The study targeted a sample population of 30 participants, including instructors, teaching assistants, and system administrators, who provided insights through a structured evaluation of the manual using a five-point Likert scale. The evaluation process focused on personnel involved in managing general education courses on the FlexSpace platform, facilitating effective data collection and analysis. The research design comprised three main sections in the assessment questionnaire: Section 1 collected general demographic information about the participants; Section 2 queried their levels of agreement and satisfaction regarding the activities outlined in the manual; and Section 3 invited open-ended feedback and suggestions for improvement. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, and standard deviations, to quantify participant responses and gauge overall satisfaction. The findings from this study are intended to provide valuable insights into the efficacy of the guidelines manual, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for enhancement in its application. The research focused on two online platforms, “Canva” and “Looker Studio (Google Data Studio),” and included evaluations of participants' knowledge and understanding through a pre- and post-training assessment.<br>Before using Canva, participants rated their knowledge and understanding at a low level (x̅ = 2.50). After the training, their knowledge significantly improved to a high level (x̅ = 4.40). The overall usability of the system, including ease of use and navigation, was rated at a high level (x̅ = 4.22). Before using Looker Studio, participants rated their knowledge and understanding at a moderate level (x̅ = 2.55). After using the platform, their understanding increased to the highest level (x̅ = 4.53). The usability of Looker Studio, particularly in terms of ease of use, was rated at a high level (x̅ = 4.23). The analysis indicated that the application of digital cloud media for communicating organizational performance results was rated at a high level (x̅ = 4.25). The system’s accuracy was rated at the highest level (x̅ = 4.55). Both Canva and Looker Studio were perceived as user-friendly platforms with simple and intuitive menus, rated at a high level (x̅ = 4.25). The convenience of using online platforms and storing data on the cloud drive was rated at the highest level (x̅ = 4.75).<br>The study found that the organization effectively created and communicated organizational performance data using digital cloud media. The research instruments used include a questionnaire, and the statistics applied are percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a study of articles and academic research using content analysis.<br>The findings indicate that undergraduate students have a high overall opinion regarding online teaching management. There are three components of teaching management: the overall level of online teaching management among undergraduate students is very high ( = 4.36, S.D. = 0.51). When considering specific aspects, the highest level is found in the category of individuals who promote learning (Facilitator) ( = 4.39, S.D. = 0.57) who the most important aspect for students is the involvement of facilitated student participation in the teaching process, followed by individuals who promote learning (Students) ( = 4.36, S.D. = 0.53) where students emphasize the importance of being responsible for their own learning and managing their time effectively, and Media and Technology that enhance learning management ( = 4.28, S.D. = 0.51) where the most significant aspect for students is having online communication channels that can quickly disseminate information to students.</p> Natnaphat Surabhidbhidh Wallop Piriyawatthana Copyright (c) 2025-02-28 2025-02-28 14 20 Guest Speaker Satisfaction Assessment on Online Teaching and Learning Management in International General Education Courses http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSOSLO2025/article/view/1518 <p>This research investigates the level of satisfaction among undergraduate students in the International Program at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University regarding online teaching delivered by guest speakers. The study involved a sample of 456 students. The analysis revealed that the majority of participants were female, and most were first-year students. Overall satisfaction with the external experts was high, with students appreciating the opportunities for asking questions, expressing opinions, and exchanging experiences. The content of the lectures was deemed modern, clear, and appropriate for the learners. The experts' ability to convey knowledge effectively through various teaching techniques engaged students and facilitated their understanding while also incorporating practical experiences and explanations on applying knowledge. In terms of the course delivery, students found the content current, clear, and suitable for the learners. The use of diverse teaching methods kept students interested and attentive. The assessment and evaluation of the learning process were considered appropriate, with students able to apply the knowledge gained from the experts' direct experiences to their daily lives. The statistical tools used for data analysis include mean and standard deviation. The study was implemented with 1,065 students enrolled in the GEZ0205 English for Health Care course during the first semester of the academic year 2024 and 25 staff members from the General Education Office. The user satisfaction evaluation indicated a