HOW DO EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT AND INNOVATION MANAGEMENT AFFECT BUSINESS SURVIVAL?

Business survival is crucial in today’s landscape, given the rapidly changing business
environment, whether in marketing style, business strategies, or technology. The objective of
this study is to determine whether components of external environment and innovation
management affect business survival – their ability to maintain their profitability and
competitiveness – especially in the context where mobile resources are used and, for innovating
organizations, where innovation is an important force that drives the business competitiveness.
This study quantitatively examined factors affecting business survivability. It used
questionnaires to collect data, surveying 200 business operators. Descriptive statistics and
structural equation modeling were used to analyze the collected data. Results showed that
factors constituting external environment, such as social conditions and changes in government
policies, affected an organization’s growth and survivability; and that factors constituting
innovation could augment business development and competitiveness by differentiating an
organization’s business. Hence, for a business to survive, it should encourage its operators to
be open to new ideas related to their expertise, adapt to suit changing market environment, and
strife for a higher level of business competitiveness.

LINKING KNOWLEDGE WITH ACTION AND TRANSFORMATION FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN BUSINESS PERFORMANCE

Businesses face various challenges in many aspects, which bring with them both risks
and opportunities. Therefore, businesses must continuously adapt and develop, to ensure their
survival and sustainable growth. Thus, development towards sustainability is an important role
all businesses must strife for. A business has many routes towards this goal, depending on the
context of the given organization. Business executives must decide when to modify their
business strategies, or when to change them. They must continuously learn and be creative.
Moreover, plans for the organizational change must detail every aspect that is to be changed,
and should be designed with inputs from all stakeholders, who could collaborate, negotiate,
and learn from one another. The objective of this quantitative study is to determine whether
knowledge with action and transformation management have a relationship with sustainable
development in business performance. Questionnaires, whose quality was assessed using
Cronbach's alpha coefficient, were used as means to collect data. The collected data were
analyzed using a structural equation model. The study results revealed that factors constituting
knowledge with action and transformation management affected sustainable development in
business performance. They led to close integration and collaboration, effective business
management, and strong business development in the long run.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE POLICIES AFFECT SURVIVABILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY OF AN ORGANIZATION

Constituents of organization growth vary from organization to organization. However, a
survivable organization must consider leadership, conflict, changes, uncertainties, culture,
technology, organizational structure, competitiveness, profitability, and work motives. This
quantitative study on change management and corporate policies and their effect on sustainable
survival used 250 questionnaires to collect data. The samples were chosen via simple random
sampling. Descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data.
Results showed that change management and corporate policies affected sustainable survival,
where change management had the highest total effect on sustainable survival, followed by
corporate policies. Assessment of the goodness of fit between the form of the concept and the
empirical data was conducted and showed that sustainable survival was positively affected by
change management via corporate policies. For operations of organizations to grow and
sustainably add value, the organizations must value continual changes in their operational
procedures and policies.

THE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT BETWEEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: EMPIRICAL EVIDENCE FROM TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY

Logistics is a part of supply chain management that controls and streamlines the flow of
activities, allowing customers’ needs to be fulfilled. A significant portion of drives and supports
to logistics management strategies came from policies implemented by executives. The
transportation industry is an important part in supply chain management, being the link that
connects the customers’ needs to the providers. Important strategies in managing road
transports every operator must consider are maximizing responsiveness and diversifying
services. This study aims to study factors constituting relationship management and supply
chain management that affect business performance of transport operators. This quantitative
study collected data from 200 operators, using questionnaires. The relevance of the
questionnaires was assessed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient before the questionnaires were
distributed. The collected data were analyzed using the structural equation model. Results of
the study revealed that factors constituting relationship management and supply chain
management affected business performance of transport operators. Organizations that
implemented relationship management strategies – such as supplier management, customer
relation management, customer retention strategies, and customer complaint handling services
– could create effective collaborations throughout their supply chains. Organizations must
recognize that aiming to exceed customer expectations was a worthwhile endeavor which could
profit the business in the long run.

THE CREATIVE UX DESIGN FOR AR STORYTELLING: A CASE STUDY OF THAI HERITAGE TOURISM CONTENT

This research concerned the development and evaluation of a creative UX design for
augmented reality storytelling: a case study of Thai heritage tourism content. The researcher
gathered data by interviewing Thai and foreign tourists who visited the historical park, and
analyzed the data to develop and evaluate the prototype for this research. The sample group
consisted of 30 experts for the prototype evaluation. The results were analyzed using mean
and standard deviation, and heuristic evaluation as the research tool. The evaluation of the
prototype development showed that the prototype as efficiency was at the highest level, and it
provided functionality which was suitable and in line with the users’ requirements. This
prototype evaluation will lead to the development of an application for the Thai heritage
tourism sector to create an application that presents a different approach to native storytelling,
giving the historical park an advantage and distinctiveness from other tourist destinations as
well as increasing tourist visits.

ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT ROLE ON THE BUSINESS CAPABILITIES AND MANAGEMENT IN THAILAND PUBLIC ORGANIZATIONS SECTOR

E-government has become the global requirement due to its significant impact on
organizational management and has gained the focus of recent literature and regulators.
Therefore, this research objective is to study the impact of e-government scopes such as
process, structure, and relation mechanism on the effective business management of
government organizations in Thailand. This research also investigates an intermediary role of
organizational capabilities among relations of information technology (IT) governance scopes
such as process, structure and relation mechanism, and effective business management of
government organizations in Thailand. Data were collected using questionnaires, and analyses
were made using smart-PLS. The results indicated that e-governance dimensions such as
process, structure, and relation mechanism have a positive association with effective business
management of government organizations in Thailand. The results also showed that
organizational capabilities significantly mediate among the nexus of e-governance dimensions
and effective business management of government organizations in Thailand. This research has
guided the policymakers while developing policies about the adoption of e-governance and
business management.

THE DIGITAL SKILLS FRAMEWORK MODEL DEVELOPMENT FOR DIGITAL UNIVERSITY MANPOWER

This research article aimed to: 1) investigate the digital skills necessary for personnel
working in a digital university; 2) develop a digital skills framework model for the digital
university manpower; 3) certify the model by consensus from digital university experts. The
researcher has studied research papers related to digital skills required for digital manpower
from international research databases. The study results will be used to synthesize and develop
a digital skills framework model for the digital university manpower. After that, the researcher
developed a questionnaire for the certification of the developed model. The questionnaire was
evaluated by content validity index (CVI) from 5 experts in Human Resource Information
Management (HRIS). The questionnaire was then evaluated overall using the CVI of the
questionnaire with an average approach (S-CVI/Ave). This was the average of the precision
index of the questionnaire, measured by applying the item - content validity index (I-CVI) of
each item to the sum and dividing it by the total number of questions. There are 4 levels of
content validity index: level 1 (Irrelevant), level 2 (somewhat relevant), level 3 (Quite
relevant), and level 4 (Absolute relevant). The content validity was then evaluated by the
number of experts who determined the content consistency to be at level 3 (Quite relevant) and
level 4 (Absolute relevant) only and divided by the total number of experts. The 5 point-Likert
scale was used to identify the level of agreement of the skill set model for digital university
manpower. Seventeen experts in Human Resource Information Management (HRIS);
Management Information System (MIS); and Information Technology (IT) were used to verify
all of the components to validate the model by analyzing consensus from statistical values:
Mean, Standard Deviation: S.D., Median (or Quartile 2), Interquartile Range: I.R. (the
difference between Quartile 3 and Quartile 1), and Quartile Deviation: Q.D (using the formula
Interquartile Range/2) . The results show that the developed model consists of skills for 1)
collaboration working on digital workspace, 2) skills for data analytics and data visualization,
3) skills for presentation and interaction design, 4) skills for information retrieval from digital
data sources, 5) skills for knowledge management with digital technology, 6) skills for using
artificial intelligence in performing duties. The digital skills framework model development
for digital university manpower has passed the digital university expert certification assessment
(Mean = 4.98, S.D. = 0.06, Median = 5.00, I.R. = 0.00, Q.R. = 0.00). The developed digital
skills framework model can be used to develop key manpower to support the digital
convergence university of higher education administration.

A STUDY ON PROBLEMS IN SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE OFFICE OF GENERAL EDUCATION AND INNOVATIVE ELECTRONIC LEARNING, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

The objectives of this study, examining problems in services provided by The Office of
General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University,
Thailand, are to examine problems in services provided by the Office, and to determine the
differences in problems in services provided by offices of the University, from the perspective
of the users of services provided by the Office. A set of questionnaires was distributed to a
sample of 450 responders.
Frequencies, percentages, mean values, and standard deviations of different scores
obtained by the questionnaires were calculated. It was found that a larger portion of the
responders were female. There were 320 (71.1 per cent) female responders, and 130 (28.9 per
cent) male responders. Of all responders, 315 persons (70 per cent) were undergraduate
students, 75 persons (16.67 per cent) were support personnel, 45 (10 per cent) were academic
staff, and 15 persons (3.33 per cent) were visitors.
Examining the answers to the questionnaires regarding problems in services provided
by The Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, it was found that, in terms of information resources (i.e., books and
electronic media), the modernness of the available information resources was rated high (mean
value = 4.21). In terms of service quality, the correctness, convenience, and responsiveness of
the services were rated high (mean value = 4.17). In terms of service personnel, knowledge and
ability of personnel in providing advice was rated high (mean value = 4.10). In terms of
facilities, the sufficiency of the number of classrooms and their service-readiness were rated
high (mean value = 4.18). And in terms of public relations, the frequency where new services
were publicized was rate high (mean value = 4.28).

THE STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT OF GENERAL EDUCATION WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

The purpose of this research study is to develop website management for general
education courses to be efficient and to study the satisfaction of students, professors and
personnel towards the general education website. The methodology is divided into two
segments; 1) to develop website management for general education courses, 2) to study the
satisfaction of students, professors and personnel towards the website. The statistics used for
data analysis are means and standard deviation.
According to the study, it can be found that 1) using the technique of general education
website management by adapting Virtual Machine (VM) technology with 1,835 students who
attended general education in second semester of 2021, the satisfaction result from the users is
in excellent level ( = 4.30). 2) Using the technique of general education website management
by adapting Load Balancer technology with 767 summer-semester students who attended
general education in 2021, the satisfaction result from the users is in the best level ( = 4.77).
In conclusion, using the technique of general education website management by adapting Load
Balancer technology is considered very efficient in general and it can satisfy the users better
than Virtual Machine (VM) technology.

