<p>Reducing various losses in the production process It is very important, whether it is loss from raw materials, production methods, machinery or personnel errors, If the organization has effective control methods, problems will not occur. or occurs rarely and when problems arise, there should be a systematic way to improve quality.<br>The purpose of this research is (1) to reduce the waste of the heat pump dryer assembly process of ABC Engineering Co., Ltd. under the ECRS principle, and (2) to develop a standard work instruction manual. The population in this research consists of executives and production staff, totaling 13 people. The tools used in the research were 1) Observation pattern of heat pump dryer assembly process 2) work flow process chart 3) Bar chart 4) Questionnaires. For the methodology of this research are 4 steps: 1) study the production process 2) process improvement. Produced using ECRS principles and 3) implementation and monitoring 4) Develop a work standard manual.<br>The results showed that 1) reduction of time wasted in the drying process assembling the dryer. With the heat pump heat system of ABC Engineering Co., Ltd. under the ECRS principle, before improvement there was a total time of 1473.7 minutes. After the improvement, there was a total time reduction of 1424.8 minutes, reducing wasted time by 48.9 minutes. 2) Reduce activity waste in the dryer assembly process with a heat pump heat pump system of ABC Engineering Co., Ltd. with ECRS principles before improvement, there are 3 steps in total, 10 activities. <p>The objectives of this research are to 1) study the problems and needs of using information technology and communication for learning management in the 21st century for personnel at the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok 2) develop skills in using information technology and communication for learning management in the 21st century for personnel at the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok. Population was 89 people used in this research including the personnel at the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The research tools consisted of an interview form, an opinion questionnaire, and evaluation forms of development skill. Data were analyzed using basic statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and analyze content. The results of the research found that 1) problem conditions and needs for using of information technology and communication for learning management in the 21st century in management infrastructure personnel development in terms of organizing the learning process. It found that the school had organized the using of information technology and communication at a high level. Personnel have a need for personnel development first followed by infrastructure to organize the learning process and management, respectively, for 2) developing skills in using information technology and communication for organizing learning in the 21st century for personnel. <p>The research aimed to study the elements that affect the research of students practice teacher profession. The research sample group included 52 students in the 4th year of mathematics, Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University for the academic year 2023 by using a simple random sampling technique. The data was gathered through a questionnaire with Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient of 0.94 and analyzed using percentages, mean and standard deviation.<br>These findings showed elements that affect the research of students practicing teacher professional experience. <p>This research aims to 1) investigate an English proficiency of grade 12 students of experimental group of English Program 2) compare the English proficiency of grade 12 students between the experimental group and controlled group of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The research instruments were English activities based on the Common European Framework of Reference or CEFR of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University English Proficiency Test (SSRU-TEP). The sample was 104 of grade 12 students from the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The data were analyzed by using mean and percentage. The sample collection was obtained by purposive sampling in the first semester of the academic year 2023. The research findings were 1) Grade 12 students of the experimental group of English Program acquired English very high scores at 78.80% or x̄x̄ =3.65. 2) The English proficiency of grade 12 students between the experimental group were 78.80% or x̄x̄ = 3.65 higher than the controlled group which was 59.80 % or x̄x̄ = 2.85. In comparison of English proficiency level, the experimental group students’ listening skill was 85.75% or x̄x̄ = 3.90, speaking skill was 82.35% or x̄x̄ = 3.72, reading skill was 68.55% or x̄x̄ = 3.05, and grammatical skill was 42.85% or x̄x̄ = 1.75. The control group students’ listening skill was 65.20% or x̄x̄ = 2.75, speaking skill was 58.95% or x̄x̄ = 2.58, reading skill was 65.55% or x̄x̄ = 3.20, and grammatical skill was 62.50% or x̄x̄ = 2.68. This research found that the English proficiency of grade 12 students of the experimental group of a total was higher than the controlled group’s at 19.0% or x̄x̄ = 0.80. The English proficiency including listening skill, speaking skill and reading skill of the experimental group was higher than the controlled group students’ except the grammatical skill was lower than the controlled group’s.</p>Phuwitch Ngiwline

<p>This research aimed to investigate the satisfaction towards classroom arrangements to enhance the creativity of first-grade students at the Demonstration School of Rajabhat Suan Sunandha University. Its goal was to develop a measurement tool for creative thinking regarding classroom arrangements to foster students' creativity. The study revealed that among 115 first-grade students, 41 preferred the traditional classroom setting, while 74 considered the group-oriented setting better. The results indicated that a group-oriented classroom arrangement significantly promotes creativity and learning. In conclusion, changing classroom arrangements can distinctly stimulate students' creativity and learning.</p>Winita Naeprakhon

