiple-choice questions in the situations arising while they are on duty. The test determined whether and to what extent grammatical form and grammatical meaning had an effect on use of English after instruction. The results of the study presented empirical evidence in support of the validity of the two underlying constructs operationalized in the role playing used in class. The study showed understanding their mind-set, needs and wants to leaning in the faculties of SSRU, image of SSRU, perception by open house event and exiting to present the syllabus of SSRU by handbills by set up a booth.<br>The questionnaires of SHS students classified by gender, field poverty to study. The research collected data by questionnaire from 400 SHS students. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test were employed for data analysis through SPSS.<br>The results showed 32.5 and 35 percentage of SHS students needed to learn for the first in Faculty of Management Science SSRU by open house event and set up a booth event and distributed the handbill the exhibitions 6 universities, respectively. This study aimed was compared the perception and attitude between open house event and set up a booth outside of SSRU. Two promotion for entrance to SSRU by open house event and set up of a booth by handbill showed perception of standards of the academic 25 and 27.5 percentage, respectively. This study examines the correlation between health status and health promoting behaviors. The sample population consists of 234 personnel. Data were collected through questionnaires. Statistical analysis shows percentage, mean, standard deviation, correlation, Chi-square test and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.<br>The results show that; most of respondents were women (55.4%) and work in the back office (27.4%). The age of the samples mostly ranges from 21 to 30 years (42.2%). The marital status of the sample is mostly single (58.5%). Physical health status: most of the samples have BMI level in normal (53.3%), have never had annual health checkup (41.5%). Three congenital diseases that were found the most are gastritis (28.2%), allergy (26.6%), and migraine (17.1%). /Mental health status: most of the samples’ mental health is fair (48.72%). Factors correlated with health status can be shown as followed. Demographic factors including gender, field or work, age, marital status, education degree, and income per month have no correlation with health promoting behaviors. Annual health checkup is significantly correlated with health promoting behaviors in the dimensions of self-responsibility for one’s health and spiritual development at the statistical level 0.1. BMI has no correlation with health promoting behaviors in any dimension. Mental health status is significantly correlated with health promoting behaviors in the dimensions of self-responsibility for one’s health, nutrition, exercise, stress management, interpersonal relationship, and spiritual development at the statistical level 0.1. From 30 selected samples, the timeframe of this study held seven weeks. Regarding to research tools, three types of writing comprising letter, essay, and article were provided in term of tests and exercises by using RAFT method. The result demonstrates that an average score showing creative writing’s ability after using RAFT marks above expected criterion from 70 percentages to 83.20. Another point to concern is that post-test score obviously increases from pre-test. Ten years after deregulation of the pharmaceutical market in Thailand, the industry faces strong challenges. Organized purchasing groups emerged to gain bargaining power towards suppliers. Nonetheless there are traditional players (pharmacies) who remain independent. The purpose of this paper is to assess and compare the perceived quality of the service provided by the traditional distributors with the one from the economic groups, and identify which factors need to be more developed by these groups to improve its service. Twenty-two pharmacies were interviewed (ten belonging to a specific economic group and ten independent ones). Findings show that the main criteria for supplier selection are the commercial conditions. Although the access to more favourable purchasing prices is the leading reason for pharmacies joining the economic group, lack of fulfilment of the overall commercial advantages announced by the economic groups (such as service consistency and price, when compared to the monthly fee payed to the group) lead some pharmacies to remain independent. Why-Why Analysis and Fishbone Diagram were used to find the causes and ways to increase the efficiency of moving goods within the warehouse with the ABC Analysis theory. It was found that the picking of goods was delayed due to 4 reasons: inadequate equipment, the staff who lack expertise in the operation, the process that still lacks the pattern in each step of the operation, and a variety of products. The company has technology but it cannot be used to identify location, therefore the problem of old products and new products mixed together, making management difficult. When analyzing ABC for product classification, it can improve the storage process within the warehouse more efficiently. The researchers measured 3 dimensions of logistics performance: cost dimension, time dimension, and reliability dimension. After increasing the warehouse efficiency, it found that the original cost of 64,000 baht can be reduced to 40,000.312 baht per month. At the same time, the time of 1 hour and 30 minutes per cycle can be reduced to 1 hour per cycle. For the reliability, it found that