THE DEVELOPMENT OF “I” REGRADING PROCESS OF FINE AND APPLIED ARTS FACULTY, SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The purpose of this article aimed to explore the problems encountered in the process of
submitting a solution grade. "I" of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University, and guidelines for the development of the process of submitting grade
points "I" of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University from
the Administration, Head of department and Lecturers are total of 48. This research using
mixed-method research and presented by descriptive analyses with statistics.
The results of the study showed that the problems encountered in the performance of the
grade submission process were solved. "I" Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha
Rajabhat University The overall level is low, with an average of 2.11. The instructor submits
the "I" correction report to the subject for incomplete consideration with an average of 3.75
standard deviation of 1.32, and the instructor does not complete the evidence and documents
for correcting the "I" grade with an average of 3.55 standard deviation of 1.45. Development
Guidelines consist of 1) the university announces the academic calendar in the
REG.SSRU.AC.TH system and notifies the instructors, 2) Lecturers submits the "I" correction
grade in the REG.SSRU.AC.TH system 3) prints the "I" revision report sheet with his signature.
"I" PDF format into Google Drive 4) Faculty download data from Google Drive to check the
courses 5) Faculty summarizes the imported data at the meeting of the Faculty Academic
Committee 6) The faculty confirms the courses that have been approved to revise the grade
level. "I" enters the registration system in the SSS.SSRU.AC.TH system and makes a
memorandum of submission to the Division of Educational Services.