<p>The objectives of this research are 1) to enhance the multiplication ability in memorizing multiplication steps for Grade 4 students at the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, 2) to study the satisfaction regarding the use of colors to aid in memorizing the multiplication steps for Grade 4 students the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample group comprised 20 Grade 4 students selected purposively from the first semester of the academic year 2023. The research instruments included a multiplication ability assessment form, a learning plan incorporating colors to aid in memorizing multiplication steps, and a questionnaire on satisfaction with the use of colors in memorizing the multiplication steps. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation, and pre-study and post-study scores were compared using t-test statistics (Dependent Sample).<br>The findings of the research were as follows: 1) students’ multiplication ability after using colors to aid in memorizing multiplication steps was found to be significantly higher than before learning at a significance level of 0.05. 2) The students’ satisfaction regarding the use of colors to aid in memorizing the multiplication steps was at a high level.</p>Pattra U ntinagon

The tools used to collect the research included statistics used to analyze the data. <p>The purpose of this study was to compare pre-and post-test skills achievement in speaking from the literature Khun Chang Khun Phaen, specifically, the episode Khun Chang Tawaidika can be summarized as follows before and after using role-playing activities based on Speech Act Theory. The samples consisted of 21 twelfth-grade students from the second semester of the academic year 2023 at the Demonstration School of Suansunadha Rajabat University. The researcher prepared the lesson plans using role-playing activities based on Speech Act Theory and the pre and post-achievement of speaking skills tested at the end of the program. Data analyses used percentage means and average score differences for comparison pre-and post-test. The study showed that the post-achievement of speaking skills was higher than before learning through using role-playing activities showing that language teaching for communication was effective in helping students have higher speaking skill achievement.</p>Bualak Petchngam

Every school emphasizes that children understand music theory and be able to put it into practice, which can be beneficial to the teaching of other subjects. A research article on the development of multimedia learning media for learning about basic skills in playing Ja-khay e has been prepared with the objective 1) to develop multimedia media for learning basic skills in playing Ja-khay and 2) to compare academic achievement before and after learning. The sample was randomly selected with 7 grade 3 students in the first semester of the 2023 academic year. The tool for collecting data is multimedia lessons for learning and academic achievement before and after class. <p>The purposes of these research were to (1) to develop the exercise book to be effective according to the set criteria 80/80 (2) to compare pretest and posttest of English learning achievements of grade 4 students Demonstration school of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University<br>The purposive samplings used in the experiment were grade 4 students in the first semester of the academic year 2023. The tools used were (1) reading comprehension exercise book (2) lesson plans 3) English learning achievement. <p>This research study aimed to 1) compare the learning achievements in Economic Unit and Economic System before and after using Game-Based Learning (GBL) and 2) evaluate students’ overall satisfaction with the game. The tools for research consisted of 1) the simulation game named “Who pays whom?”, 2) Achievement test used for evaluating the score before and after using Game-Based Learning (GBL) and 3) Student satisfaction survey form. The sample group was 30 students selected from the population which are all Grade 11 students in the Gifted English Program at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University numbered 124. This research was conducted in the first semester of the academic year 2023. Statistics used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, and percentage.<br>From the result, students’ learning achievements after using Game-Based Learning (GBL) are higher than before. Modern students for 21st century learning according to criteria 80/80 3) to study practical skills after participating in activities that enhance desirable characteristics together with competencies of modern students for 21st century learning and 4) Study of satisfaction with activities that enhance desirable characteristics together with competencies of modern students for learning in the 21st century.The sample group included students at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Wat Rachathiwat School, Debsirin School, Wat Bowonniwet School, Semester 1, academic year 2022; number of students per school is 50, totaling 200 students. The research tools include activities that enhance desirable characteristics. It has a consistency index of 1.00 and is at the highest level of appropriateness, 4.95. The practical skills assessment has a consistency index of 1.00. The satisfaction questionnaire has a consistency index of 1.00. Statistics used in data analysis include percentages, averages, and deviations. Standard the research results found that<br>1. Activities that enhance desirable characteristics together with competencies of modern students for 21st century learning consists of 4 elements: 1) activity objectives, 2) activity content, 3) activity organizing methods, and 4) evaluation. Activity<br>2. Activities that enhance desirable characteristics together with the competencies of modern students for 21st century learning have an efficiency of 85.43/82.68, which is higher than the 80/80 criteria set.<br>3. Practical skills after participating in activities that Strengthen desirable characteristics together with the competencies of modern students for learning in the 21st century, overall and in each aspect, at the highest level.