employees within the warehouse originally pick up the product according to the target of 95 percent. Switching barrier is defined as any factor that makes it difficult or costly for customers to change providers on the satisfaction and repurchase intentions relationship. The characteristic of Low Fare service which possibly presents ample opportunities for customers to easily switch their purchase intention to others. Therefore, it is important for the service provider to learn how to retain or to prevent their existing customers from switching their purchase to other service providers in the highly competitive area. Survey data were collected: six hundred sets of completed questionnaire were collected by means of random face-to-face interview with passengers waiting for their flights at two major airports of Thailand. A confirmatory factor analysis was conducted with two independent constructs, satisfaction and switching barriers, showed that two constructs fitted well with the empirical data. And, a structural equation model utilizing the data as observed variables and the constructs as latent variables produced a model that showed the impact of switching barriers on the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The major hypothesis, customer satisfaction was found to have a strong influence on repurchase intentions. Respondents who report high levels of satisfaction with the airlines were likely to have high repurchase intentions. The reliability of the questionnaire is found out by Cronbach's alpha coefficient method. The reliability of the corporate reputation, the corporate image, the purchase intention and the loyalty were 0.946, 0.940, 0.909 and 0.92. Descriptive Statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and the regression analysis will be used the Inferential Statistics to analyze.<br>The results of the study found that the effect of corporate reputation on the customer purchase intentions of low-cost airline is about 52.20%, which the corporate reputation was a statistically significant in a positive relationship on the purchase intentions with 0.722. The effect of corporate image on the customer purchase intentions of low-cost airline is about 60.70%, which the corporate image was a statistically significant in a positive relationship on the purchase intentions with 0.779. The effect of corporate reputation on the customer loyalty of low-cost airline is about 50.60%, which the corporate reputation was the statistically significant in a positive relationship on the loyalty with 0.711. The effect of corporate image on the customer loyalty of low-cost airline is about 59.90%, which the corporate image was the statistically significant in a positive relationship on loyalty with 0.774. In conclusion, when customers perceive the good corporate image, they will have more loyalty to the airline. The better corporate image the airlines have, the more loyalty the customers will have to the airline. Most universities in Thailand including Rajabhat Universities have realized the importance of work morale and explore such relationship. This research study aimed to investigate the influence of leadership and work morale on work performance of academic support staff of the Upper Northeastern Rajabhat University in Thailand. The research study was a quantitative research method. The population of this research study was academic support staffs with the samples of 349 respondents determined by using proportional random sampling based on Krejcie &amp; Morgan formula. Data were collected through 5-point Likert scale questionnaire surveys. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of leadership, work morale and work performance were 0.945, 0.901, and 0.945. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis.<br>The results of this research study showed that staffs’ opinion on leadership and work performance were at high levels with mean scores of 3.96 and 4.0, respectively while work morale was at a moderate level with mean score of 3.28. The research results from hypotheses testing found that leadership and work morale factors can predict work performance up to 29.10% (Adjusted R-Square 0.291) at 0.05 significant levels. The leadership had a statistically significant positive influenced on work morale with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.309. The work morale had a statistically significant positive influenced on work performance with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.206. The leadership had a statistically significant positive influenced on work performance with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.542. The focus target population includes SMEs entrepreneurs of Udon Thani province in Thailand, for a total of 1,037 enterprises. A sample was calculated according to the formula of Taro Yamane, and 400 samples were selected by proportional sampling and simple random sampling. Reliability testing was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient values as follows; 0.915 of organizational dynamic capability, 0.945 of innovation and 0.864 of business performance. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis has been tested by F-test (One Way ANOVA), Pearson product coefficient correlation, and Regression analysis.