DEVELOPING A COMPUTER SERVER SYSTEM WITH VIRTUAL COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY

In this study, a computer server system with virtual computer technology was installed
and tested, to determine whether the system, transferred from an original working server, was
service-ready. Once the initial testing was completed, the system was put into service, where
the author followed up, monitored, and examined the working of the system, which was then
installed on a virtual server. Usage and performance matrix were monitored, including CPU,
RAM, and hard disk utilization. To ensure that the virtual computer could handle all required
tasks correctly and effectively, its notification system was also tested. The system sent out
notifications where issues arose, prompting the administrator to take actions, such as adjusting
the virtual computer’s system parameters to suit the system requirements.
318 samples consisting of personnel from The Office of General Education and
Innovative Electronic Learning tested the virtual computer system, and completed a survey
regarding their level of satisfaction in the effectiveness of the system. Results indicated that,
overall, the users were very satisfied with the effectiveness of the system (????

TECHNIQUES FOR INSTALLING SOFTWARE PACKAGES TO INCREASE WORK

The Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning is an office whose
assignments, set by Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Thailand, include organizing general
education courses. This consists of organizing teaching, activities, quizzes, and examinations.
In each of these, marks are given and processed, and would contribute to the final grades of
students. A software is thus important in facilitating works of the members of staff and
instructors in these courses. It facilitates information searches, research, and organizations of
quizzes and examinations. Therefore, there is a need to develop an software to improve the
performance effectiveness of the Office.
The sample of this study consisted of 30 members of staff working on the general
education subjects. Questionnaires were used to collect data, which were analyzed using
percentages, mean values, and standard deviations.
Results
1. In terms of the general information of the 30 responders, 13 (42 per cent) were male
and 17 (57 per cent) were female.
2. The effectiveness of the software currently being used were assessed using
questionnaires about user satisfaction.
Suggestions
1. In conducting a research project, an enquiry should be made to an office related to
the subject of the study regarding its needs, to ensure that the results from the study could be
of practical use, and to ensure that no projects with overlapping contents are being conducted.
2. There should be training sessions for members of staff, so they could install programs
to increase their performance effectiveness and facilitate the organization of general education
courses. This would accelerate their workflow.

IMPROVEMENTS IN VIDEO EDITING TECHNIQUES TO ACHIEVE HIGHER QUALITY

The objective of this study is to improve video editing techniques, allowing The Office
of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University,
Thailand, to create high-quality videos to be used as teaching materials, which could also be
stored in a database and made available to interested persons. The Office of General Education
and Innovative Electronic Learning is an office responsible for supporting teaching
management of general education courses offered by Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The
University has been publishing educational videos in its YouTube Channel for students and
other interested persons to study in their own time. These videos could be shared on social
networks or embedded on individuals’ web sites. Google awards for videos could also be used
to publicize the videos. Apart from educational videos, other activities conducted by the office
could also be kept as video records, giving insights into ways to improve the teachings of the
general knowledge subjects by using information systems.
The population of this study was 35,700 undergraduate students registered for general
knowledge subjects in the 1st semester of the academic year 2020. Questionnaires were used to
survey sample participants, and the collected data were analyzed using percentages, mean
values, and standard deviations. The satisfaction of students in the educational videos produced
by The Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University in the academic year 2020 was found to be high, having a mean value of
22.4. When the constituent factors were examined, it was found that there was a very high
satisfaction in the sequencing of the visuals, having a mean value of 4.52, followed by the
effectiveness of the media in facilitating understanding of the contents, having a mean value of
49.4; the ability for the student to revise the materials later by themselves, having a mean value
of 4.32; the appropriateness of the videos as teaching materials, having a mean value of 4.87;
the clarity of the verbal narrations, having a mean value of 4.22; clarity of the contents, having
a mean value of 10.4; the knowledge the videos provided, having a mean value of 4.05; the
engagingness of the videos, having a mean value of 4.03; the appropriateness of the images,
verbal narration, and contents, having a mean value of 4.00; and, lastly, the appropriateness of
the lengths of the videos given their contents, having a mean value of 97.3.