<br>4. <p>This study looked at how educational games can help eighth-grade students build critical thinking abilities related to investing and saving. Goals: To contrast the eighth-grade students' analytical thinking abilities about investments and saves at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's Demonstration School uses instructional games before and after classes. Ten eighth-grade students enrolled in the first semester of the 2023 academic year at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's Demonstration School served as the sample for this study. Results from the post-test following the game card activity indicate that students' critical thinking abilities were improved; the results for comparing students' critical thinking abilities prior to learning were not passed at the 8.76 level of mean and 4.08 level of standard deviation. <p>The purpose of this research was to develop the English-reading ability by using B-SLIM model with 5W1H technique based instruction for grade 7 students. This study's sample consisted of grade 7 students from Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University who used B-SLIM model with 5W1H technique of learning reading management organically. During the first semester of the academic year 2023, 35 students conducted experiments using purposive sampling and a one-group pretest-posttest design. The instruments were 1) a learning plan consisting of eight lessons for a reading and writing exercise that aimed to create English-Reading abilities: and 2) the reading comprehension test and 3) the survey form for student’s satisfaction with the technique. The data were analyzed using basic descriptive statistics: mean, percentage, standard deviation, paired t-test. The time frame employed was eighteen weeks. <p>The purpose of this research was to study the achievement, Chinese phonetic alphabets pronunciation using a game-based learning of grade 7 students. The samples included thirty-one students in the first semester of 2023 academic year at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The duration of the teaching period were eighteen hours. Using the purposive sampling method and a one-group pretest-posttest design. The instruments used in the research Chinese Phonetic Alphabets Pronunciation includes: 1) the four learning activities about pronunciation of consonants, vowel pronunciation, tonal pronunciation and tonal, and inflection Pronunciation of consonant combinations vowels and tones, and 2) the Chinese phonetic alphabets pronunciation test. The data were analyzed using a t-test for the dependent samples and a t-test for one sample. The research finding revealed which considered individually, it was found that all student's score increased. The research was conducted using the classroom as a research site, total of 4 sessions of 2 hours treatment was given 1 for each week consecutively for 4 weeks. The research instrument includes 1. (2) to compare the learning achievement pretest and posttest with practical package with using the inquiry model (5E) on topic of substances around us to develop learning achievement in science subjects for grade 6 students. The sample group used in the research was 37 students in grade 6/1 of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School, Semester 1, Academic Year 2023, which was obtained using the purposive selection method. The target group were 5 experts including teachers, administrators, and system testers, that were 20 high school teachers, purposive sampling was selected. The researchers had developed the online request form for re-examination and examined by experts, and system trialed by subject teachers. <p>The aim of this study was to create an application form for students who satisfy the school's quota. Students in Grades 7 and 10 at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University will be chosen. Due to internal school quotas, the sample group for this study was composed of 133 children in Grade 9 and 74 students in Grade 6 based on academic records. and a survey on application submission services satisfaction to address the issue of incomplete information filling and shorten processing times. In the event that students have trouble recording their grades or test results accurately.<br>According to the research's results, the school's forms of application for quota-type students were reviewed. Students' satisfaction with the service process was determined to be at the highest level, with an average score of 4.62. <p>The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of the perception external quality assurance of personnel at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. 2) to study the level of participation external educational quality assurance of personnel at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The samples of this study were 81 personnel at the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The data were collected by questionnaires and were analyzed statistically using percentage, mean and standard deviation.<br>The research results were as follows: 1) the level of knowledge and comprehension of external quality assurance of personnel was yes as 98.03%, no as 1.48%, and not sure as 0.49%. 2) level of participation external educational quality assurance of personnel was total average at ¯x= 4.63, S.D. = 0.59. When considered the results individually item, this finding found that personnel participated in the external educational quality assurance planning was total average at ¯x= 4.62, S.D. = 0.66. Personnel participated in meeting plan and conveying strategic plans for external educational quality assurance was an average at ¯x= 4.60, S.D. = 0.70. <p>The purpose of this research was to study of factors related to the career advancement development of personnel at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. It is a quantitative research study utilizing descriptive statistics. The tools employed in the research were questionnaire-based, with the statistics used including frequency, percentage, mean (X), and standard deviation (S.D). This study involved 90 personnel from Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University who responded to the questionnaire. Among them, 65 were female, 30 had an average age of 31 - 40 years, 42 held a bachelor's degree, had 6-10 years of service, and earned an income between 20,001 and 25,000 baht.