<br>The hypothesis testing: there was not difference in the level of organizational dynamic capability, innovation, and business performance when classified by organizational factors. The organizational dynamic capability can predict an innovation of 63.2%. Furthermore, it was found that the organizational dynamic capability presents a statistically significant positive influence on innovation by the standardized coefficients (β) was 0.795. For the second equation, organizational dynamic capability can predict a business performance of 54.2%, standardized coefficients (β) equals to 0.736. For the third equation, innovation can predict a business performance of 53.8% (adjusted R2 0.538). In addition, it was found that the innovation has a statistically significant positive influence on business performance by the standardized coefficients (β) was 0.734. Descriptive statistic (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) were used for analyzing data. Hypotheses testing were tested by Multiple Regression Analysis.<br>The study found that Firstly, customer attitude (affective component and behavioral component) significantly influenced customer purchase decision and brand loyalty. However, the study showed that cognitive component also impacted customer purchase decision, but it did not impact brand loyalty. Next, the finding revealed that customer perception completely affected customer purchase decision and brand loyalty. Lastly, customer purchase decision significantly influenced customer brand loyalty at 0.05 levels. From the results of finding, the business owners could apply it to improve and develop their businesses. Hypotheses were tested by Multiple Regression Analysis.<br>The finding revealed that quality of work life and perceived organizational climate completely influenced organizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment significantly impacted all four dimensions of the efficiency of staff performance (quality, quantity, time and cost). The results were very useful to apply in the organization. Data was collected from a sample of 400 respondents who were a user of Sakon Nakhon Immigration, Sakon Nakhon Provinces, Thailand. They were 147 of Thai people and 253 of foreigner. Questionnaire was developed by two steps as follows. Firstly, language validity was checked by using Back-Translation technique (a method for translation and validation was showed in detail). Secondly, Cronbach’s Alpha was conducted to test reliability. Then, Multiple Regression Analysis was used for analyzing data.The results revealed that four dimensions of service quality significantly impacted user satisfaction and word-of-mouth. However, there was only one dimension of service quality “reliability” did not significantly impact user satisfaction and “assurance”did not significantly impact word-of-mouth. Moreover, the results presented that user satisfaction significantly affected word-of-mouth. This finding could be applied to increase user satisfaction and word-of-mouth. The Sakon Nakhon Immigration should improve and develop their service quality, especially in reliability and assurance dimension. With the corporate mission in making Thailand the hub of ASEAN postal business and logistics, employees have to perform extra workload leading to job burnout and high turnover rate. This research study was designed to explore the influence of perceived workload and job burnout on organizational commitment of employee of Thailand Post Co., Ltd. Sakon Nakhon Post Office. This research study was a quantitative research method. The targeted population of this research was Sakon Nakhon Post Office staffs of 210 respondents. Data were collected through 5-point Likert scale questionnaire surveys. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of perceived workload, job burnout and organizational commitment were 0.856, 0.879, and 0.959. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis.<br>The results of this research study presented that staffs’ opinion on perceived workload was at a low level with recoded mean score of 3.77; job burnout was at a high level with recoded mean score of 2.33; and organizational commitment was at a high level with mean scores of 4.24. The research results from hypotheses testing shown that perceived workload and job burnout can predict organizational commitment up to 31.30% (Adjusted R-Square 0.313) at 0.05 significant levels. The perceived workload had a statistically significant positive influenced on job burnout with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.366. The job burnout had a statistically significant negative influenced on organizational commitment with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.503. However, the perceived workload had not directly significant influenced on organizational commitment. In conclusion, perceived workload had significantly influenced on organizational commitment through job burnout of employee of Thailand Post Co., Ltd. It is responsible for constructing roads, bridges and maintaining roads connecting subdistricts and districts. There are regional offices around Thailand to accommodate the commute, transportation, logistic and ASEAN Economic Community. The staff has to work continuously in order to solve the public’s travel issues due to the limitation of the country’s budget and the lack of personnel. On the other hand, the result of the tasks must be swift and efficient. The objective of this research is to study achievement motivation factors, creative behaviors and emotional intelligence that affect work efficiency of the staff in the Department of Rural Roads. Quantitative method was selected to conduct this research. The sample group consists of 259 staff of the Department of Rural Roads, who are government officers, government staffs and permanent staffs. Data were collected through 5-point Likert scale questionnaire surveys. Cronbach’s Alpha was used to check the questionnaire’s reliability. Various descriptive and inferential statistics such as Emotional intelligence, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple linear regressions were used.