GUIDELINES FOR WRITING PROJECTS THAT ARE INTEGRATED AND CONSISTENT WITH ANNUAL INDICATORS BUDGET

This study of guidelines for writing project proposals that integrate and are consistent
with the fiscal year’s assessment criteria has the objectives of 1) creating a process/ guideline
for setting a project’s evaluation criteria that are consistent with the project objectives, and 2)
providing a handbook for designing evaluation criteria that are consistent with the project
objectives.
The sample of this study consisted of 32 members of staff of The Office of General
Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Thailand.
Questionnaires were used to collect data, which were then statistically analyzed. Percentage
values, mean values, and standard deviations were calculated. The questionnaires were divided
into 3 parts, where part 1 collected general information, part 2 asked for opinions about relevant
activities, and part 3 asked for suggestions.
Results showed that:
Shown in Table 1, most of the responders – 19 persons (40.6 per cent) – were female.
13 responders (40.6 per cent) were male.
Shown in Table 2, most of the responders were personnel with support roles, having 28
person (85 per cent). The other 4 responders (15 per cent) were executives.
Shown in Table 3, classifying the responders by their departments, 5 ( 15. 6 per cent)
worked in general administration, 16 ( 50. 0 per cent) worked in education service, 3 ( 9. 4 per
cent) worked in student affairs and arts and culture, 4 ( 12. 5 per cent) worked in planning,
budgeting, and quality assurance, and 5 ( 15. 6 per cent) worked in research and development
of leaning management innovations
Shown in Table 4, classifying the responders by their education level, 26 (81.3 percent)
had bachelor’s degrees, while 6 (18.8 per cent) had master’s degrees.
Part 2 of the questionnaires was divided into the following sections:
Shown in Table 5, most responders, i.e., 22 responders (68.8 per cent), strongly agreed
that they understood and agreed with the direction and operating policies of the institute and
the university. 10 (31.3 per cent) other responders agreed with the statement. Shown in Table 6, 19 (59.4 per cent) of the responders strongly agreed that they were
informed and understood the university’s strategic plans. 13 (40.6 per cent) other responders
agreed with the statement.
Shown in Table 7, 21 (65.6 per cent) of the responders strongly agreed that they were
informed and understood the strategic plans of The Office of General Education and Innovative
Electronic Learning. 10 (31.3) of the other responders agreed with the statement.
Shown in Table 7, 23 ( 71. 9 per cent) responders strongly agreed that the executives
gave clear and correct advice and directions for project executions. 9 ( 28. 1 per cent) other
responders agreed with the statement.
The second part measured the understanding of proposal writing of the personnel.

It was found that the personnel were highly satisfied (s.d. 96.88) with number 3 – linking of
written contexts. In terms of knowledge and understanding, they were satisfied (s. d. 51. 88)
with the knowledge and understanding about proposal writing before the seminar; and were
highly satisfied (s.d. 90.00) with the knowledge and understanding about proposal writing after
the seminar. In terms of practical uses, the responders indicated that the knowledge could be
adapted for real proposal writings (s.d. 85.63), and that they could disseminate the knowledge
(s.d. 67.50). Overall highly satisfied rating was achieved (s.d. 95.63).

ONLINE TEACHING MANAGEMENT USING THE STREAMYARD SYSTEM FOR TEACHER AND TEACHER ASSISTANTS IN GENERAL EDUCATION

The objective of this research is to study the satisfaction of using StreamYard. The
sample group is 30 full-time lecturers and teaching assistants. Data are collected by using
questionnaire. The questionnaire is divided into 3 parts as follows: Part 1 General information,
Part 2 the level of satisfaction and Part 3 Recommendations. The statistics are used for data
analysis such as percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results show that The respondents have the highest level of satisfaction in all four
aspects, consisting of design System, the use of System performance and the display of the
system in which the satisfaction level is 4.73 (94.67%), 4.66 (93.22%), 4.65 (92.93%) and 4.64
(92.83%), respectively.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING COURSE TO PROMOTE LEARNING ACTIVITIES: GEN0119 SOCIAL ENGINEER

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the satisfaction towards the online
learning of the GEN0119 Social Engineer course for the 2nd semester, 2021 and 2) to develop
teaching-learning activities to promote academic achievement of online course for GEN0119
Social Engineer. 119 students in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University are research sample. The
questionnaire is used for collecting data. The statistics use to analyze are percentage (%), mean
(x
̄) and standard deviation (S.D.).
The results show that the respondents are 67 males (56.30%) and 52 females (43.70%),
59 students are 1st students (49.60%), 37 students are 2nd year students (31.10%), 15 students
are 3rd year students (12.60%), and 4th year is 8 students (6.70%). Students are from 12
departments as follows: Education, 5 people (4.20%), Science and Technology, 1 person

(0.84%), Industrial Technology 6 people (5.04%), Fine and Applied Arts 6 people (5.04%),
Humanities and Social Sciences 4 people (3.36%), Management Science 2 people (1.68%),
College of Innovation and Management, 6 people (5.04%), College of Architecture, 3 people
(2.25%), College of Service Industry Management, 10 people (8.40%), College of
Communication Arts 9 people (7.56%), College of Politics and Administration 3 people
(2.52%) and College of Logistics and Supply Chain (Udon Thani Education Center) 64 people
(53.78%). As for the overall of the students' satisfaction towards the online teaching-learning
activities of the GEN0119 Social Engineer course, 2nd semester, 2021 find that it is at a high

A STUDY ON SATISFACTION OF ONLINE PROJECT SUBMISSION: GEN0301 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR COMMUNICATION

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the satisfaction of the online project
submission system of GEN0301 Information Technology for Communication Course in 2nd
semester, 2021 and 2) to improve the efficiency of the online project submission system of
GEN0301 Information Technology for Communication Course. Descriptive research is used
as research method. The population and sample groups are students enrolled in the GEN0301
course of Information Technology for Communication, 2nd semester, 2021; Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University. The questionnaire is used as a tool to collect data.
The result shows that overall, the students' satisfaction towards online project