<br>The results of the analysis of opinions regarding the performance factors of the personnel at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, both overall and in each aspect, indicate the highest level of agreement in all three areas. The average values are ranked from highest to lowest: 1) Morale and encouragement, 2) Satisfaction, and 3) Performance evaluation. Similarly, the results of the analysis of opinions regarding the development of career advancement of personnel at Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, both overall and in each aspect, show the highest level of agreement in all three areas. <p>The purpose of this research was to develop a design development and create a military student application manual for high school students and to determine the effectiveness of the military student application manual for high school students for the benefit of the students of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. This research investigated both secondary and primary data, which the researcher collected by using survey questionnaires. The 60 samples included high school students, academic staffs and academic support staffs of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. This quantitative research analyzed and represented data in descriptive statistics to describe information about the personal factors of the manual quality assessment and quality level Military Student Application Guide of the Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University divided by line of work using frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. It is used in conjunction with the mean to characterize the distribution of the data. By studying the design development, efficiency and application for military courses for high school students from a questionnaire and bring to conclusions by using descriptive statistics.<br>The results indicated that personnel, students and parents had a greater understanding of the application manual for military students as the manual has become more efficient, the contents are arranged in clear order without confusion allowing readers to follow the content easily as well as having a connection to the topic with an average of 4.42. The participants were selected by a purposive random sampling method which included 29 second-year English major students in the Faculty of Education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The research instruments comprised English phonetic tests and questionnaires. The data were analyzed by the application of t-test, mean, and standard deviation. The findings revealed as follows: 1. <p>This research aims to study on the guideline on learning management of demonstration schools in Bangkok. In this research, there were 17 key informants including school directors, deputy directors for administration, deputy directors for plan and quality assurance, deputy directors for student affairs, deputy directors for academics, and teachers of demonstration schools in Bangkok. Research tool was a semi-structured interview. The results revealed that the guideline on learning management of demonstration schools in Bangkok for reinforcing learning behavior of students must be started from the administrational directions of demonstration schools consisted of 4 directions as follows: 1) emphasis on child center learning; 2) becoming leading quality schools in international level; 3) learning via active learning activities; and 4) emphasis on promoting children as global citizens via integrated learning. From policies, they could be classified into 4 critical procedures. Firstly, school environment which obtained qualitative and quantitative data were consistent with each other. From qualitative data, it was found that success factors of student’s learning management were environment, teachers, classrooms, and laboratories. Environment meant having modern instructional media management, and managing places facilitating learning. In addition, for characteristics of administrators, they must have leadership with clear definition on their roles. For teachers’ characteristics, professional teachers must be promoted. <p>This research explores the multifaceted relationship between leadership style, job<br>satisfaction, organizational commitment, and corporate performance in the dynamic Chinese<br>internet industry. Employing a mixed-method approach, the study integrates quantitative data<br>from a sample of 240 participants across 20 enterprises in Beijing's internet sector with<br>qualitative insights from 15 industry professionals. The research hypothesizes positive<br>correlations between these variables, positing that leadership style not only directly influences<br>corporate performance but also indirectly impacts it through mediating factors of job<br>satisfaction and organizational commitment. Quantitative analysis involves structured<br>questionnaires utilizing the Likert-5 scale, analyzed using SPSS and AMOS for descriptive<br>statistics and structural equation modeling. Qualitative data, gathered through in-depth<br>interviews, undergo thematic analysis, providing context and depth to the quantitative findings.<br>This comprehensive methodology aims to substantiate seven hypotheses, correlating leadership<br>styles (transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire) with job satisfaction, organizational<br>commitment, and corporate performance. The study anticipates revealing that transformational<br>leadership fosters innovation and adaptability, transactional leadership contributes to talent<br>retention and development, and laissez-faire leadership enhances creativity. Job satisfaction is<br>expected to mediate the relationship between leadership style and corporate performance,<br>emphasizing the role of employee well-being in organizational success. Similarly,<br>organizational commitment is projected to mediate the impact of leadership on corporate<br>performance, underscoring the importance of emotional, calculated, and moral attachment of<br>employees to their organization. <p>Wutai Mountain Foguang Temple is located in Wutai County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. Foguang Temple of Wutai Mountain is listed as World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO and is a world-famous religious tourism mecca. At present, religious tourism is becoming the main way of tourism and economic growth point, in order to understand the religious tourism motivation, tourism image, tourism satisfaction, happiness and loyalty of tourists in Foguang Temple. In this study, literature review, expert evaluation (IOC), validity and reliability testing were used to sort out and analyze the existing literature, and 77 pre-survey questionnaires were issued. Through software analysis, the reference values of each scale are obtained.
