RESEARCH ON THE INTEGRATION OF LION DANCE CULTURE INTO LANDSCAPE

Abstract

This study aims to explore the integration of lion dance culture and landscape design,
in order to seek an innovative combination of traditional culture and modern design. As a
treasure of traditional Chinese culture, lion dance provides rich inspiration for landscape design
with its unique artistic charm and cultural connotations. With the rapid development of
urbanization, how to protect and inherit traditional culture has become an urgent problem to be
solved. Integrating lion dance culture into landscape design can not only enhance the cultural
connotation of the landscape, but also promote the modern inheritance of traditional culture.
The research results are as follows:
(1) The form, color, and other elements of lion dance have been effectively utilized in
landscape design, endowing the landscape with unique cultural connotations;
(2) The integration of lion dance culture has enhanced the artistic value of the landscape
and attracted more attention from tourists;
( 3) The integration strategy proposed in this study is of great significance for the
modern inheritance of lion dance culture and the innovation of landscape design. These results
not only enrich the expression forms of lion dance culture, but also provide new development
directions for landscape design.