GUIDELINE FOR EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

The research of a guideline for effective project management of the Department of
International Affairs, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University aimed to find a guideline for
effective project management and enhancing the efficiency of project management of the
Department of International Affairs. The sample group of this study was 84 participants of the
project. The data was gathered by using the questionnaire and the statistics for data analysis
were percentage (%), mean (x
̄), and standard deviation (S.D.).
The findings revealed that the respondents for improving the guideline for effective
project management of the Department of International Affairs, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University were 9 male (10.71%) and 75 female (89.29%), they were 2 executives (2.38%) and
82 non-academic staff (97.62%), total 84 participants from 36 educational institutes. The
overall satisfaction towards the project management of the Department of International Affairs,
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University was at a high level (x
̄ = 3.94, S.D.= 0.5920), and most of
their satisfaction towards the completeness of the content, useful for working, the readiness of
audio-visual aid and readiness of service were in the high level (x
̄ = 4.21, S.D.= 0.4128).

THE STUDY ON SATISFACTION OF GEN0201 ONLINE TEACHING MANAGEMENT: THAI LANGUAGE USAGE COURSE

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the satisfaction of online learning
management for the GEN0201: Thai language course, 1st semester, 2021 and 2) to improve the
efficiency of online learning management of the GEN0201: Thai language Usage Course. The
sample group is 400 students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The questionnaire is used
to collect data. The statistics use to analyze the data are percentage (%), mean (x̄) and standard
deviation (S.D.).
The results show that The students who answered the questionnaire are 54 male
(13.50%) and 346 female (86.50%), 211 1st year students (52.75%), 89 2nd year students

overview of the students' satisfaction towards the GEN0201: Thai Language Usage Course
online learning management, 1st semester, 2021, they are at a high level (x̄= 3.94, S.D. =
0.5830). Therefore, in term of ability to answer questions clearly and to the point of the course
instructors is the most satisfaction. In term of, details and clarity of exam schedule data (x̄=4.21, S.D. = 0.4094), course information (x̄
= 4.14, S.D. = 0.5028), and time table course (x̄) =4.13, S.D.= 0.5184)

THE STUDY OF SATISFACTION WITH ISPRING LEARNING IN THE ONLINE SYSTEM ON THE COURSE WEBSITE

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the satisfaction towards online iSpring
learning on the course website and 2) to improve the efficiency in creating online iSpring
learning on the course website. The sample group is 400 students at Rajabhat University Suan
Sunandha. The questionnaire is used for collecting data. The statistics are used to analyze the
data are percentage (%), mean (x̄) and standard deviation (S.D.).
The results show that the students who answered the questionnaire are 78 males
(19.50%) and 322 females (80.50%), 203 students are 1st year students (50.75%), 97 students
are 2nd year students (24.25 %), 3rd year is 52 people (13.00%) and 4th year is 48 people
(12.00%). The students come from 8 departments such as Faculty of Education, 84 students
(21.00%), Faculty of Science and Technology, 63 People (15.75%), Faculty of Humanities and
Social Sciences 61 people (15.25%), Faculty of Management Sciences 58 people (14.50%),
Faculty of Industrial Technology 52 people (13.00%), Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts 33
people (8.25%). , College of Innovation and Management 39 people (9.75%) and College of
Architecture 10 people (2.50%). An overview of the students' satisfaction towards online
iSpring learning on the course website is at a high level (x̄ = 3.93, S.D. = 0.5915). The most
satisfaction is giving advice or answering questions of teaching assistants in online learning (x̄= 4.21, S.D. = 0.4067), Fast communication/public relations about online learning (x̄ = 4.20,S.D. = 0.4206), and various and appropriate public relations channels for online learning andthe online learning materials/documents are interesting and useful (x̄ = 4.13, S.D. = 0.5184).

CREATING A MANUAL FOR ADDING MEMBERS ON THE GENERAL EDUCATION COURSES WEBSITE WITH MOODLE SYSTEM

The objectives of this research are 1) to prepare a manual for adding a list of members
on the course website, General Education for students and 2) gaining knowledge and
understanding in the process of adding members to the list on the course website, General
Education and can be applied effectively. The sample group is 300 personnel in charge of the
course website, General Education Course.
The results show that the overall satisfaction is at a high level. In terms of the booklet
design of the manual is at 4.56 levels or 91.11 percent, which is the highest level of satisfaction.
Content is at 4.49 level or 89.81 percent, with a high level of satisfaction. For the introduction
of the manual take advantage is at 4.58 levels or 91.67%, which is the highest level of
satisfaction.

