http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSSEOUL2023/article/view/792

Abstract—The objective of this research is 1) to study the storage process in storage area, 2) to analyze the storage process in storage area, and 3) to propose a guideline for improving the efficiency of the storage space of the convenience stores in Nakornpathom province. The method of operation and data collection was conducted by questionnaire and interviewing the 18 convenience store managers in Nakornpathom province. Then the prototype convenience store is designed. The tools used for data analysis are the Ishikawa diagram. The ABC Analysis concept was then applied to the analysis to improve the placement of goods in the storage and used the application of symbols in visual controls. The measuring the efficiency of logistics in picking in the storage, it was found that the operating time after process improvement took time of 10 minutes decreased from 5 minutes. On the cost of labor, staff picking up goods after process improvement was 7.50 baht per person per minute. The labor cost was decreased 3.75 baht. The reliability was measured from the customer standing and waiting for the staff to pick up the product after the renovation by 75% overall. It showed that reliability has increased to 20%. This was a result of cultivation using a controlled chemical with a GAP standard. The harvesting period was 45 days faster than other crops. The cost is cheaper because the company invests in seeds, fertilizers, drugs, and knowledge. Agriculturists invest labor. While reaching out to customers and closer relationships is green okra agriculturists (Supplier Tier1) and the export company (Supplier Tier 2) has a cooperative relationship in the middle level that dependence and mutual benefit.
Natpatsaya Setthachotsombut

Abstract— This research assessed the market for aromatic coconuts that ABC Company Limited will process. The objective of this research is to plan the preparation of merchandise to satisfy consumer demands utilizing the findings of an analysis of data. This research is quantitative in nature. An in-depth interview with an entrepreneur from ABC Company Limited, who operated a company buying aromatic coconuts from farmers and transporting them to Asiatic Agro-Industry Company Limited for subsequent processing, served as the primary data collection instrument. The data were analyzed using the Time Series Method of demand forecasting with the Exponential Smoothing method and the accuracy of the forecasting was measured using the mean absolute deviation MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation), Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute Percent Error (MAPE). Even though it has higher reliability and is the most accurate forecasting technique, Exponential Smoothing with α=0.1 is implemented in demand forecasting and strategic sourcing, according to the research. 419,00 aromatic coconuts being consumed in January 2022.
Wannee SutthachaideeThawanrat KuarsuwanNipawan PoojomWarinthron Pengpaibool

2023-03-012023-03-01365370THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THAILAND’S TRANSPORT SERVICES TRADE
http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSSEOUL2023/article/view/854

Abstract— The purpose of this research was to study 1) The competitiveness of Thailand's transport service trade and its influencing factors, 2) The revenue and expenditure of Thai transport service trade, 3) The radiation effect of Thai transport service trade on the ASEAN market. The status of the ASEAN summarizes the basic characteristics of Thailand's transport services trade. The MS index, RCA index, and TC index of Thailand's transport service trade are quantitatively analyzed. Through quantitative calculation, it is found that the competitiveness of Thailand's transport service trade is weak and it does not have comparative advantages in the international market. Then this paper takes Porter's Diamond Model as the theoretical framework and makes a qualitative analysis of resource factors, demand factors, related industries, competitive environment of enterprises, relevant government policies, and strategic opportunities of Thailand’s transport service trade. The empirical analysis of the factors influencing the competitiveness of Thai transport service trade. Based on Porter Diamond Model, combined with comparative advantage theory, industrial relevance theory, and economies of scale theory.
This paper constructs a multiple regression model for the factors influencing the MS index, RCA index, and TC index of Thai transport service trade from the actual situation of Thai transport service trade. Model. Through empirical analysis, this paper finds that among the six elements of the diamond model, demand factors and enterprise competitive strategy are the key factors affecting the competitiveness of Thailand's transport services trade. There is no significant correlation between other factors and the MS index, RCA index, and TC index of Thailand's transport services trade. Among the demand factors, the import and export volume of Thailand's goods trade is negatively correlated with the MS index and TC index of Thailand's transport services trade. The increase in the import and export volume of Thailand's goods trade will make the MS index and TC index of Thailand's transport services trade decline, which is mainly due to the relatively weak international transport capacity of Thailand's domestic transport services. The transportation of goods trade mainly depends on large international logistics enterprises.
In addition, among the relevant indicators of enterprise competition strategy, the transport cost of Thailand is negatively correlated with the RCA index of its transport service trade, and the increase of its transport cost will lead to the decrease of its RCA index, which is consistent with the views of other scholars in the past. Finally, in the sixth chapter of the paper, we summarize the research results of this paper, and according to the research results of this paper, we put forward relevant suggestions to promote the development of Thai transport service industry from the two levels of government and enterprise.
Montipa VilasthipRatirath Na SongkhlaOraphan DechaPannalin SuchookornPeeranthon Saensook