<br>The research finds that the Department of Rural Roads’ staff opinions on work efficiency are high with the means of 4.44, 4.36 and 4.25, respectively. The result from hypothesis testing is that emotional intelligence can predict the staff’s work efficiency up to 64.90% (adjusted R-square = 6.490), achievement motivation and creative behaviors and can predict the staff’s work efficiency up to 50.40% (adjusted R square = 0.504), 30.10 %( adjusted R square = 0.310), respectively. Questionnaire was used to collect data from 400 respondents, who were a customer of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural cooperative, Na kae Branch, Nakhon Phanom Provinces, Thailand. Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis were employed to analyze data.<br>The results illustrated that four dimensions of service quality (empathy, responsiveness, assurance and reliability) significantly influenced customer decision making. However, one dimensions of service quality (tangibility) did not influenced. At the same time, there were only two dimensions of service quality (empathy and assurance) significantly impacted customer loyalty, while three dimensions of service quality like responsiveness, tangibility and reliability did not. Moreover, the results showed that CSR significantly affected both of customer decision making and customer loyalty. The questionnaire was the instrument for data collecting. Data was collected from a sample of 93 respondents who were the savings cooperative employees in Sakon Nakhon Provinces, Thailand. Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient was conducted to test reliability; the strategic leadership was 0.928, the organizational climate was 0.891, and the organizational commitment was 0.882. The hypotheses were testing by Pearson correlation analysis and simple regression analysis.<br>The data analyses were as follow; the strategic leadership, the organizational climate, and the organizational commitment were high level. The strategic leadership can be predicted as a 27.3 % on organizational commitment, it had a positive direct influence on organizational commitment with standard coefficient value (β) of .530, can be predicted as a 43.1 % on organizational climate, and it had a positive direct influence on organizational climate with standard coefficient value (β) of .657. Organizational climate can be predicted as 48.7% on organizational commitment, and organizational climate had positive influence on organizational commitment with standard coefficient value (β) of .702. Most financial institutions in Thailand have realized the rapid world changing of technology and develop digital system to support financial executions. Digital finance of Krung Thai Bank has launched to promote financial transactions online and through application. This research study was designed to investigate the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on digital financial decision of Krung Thai Bank in Sakon Nakhon Province, Thailand. This research study was a quantitative research method. The population of this research was Krung Thai Bank’s customers with the samples of 400 respondents determined by using simple random sampling based on Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected through 5-point Likert scale questionnaire surveys. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of service quality, customer satisfaction and digital financial decision were 0.945, 0.950, and 0.949. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis.<br>The results of the research study indicated that customers’ opinion on service quality, customer satisfaction, and digital financial decision were at the highest levels with mean scores of 4.30, 4.26, and 4.24, respectively. The research results from hypotheses testing found that service quality and customer satisfaction can predict digital financial decision up to 74.60% (Adjusted R-Square 0.746) at 0.05 significant levels. The service quality had statistically significant direct influenced on customer satisfaction with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.849. The customer satisfaction had statistically significant direct influenced on digital financial decision with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.843. The service quality had a statistically significant direct influenced on digital financial decision with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.816. Business operation and expansion need to request for credit granting due to small scale enterprise. The major factors affecting on business loan selection were behavior and marketing mix, which small and medium enterprises make decision on credit service. Most small and medium businesses in Thailand have realized such vital factors and explore the effects on decision making of business loan requisition. The research study was aimed to investigate consumer behavioral and marketing mix factors influencing on decision making of business loan service selection of small and medium enterprise in Sakon Nakhon Province, Thailand. This research study was a quantitative research method. The population of the research was credit small and medium enterprises in Sakon Nakhon Province with the samples of 385 respondents determined by using simple random sampling based on Cochran formula. Data were collected through 5-point Likert scale questionnaire surveys. Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of marketing mix factor and decision making of business loan service selection were 0.952, and 0.901. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including t-test. F-test (One-way ANOVA), the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis.<br>The results of this research study revealed that entrepreneurs’ opinion on marketing mix factor and decision making of business loan service selection of small and medium enterprises were at high levels with mean scores of 3.84, and 3.87, respectively. The research results from hypotheses testing shown that seven dimensions of marketing mix factor can predict decision making of business loan service selection up to 43.60% (Adjusted R-Square 0.436) at 0.05 significant levels. Decision making of business loan service selection has statistically different on loan payment channel. The marketing mix factor had statistically significant positive influenced on decision making of business loan service selection with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.575. Analysis in detail, the results of this study found that dimensions of marketing mix factors; people, process, and promotion, had statistically significant positive influenced on decision making of business loan service selection with standardized coefficients (β) of 0.258, 0.218 and 0.178, respectively. The sample size was 400 of tourists determined by Taro Yamane's formula from the total population of 1,074,937. The data collection was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation (SD). The statistical hypothesis test consisted of t-test, F-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and multiple regression analysis.<br>The results found that the demographic factors in monthly incomes had effect on tourists’ decision-making on visiting Nakhon Phanom with a significance level of 0.05. In relation to, perception of tourist attractions agriculture, nature, and physical have positive effect on tourists’ decision-making on visiting Nakhon Phanom a significance level of 0.01. Specifically, it intended to explore these four aspects: 1) customer attitudes affecting satisfaction of credit-card holders of Government Savings Bank; 2) customer behavior affecting the credit-card holders; 3) variations of customer attitudes differently affecting their satisfaction; 4) variations of customer behavior differently affecting their satisfaction. The sample in this study included 290 credit-card customers of Government Savings Bank, Sakon Nakhon. A questionnaire was employed to collect the data; the collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics including the Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis.<br>The results demonstrated that different customer attitudes had different effects on satisfaction of the credit-card holders of Government Savings Bank without statistical significance. In particular, different attitudes differently influenced cognitive component and affective component at a statistical significance level of 0.01. Different behavior differently influenced satisfaction of the credit-card holders without statistical significance. The data was collected by questionnaire, reliability was used Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient by organizational commitment and resignation of employee was 0.836, and 0.748. Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One Way ANOVA), Pearson's correlation, and regression analysis. The research results found that; the organizational commitment was at high level, meanwhile the resignation of employee was at the average mean. The hypothesis testing reveals that when classified by personal factors; the organizational commitment was different between gender, and employees’ resignation was different between age group. In this research, the data of 360 respondents were collected from Department of Northern Eastern Branch Upper; Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operative Statistics for analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the research hypothesis testing was used Pearson's correlation coefficient and simple regression analysis.<br>The research findings reveal that the quality of work life, the organizational commitment, and employee resignation of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operative by mean was at 4.55, 4.68, and 1.68 respectively. The first hypothesis; only salary was statistic significant at 0.05 level different in the employee resignation, by the group of salary below 10,000 Baht had lower employee resignation, while 20,000-29,999 Baht group had higher employee resignation that other groups. The second hypothesis was found that; the quality of work life can predict the organizational commitment 37.50%, with standardized coefficients (β) of .613. Public debt has played a critical role in many governments’ economic life. During economic and political crisis, public debt is often either the cause or result. OECD Sovereign Borrowing Outlook 2017 gives a framework for showing the advanced economies gross public debt as a percentage of GDP through 19th century till today. It is very striking that the current debt levels of the advanced economies are the same as in the World War II. Until the previous decade, Turkey has been consistently forced into paying the external debt as a result of the combination of loose monetary and fiscal policies. The aim of this study, based on Turkish case, is to show how its public debt has become more sustainable recently by analyzing the role of macroeconomic policies. Besides, we indicate the steps taken in risk management and debt sustainability ensured driving power of structural transformation of Turkish economy.