PREPARING ONLINE EXAM GUIDE IN MOODLE SYSTEM FOR GENERAL EDUCATION COURSES

The objectives of this research are 1) to build knowledge and understanding in
working to be the same standard and 2) to reduce errors in the work by measuring the number
of complaints and problems of the examination. Estimated from the number of complaints
about problems with the examination. Assessment of the satisfaction of using the manual
online examination system from 400 users. The data are analyzed by using frequency,
percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the research show that 1) the operation using the online exam manual
system can manage the event more efficiently. There is a decrease in the number of students'
complaints in conducting the final semester comprehensive examination. In the first semester,
the number of complaints is 0.97%, the second semester, the number of complaints is 0.19%,
and in summer semester, the number of complaints is 0.17%. 2) The results of the satisfaction
analysis by using the online exam manual, in terms of the book form, it is found that the
overall satisfaction is the most level. When consider in each item, find that the color and
design are interesting in which text size is easy to read and the arrangement of the images, the
text is well organized and the satisfaction level is highest. For content find that overall is the
most satisfied when considering each item, it is found that the completeness/sufficiency of
the content in the manual is the most satisfactory.

GUIDELINES FOR ORGANIZING ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE LEARNING THAT ARE USED IN TEACHING AND LEARNING IN CLEAN-HEARTED YOUTH COURSES

The objectives for this study, on guidelines for organizing learning activities for the
“Clean-Hearted Youth” course, are to study the current state, problems, and needs for
organizations of learning activities; to develop and implement learning activities for students
who registered for the Clean-Hearted Youth course; to evaluate the student’s satisfaction in the
learning activities; and to inform related members of staff within the Institute or other related
offices, so they could adapt the study’s findings for other practical uses. The sample of this
study consisted of the course’s teaching professor, a teaching assistant, and students registered
for the Clean-Hearted Youth course in the academic year 2021 of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, Thailand. The samples size was at least 300, selected using purposive sampling
from all registered students. Questionnaires were used to collect data, which were than
analyzed using percentages, mean values, and standard deviations.
Results
1. The study on the current state, problems, and needs for organizations of learning
activities for student in the Clean-Hearted Youth course found that 42 per cent of the students
registered for this course because they wished to learn about punishment policies, 21 per cent
wished to learn about corruption. In terms of their expectations of the course, 36 per cent of the
students expected to learn about community engagement and anti-corruption approaches, and
34 per cent expected to learn about corruption prevention. 41 per cent of the students preferred
the instructors to deliver the course in a way that combined lectures, class activities, games,
and quizzes. 24 per cent of the students preferred the contents on the punishment policies to be
emphasized in the Clean-Hearted Youth course.
2. With the implementation of learning activities in the Clean-Hearted Youth course,
the mark scheme was changed from the original 50:50 format – where 50 per cent of the mark
came from a mid-term examination, and the other 50 per cent from a final examination – to a
new format, where quizzes contributed 40 per cent, individual projects contributed 30 per cent,
and final examinations contributed 30 per cent to the overall grades.
3. Implementation of the learning activities in the Clean-Hearted Youth course was very
well received by the students, implied by the large number of registered students, filling the
course to its capacity.

4. The survey on student satisfaction in the learning activities showed good results. An
overall satisfaction level of very satisfied was achieved.

TECHNIQUES FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING ONLINE FORMAT, GEN0315 COURSE, LIFE TO STOP OBESITY

This study’s objectives are to examine the current state, problems, and needs for
organizing learning activities, as well as teaching management techniques for an online format
of the GEN0315 “Life to Stop Obesity” course; to design and implement learning activities for
students registered in the program; and to evaluate the learning activities in terms of the
students’ satisfaction. Questionnaires were answered by 2 teaching professors, 1 teaching
assistant, and students registered for the course in the academic year of 2021 of Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University. 356 students took the survey before the commencement of the course,
and 829 students did after the completion of the course. 400 students also took a separate survey
regarding their satisfaction. The questionnaires were distributed online. Frequency and
percentage statistics were calculated, and the answers were analyzed.
Results indicated that:
1. In the study of the current state, problems, and needs for organizing learning activities
for students who registered in the “ Life to Stop Obesity” course, several motivations for
registering for the course were found. 42 per cent of the students wished to learn the corrects
ways to control their body weights; 21 per cent wished to take better care of their health; 36
per cent wished to learn how to get healthier, lose weight, and maintain a better physique; and
34 per cent wished to learn about techniques and ways to lose weight. In terms of learning
activities, 41 per cent of the students preferred a combination of lectures, class activities, group
activities, games and quizzes. In terms of the course content, 40 per cent of the students
preferred that the course focused more on food selection, nutrition, and on healthy diets. 35 per
cent of the students took surveys regarding their satisfaction in the course.
2. As a result of the inclusion of learning activities for students in the “Life to Stop
Obesity” course, the mark scheme was changed from the 50:50 format – where 50 per cent of
the mark came from a mid-term examination, and the other 50 per cent from a final examination
– to a 30: 30: 40 format. In the latter, the final exam yielded 30 per cent of the overall mark,
individual projects yielded another 30 per cent, and quizzes yielded the remaining 40 per cent.
3. In terms of practical implementation of the designed learning activities, highly
positive feedback was received, judging from the fact that the course was registered for to its
full capacity.

The study on opinions and level of satisfaction in the adoption of Google Drive and
Google Forms in teaching of the GEN0304 “Digital Literacy” course aims to:

The population in this study consisted of undergraduate students registered for the
GEN0304 Digital Literacy course offered by Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, in the
second semester of the academic year 2019. 327 samples were selected from the popultion of
2,200 students, using simple sampling and Krejcie & Morgan table. Data were collected using
questionnaires, and statistics used to analyze the data included mean values and standard
deviations.

