According to the study, questionnaires were used to collect data from the sample which were 349 undergraduate students from 14 programs in Faculty of Science and Technology by applying stratified random sampling and simple random sampling techniques. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage (%), mean ( X ) and standard deviation (S.D.). As a result of this research, it was found that 1) the amount of plastic bags collected in Faculty of Science and Technology during November 2018 to February 2019 was 2.76 kg/day by average or equal to 0.025 kg/student/day; and 2) the attitude of undergraduate students on the reduction of using plastic bags in their daily lives as a whole was at high level ( X = 4.01). The objectives of those who use the food laboratories services of home economics students mostly for teaching and learning 89.5 percent. It soft and crispy texture with sugar or cinnamon powder before serve. It’s popular dessert to eat along with hot chocolate, tea or coffee, considered as a unique dessert. It is also the traditional Spanish dessert that is famous throughout the world. Recently, Thailand has a culture of eating Churros widely. Due to the environment and Consumption behavior nowadays has changed. Thai people prefer to eat fried food as a main course and snack for providing energy to makes consumers happiness. The survey found that teenagers or working adults receive energy from snacks equal to 1 in 4 energy that should be intakes per day, resulting in the body receiving less beneficial nutrients. Based on the above information, the author is aware of the importance of the problem and has the idea to develop a dessert recipe based on slightly improving the formula in Churros pastry. In addition to reducing the amount of flour it, also helps adding nutrients to the dessert. By experimenting with supplementing pumpkin at an appropriate level and being accepted by consumers, selecting 3 Churros recipes was tested to get the standard formula that received the highest satisfaction score. After that, the standard formulas were used to supplement pumpkin at 3 different levels, namely 10%, 20% and 30% respectively. When studying the needs of target consumers who are likely to consume in the age of 18-25 years, a total of 30 people were tested. By Sensory evaluation and Consumer acceptability, the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS program analyzing one-way ANOVA and comparing the mean values by LSD. The result found that the Churros supplement with pumpkin at the level of 30% has the highest satisfaction scores; physical, odor, color, taste, texture, and overall liking. with an average of 3.87, 3.77, 4.00, 4.27, 4.03 and 4.37 respectively. From the experiment of adding pumpkin meat in Churros pastries helps to increase nutritional value. Making the cakes normally it has to use the very simple and high calories ingredients e.g. wheat flour, butter and sugar etc. From this topic, the researcher found that the application of using purple sweet potato as a high antioxidant level ingredient of Anthocyanin to be an interesting ingredient for making purple sweet potato chiffon type cake can be the good way for developing of valuable bakery and cake product and to be a new way of bakery products development that’s as a goal of the experiment. All information was collected from agriculture and the rabbit loves group. The author has designed the system application by collecting the data from the user and fusion with the technique of mobile application design. After design and creation, the model of this system was evaluated with 20 users and 10 experts that obtained mean and standard division in 4.25, 4.53 and 0.51, 0.58 respectively. The research instrument used in data collecting was a questionnaire inspected by determining the accuracy by the Index of Item-Objective Congruence: IOC method and evaluate the reliability that the researcher collected data. There were 5 evaluating scales with a total of 25 items. The questionnaire consisted of 4 motivation areas as follows: (1) Love, Aptitude, and Interest (2) Health and Sanitation (3) Opinions regarding oneself and related parties (4) Reputation and Society, with the reliability at 0.92. Data was analyzed by determining the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. These enzymes hydrolyze the starch molecule to the glucose unit polymers. A large numbers of amylases were obtained from diverse species of microbes. Starch as the main substrate for these enzymes which plays the important role in human diet obtains from many economically important crops such as wheat, rice, tapioca and potato. The final products of maltodextrin, modified starches, or glucose and fructose syrups were obtained by this enzymatic reaction. As there are large numbers of amylases from different microbial sources for different applications, the molecular characterization of the enzyme is vital for the researchers and producers. This research paper provided the comprehensive in silico information on amylases from two distinct rhizobia genera