SATISFACTION OF CRITERIA TRAINING AND POSITION ASSESSMENT AND ACADEMIC STANDING OF GOVERNMENT TEACHER AND EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL

The objective of this research is to study the level of satisfaction of criteria training and
position assessment and academic standing of government teacher and educational personnel
(WPA). The questionnaire is used for collection data and statistics is use to data analysis, i.e.
percentage, mean.
The results show that most respondents are female. 74.19%, 96.77% are teachers,
77.42% is graduated with a bachelor's degree. Overall, it is at a high level with an average
about 4.57 or 91.4% indicating that the participants have knowledge, understanding on training
activities, criteria and assessment of the position and academic standing of government teacher

DEVELOPING PHOTOGRAPHIC TECHNIQUES TO CREATE A POSITIVE IMAGE

The objectives of this article are to study photography techniques that could contribute
to effecting positive corporate image, and to develop photography techniques of members of
staff, building knowledge about constituents of interesting and aesthetically-pleasing
photography, raising content quality so they could clearly convey stories to the audience, as
well as serve as evidence for the accompanying narration, making the audience familiar with
persons appearing in the news, allowing them to distinguish different figures and discern their
composures, complementing a story, and making the target audience better know an
organization, giving the latter a positive corporate image. As well as publicizing its news to
target audience, an organization must simultaneously maintain positive corporate image by, for
example, offering social contributions. Maintaining positive corporate image is a form of
public relation which can offset a corporate’s negative brand image.
This study’s sample consisted of 500 students and 500 members of staff. Questionnaires
about student satisfaction in the publicity of The Office of General Education and Innovative
Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Thailand were used as means to
collect data. The data was collected in the academic year 2022. The answers were analyzed
using percentages, mean values, and standard deviations. Results showed that the responders
had overall high level of satisfaction in the publicity, having a mean value of 4.17. Examining
different constituents, it was found that the responders rated very high on the extent at which
the photographs and narrations facilitated understanding of the messages being communicated,
having a mean value of 4.49, followed by the up-to-datedness, having a mean value of 4.22,
completeness and ease of understanding of the content, having a mean value of 4.10,
engagingness of the publicity, having a mean value of 4.03, and, appropriateness of the
photographs and contents, having a mean value of 4.00

TOWARDS EFFECTIVE PROCUREMENT AND PURCHASING

The objective of this study was to examine current problems and obstacles in the
processes of procurement and purchasing of research consumables and equipment of The
Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat
University, Thailand. It used 1 set of questionnaires to survey a sample of 36 members of staff
of The Office of General Education and Innovative Electronic Learning in 2020. Statistics used
to analyze the collected data consisted of frequencies, percentages, mean values, and standard
deviations. Results showed that 62 per cent of the responders were female, 70 per cent were
between 31-40 years old, 72 per cent had graduated with bachelor’s degrees. In terms of their
positions, most of the responders were either university employees or temporary staff, both
having the same proportion at 44.5 per cent.
Responses to the questionnaires regarding the effectiveness of the procurement and
purchasing process, both for the overall system and its specific components, indicated a very
high satisfaction level. The 3 components with the highest satisfaction levels were, in order,
whether the correct equipment was procured, whether the appointment of the board was in
accordance with the procurement and purchasing policies, and whether the procurement and
purchasing were done according to plans (X=3.35, 3.33, and 3.26, respectively). Regarding
opinions on the effectiveness in distributing and record-keeping of the equipment, the level of
satisfaction, both in the overall system and in its specific components, were low. 3 of the
components having the highest satisfaction levels, in order, included whether registrations of
equipment were done in accordance with The Comptroller General’s Department’s policies,
whether records for disbursements of equipment were correct, and whether the accounting
entries were in accordance with guidelines set by the Bureau of the Budget (X=2.95, 2.93, and
2.90, respectively). The satisfaction level in the maintenance of the procured equipment was
very high. Its components included, in order of satisfaction levels, maintenance planning and
timetables, responsiveness to maintenance requests, and maintenance budgets (X= 3.19, 3.11,
and2.87, respectively). The satisfaction level in the re-selling process, both for the overall and
separate components of the process, was very high. The 3 components with the highest
satisfaction levels, in order, were documenting of re-sold equipment, whether the re-selling
process followed government regulations, and whether reports were published within a time
frame stipulated in government regulations (X=3.15,3.10, and 3.07, respectively).

The study titled “ techniques for disbursements of expenses on organizations of
meetings, lectures, and seminars, for fast and correct processes that are in accordance with the
Ministry of Finance’s regulations,” conducted by the Personnel Training and Development
Department, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, aims to provide the University personnel
with knowledge and understanding regarding disbursements of expenses on organizations of
meetings, lectures, and seminars, and provide an easy-to- understand guideline for fast and
correct disbursement processes.
Results showed that
1. There were 30 members of academic staff who answered the questionnaires. Most
of the responders were female, totalling 20 persons (66.66 per cent), while the other 10
responders (33.34 per cent) were male.
2. From the 30 members of academic staff who answered the questionnaires, most –
20 persons (66.66 per cent) – graduated with accounting or finance degrees. The other 10
persons (33.34 per cent) graduated with other degrees.
Recommendations
1. There should be trainings for personnel who organizes disbursements, so they
would be knowledgeable in and understand policies related to procurement and purchasing
2. Handbooks on disbursement processes should be published, so personnel could
prepare documents for disbursements in a similar way.