Sinorhizobium and Mesorhizobium. Thermostability and pH stability of amylases from Sinorhizobium and Mesorhizobium genera as well as the genomic distribution, physicochemical and structural features were analyzed. The physicochemical characterizations such as grand average hydropathy (GRAVY), aliphatic index (AI), extinction coefficient (EC), isolelectric point (pI), and instability index (II) were evaluated. S-S bridges, secondary structures and their homology modeling of these enzymes were presented with PyMol model visualization. The tools used in the research were the students' response survey on the behavior for usage plastic and foam. Data were collected between 16 to 20 September 2019 and analyzed by using descriptive statistics such as percentage, average and standard deviation.<br>The research found that undergraduate students receive news about reducing plastic and foam used from social media as the number one and receiving the last news about reducing plastic and foam boxes from newspaper media. The study of students' opinions about the responsibility of reducing plastic and foam. 98.4% of students agreed to reduce waste by using cloth bags and rice boxes instead of plastic bags and foam. The paper were selected from everyday life and they were investigated to find latent fingerprints in 2 different methods; iodine and ninhydrin methods. The numbers of latent fingerprints appearing were recorded. The result shows that the iodine method was detected the latent fingerprints on paper with blood stains but not in all papers. A questionnaire is used for collecting data from members of 400 households. The data was the processed via statistical tools. The findings revealed that the majority or 53% of the respondents were female with ageing range between 35 to 50 (38%); holding the junior high school certificate (38.6%); earned their living on personal business (35.8%); were Buddhist ( 44.2%); were married (55.8%); and have resided in the community for more than 10 years (61.55%). The awareness regarding the surveillance of surface water overall was at the high level with a mean of 3.51; meanwhile, the participatory process of people was at a low level with a mean of 2.37. They are excellent sources of vitamins and minerals that are essential for many functions in the body. However, fresh vegetables are frequently contaminated with foodborne pathogens. Vegetable washing is an important step to help minimize the amount of harmful bacteria prior to consumption.<br>Efficacy of five washing solutions in reducing Escherichia coli contamination in lettuce was investigated in the present study. Three tested solutions were derived from household ingredients consisting of lime, salt and vinegar. One washing solution was obtained from a local herb, Gotu kola, recently reported to exhibit antimicrobial property. The last washing solution prepared from potassium permanganate, a chemical long used in vegetable cleaning, was also compared.<br>Lettuce was artificially inoculated with E. coli of about 8 log CFU/g. Following soaking in tested solutions for as long as 30 min, 15% lime solution was shown to be the most effective solution in disrupting E. coli cells achieving a 1.53-log reduction. Therefore, the Faculty of Science and Technology uses knowledge of the home economics program to train dessert making, using appropriate ingredients that simple production and economics. By teaching how to make Khanom Khai and Khanom Thong Moun. Because of the other occupants, the Faculty has unable to increase the extra income enough for the villagers. Implementation of an integrated mission of the project to solve the poverty of local people. The budget year 2019 was complete mission. It is necessary to check the said project. To dissolve the problems and obstacles of the project and to improve the project operations in the next year. The growth curve of three isolates were study. The effect of four carbon sources, glucose, sucrose, glycerol and fructose and aeration by shaking at 150 rpm and 190 rpm on red pigment production by Red yeasts were test. The result found that aeration by shaking at 190 rpm, all of three isolates reached to stationary phase faster than aeration by shaking at 150 rpm. Aeration by shaking at 190 rpm all of three isolates reached to stationary phase at 48 hrs and aeration by shaking at 150 rpm all of three isolates reached to stationary phase at 72 hrs. Thirty rugby football players aged between 18-22 years were Simple Random Sampling into two subgroups. In each of the two different groups: 1.) cold-water immersion group (CWI) 2) cold-water combined with a total of 30 massages (CWIM). Resting heart rate and blood lactate were recorded throughout the testing sessions. Recovery after exercise in both groups with the method of cold-water immersion was a significant decline in blood lactic acid and heart rate with a statistical level of 0.001. There was a significant decline in blood lactic acid and heart rate after CWI compared with CWIM with a statistical level of 0.001. In this study the