TECHNIQUES FOR WRITING OFFICIAL BOOKS, COMPILED BY TRAINING AND PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

This study on techniques for writing official letters was compiled by the Personnel
Training and Development Department, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Its objective was
to provide information regarding correct writing of official letters, according to the Office of
the Prime Minister’s regulations on correspondence. Questionnaires about techniques for
writing official letters of personnel of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University were used as tools
to collect data.
The population of this study consisted of the members of staff of the Personnel Training
and Development Department, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. Purposive sampling was
used to obtain a total of 24 samples. Data were then processed by computing the mean values
and percentages of the responders. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data. The
results were reported in a tabular format.
Results showed that there were 24 responders from the Personnel Training and
Development Department, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The survey question which
had the highest agreement level at 85.71 per cent was “writing of official letters should be clear
and correct, and follows a format specified by the Office of the Prime Minister’s regulations
on correspondence. ” The questions with following agreement levels, in order, included
“arrangement of content uses appropriate, clear, and easy-to-read language” (82.14 per cent),
and “official language should be used with appropriate recipients and in appropriate occasions”
( 75. 00 per cent) . Therefore, writing of official letters was both science and art. The science
aspect consisted of the principle of clarity, uses of language that was grammatically correct and
appropriate to the recipients and occasions. The art aspect consisted of uses of language that
was pleasing to the reader and led to fulfillments of the letter’s objectives. This required the
writer to be a proficient reader and an experienced writer. Writing good official letters required
skills and experience.

THE STUDY OF ENGLISH TABOO WORD

The purpose of this study is twofold: 1) to collect and classify taboo words from the
subtitle of the American movie ‘Deadpool’ and 2) to investigate strategies for translating the
taboo words from English into Thai. The sample was chosen, using purposive sampling. This
study used both qualitative and quantitative approaches and adopted Pinker’s (2008) typology
and translation strategies of taboo words proposed by Davoodi (2009). The study found a total
of 154 taboo words and the results showed that the subtitle translator used 5 types of swearing
functions: abusive (27.92%), cathartic (24.02%), emphatic (23.38), descriptive (14.94%), and
idiomatic swearing (9.74%). The study also revealed 4 strategies for translating taboo words:
taboo for taboo ( 51. 94% ) , censorship ( 22. 07% ) , substitution ( 14. 94% ) , and applying
euphemism (11.05%).

THE SATISFACTION OF THE ONLINE STUDENTS OF HYFLEX CLASSROOM

This research aimed to study the satisfaction level of the students who opted for online
learning in the HyFlex classroom. The subject was 78 students of the Speaking and Listening
course at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The survey was conducted to find out the level
of satisfaction and reasons for choosing online over on-site classroom. The statistics used for
data analysis are means and standard deviation. According to the study, it can be found that the
satisfaction level was much higher when students were present on camera in the HyFlex
classroom with the satisfaction result at 4.77 and the reasons for adopting the online channel
were logistical convenience (52%), reduced transportation expense (33%), better media quality
(12%), and reduced risk in physical contact (3%), respectively.

obtaining supplies by purchasing, hiring, renting, exchanging or by other juristic acts as
prescribed in the ministerial regulations. The reason for not declaring this Act is that the
procurement, procurement, and management of the government sector have the same standard
of operation. By defining the central standard criteria to ensure transparency and open
opportunity for fair competition. There is a procurement process that is thought of as important
to the purpose of use, which will result in worthwhile spending, 2. Regulations of the Ministry
of Finance on Government Procurement B. E 2017 Reasons for promulgation of the
Government Procurement and Supplies Management Act B.E 2017 Regulation of the Ministry
of Finance on Government Procurement B.E. 2017, 3. Rule Related regulations. The reason
for the promulgation of this Ministerial Regulation is that due to the Procurement and
Procurement Management Act, BE 2017, the Central Standard has been set so that government
agencies can use it as a guideline for the implementation. Procurement and inventory
management, the public sector has a framework of the same standard.

PARTICIPATION IN LOCAL DEVELOPMENT

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of participation, and 2) to compare
people's participation in local development classified by personal factors.The samples used in the
research were 396 people in the municipality. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires.
The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The
statistical significance was set at the 0.05 level.
The research results found that the overall value of people’ s participation in local
development was at a high level. When considering by each aspect, it was found that the participation
in the operation was at the highest level, following by participation in evaluation and follow-up,
participation in decision-making, and participation in receiving benefits, respectively.
Comparative results of people's participation in local development classified by personal
factors were different. There were different opinions on participation. This is in line with the research
hypothesis, except for the gender. For the obstacles, it was found that people in local development
still lack of promotion and lack of serious participation in local development that is discrete and lightminded.