effect of fortification with different concentrations of freeze-dried Yanang powder on physicochemical properties, functionality, microbial risk and sensory quality of sherbet with 10%, 20% and 30% of Yanang powder was investigated. Total solids content and pH values of the samples were found to increase with increased level of Yanang powder addition. Average overrun of sherbet products was decreased when the concentration of freeze-dried Yanang powder increased but the sherbet with fresh Yanang extract had overrun no significant difference from a control. Hardness and viscosity increased but melting rate decreased when the concentration of freeze-dried Yanang powder increased. The highest amount of Yanang powder added into sherbet presented the highest TPC value corresponding with higher DPPH and FRAP values which made the sherbet a good promising antioxidant product. The addition of Yanang powder affected appearance/color, texture, flavor, foreign taste and overall acceptability of sherbet samples. The two hundred and fifty students were selected by random sampling and the data were collected with safety behavior questionnaires. After that, the data was analyzed by percentage mean and standard deviation. The result indicated that the data sample consisted of female and male students of 66 percent and 34 percent, respectively. The students never had laboratory hazards 63.2 percent while 36.8 percent of students had some laboratory hazards. The hazard from unsafe laboratory behavior of students were dizziness from chemicals, irritated nose, chemical spill and slip or fall 37 percent, 27.4 percent, 25.3 percent and 3.9 percent, respectively. The causes of hazard in chemistry laboratory were arisen form not wearing personal protective equipment 21.9 percent, uncomfortable and inappropriate dress 17.4 percent, improper working procedure 15.4 percent, unsafe or defective equipment 13.8 percent. The top three positive safety behaviors of students that reduced the risk of chemical hazardous were reporting the problem immediately to the laboratory advisor followed by wearing a personal protective equipment all the times and following the good laboratory practices. Most representative sample were younger than 30 years (52.0%), between 30-40 years (40%) and more than 40 years (8%), respectively. The customer were 61.3% private sector and 38.7% student. Compare the attitude of students of science and technology towards professional experiences by demographic found that gender differences result in the attitude of students of science and technology on the professional experiences in the workplace. In the case of data management, Natural Language Processing plays an essential role in the interfacing between human and database, which help general users who lack the technical knowledge to be able to perform many operations on databases more conveniently. However, most of the studies in this topic focused on retrieving data from the database, and still lacking studies related to data manipulation in other ways. In this research, we propose a new algorithm that learned Natural Language sentences from a Learning dataset and created Semantic Patterns used to analyze the meaning as well as execute the data manipulation commands covering, insertion, editing, and deletion. The performance evaluation was performed by 500 Natural Language Commands from a sample of 50 users. Further, research contributes to a national and international profile for both institute and individual. Research brings in funding, and enhances career development. But what happens when vocational teachers, recruited directly from industry and trade, rather than academia, are required to support their new teaching role by producing research outputs and publications? The answer is reluctance, and sometimes, downright resistance.<br>So what can we do, and what do other organisations do, to encourage more staff to undertake research to inform their teaching? This paper will describe a project which sought to benchmark the supports and strategies to develop researcher capability offered across the majority of the 16 organisations which make up New Zealand’s Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics (ITP) sector. The first source of data was a survey of the rewards, incentives and organisational frameworks the different ITPs are offering. Next, the project team interviewed 22 colleagues from the home institute, across disciplines and faculties, experienced and novice, research-active and non-research-active. The ultimate aim was to identify a range of strategies which staff considered would offer compelling inducement to increase the quantity and/or quality of their research outputs.<br>We provide an overview of the findings of both internal and external motivators for individuals. For institutions, there were strong indications of the structures and practices participants felt enabled, or hindered their research activity. Positive change, rejuvenation of ‘writing lives’, and (re)engagement in learning calls for a whole-organisation approach.