very high level of satisfaction, with a mean score of 4.70. Additionally, the research aimed to propose strategies to enhance the efficiency and quality of human resource management within the institution. The study involved a population consisting of 322 staff members and 1,984 students. Data were gathered using structured questionnaires designed to evaluate satisfaction levels, and the analysis was performed using statistical tools such as percentages, means, and standard deviations. The findings revealed that the overall satisfaction of staff with the performance of personnel management officers was rated at the highest level, with an average score of 4.58. Specific aspects of their performance were further analyzed, leading to the following insights Personnel management officers were highly regarded for providing valuable information and guidance that contributed to the personal and professional development of staff members.This aspect achieved the highest satisfaction level, with an average score of 4.71.<br>The efficiency of personnel officers in resolving issues and addressing complaints reported by staff was also highly rated, with an average score of 4.68. The speed at which personnel management officers processed documents and handled requests was another highly praised aspect, receiving an average score of 4.68. The focus of the research is on investigating the issues, complaints, and student satisfaction with the current complaint management system. Additionally, it seeks to develop more appropriate and efficient methods for addressing complaints, along with establishing best practices for managing complaints in General Education courses.<br>This is an action research (R2R) project, which collected data from the Gen Ed Star Application, a system for recording and tracking student complaints. The study targeted 615 students enrolled in General Education courses during the 2023 academic year. The collected data was statistically analyzed to summarize student satisfaction, identify problems, and gather recommendations for improving the complaint management system.<br>The research results revealed that the most common complaints concerning General Education courses were related to teaching and learning, assessment, access to the learning system, and misunderstanding of the course structure. Based on these findings, suggestions for improving the complaint management process include enhancing complaint channels, developing staff capacity, and improving communication to manage complaints more effectively.<br>The practical recommendations from this research to enhance the efficiency of complaint management in General Education courses are the development of a digital platform for complaint management, training staff in complaint handling, and revising the criteria for academic assessment. Additionally, suggestions for future research include studying factors affecting complainant satisfaction, exploring complaint management models in other educational institutions, and surveying the opinions of instructors and staff. To analyze the relationship between satisfaction with teaching and learning arrangements and student academic achievement.4. To propose guidelines for improving the quality of teaching and learning in the subject GEZ0307 " Never Get Fat Again "The study included a sample of 400 students from the 1-4 year levels. Data were collected through questionnaires, and statistical analysis included percentages, means, and standard deviations.<br>The researcher presented a questionnaire findings revealed that overall satisfaction among program participants was at the highest level, with an average score of 4.57 representing 91.40%. The assessment of participants' knowledge and understanding before the training program showed a high level, with an average score of 4.32 (86.40%). After the training, overall knowledge and understanding reached the highest level, with an average score of 4.82 (96.40%), indicating a 10.00% improvement. The objectives are to explore suitable public relations channels, evaluate their outcomes, and develop strategies to optimize the effectiveness of these channels in enhancing the school’s image.The study surveyed 377 students, sampled from a population of 34,600 enrolled students, using Krejcie and Morgan's table and simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.<br>The findings reveal that respondents prioritize accessing public relations content through online platforms, with peak engagement occurring daily between 6:01 PM and 9:00 PM. However, its effectiveness faces challenges such as technical difficulties, engagement barriers, and student accountability issues. This research aims to tackle those issues by investigating the relationship between academic management employing innovative thinking and its impact on undergraduate students’ satisfaction with online teaching and learning, where the findings will inform the development of effective frameworks for enhancing online education practices. The findings show that the overall average satisfaction scores are at a medium level, indicating significant potential for improvement. The content clarity received the highest mean score of 4.84 (SD=0.36), indicating exceptional quality. However, areas such as page design and language usage in announcements, with mean scores of 4.34, offer opportunities for improvement. Recommendations include modernizing page design, integrating advanced filtering features for news, and refining language for conciseness and user-friendliness. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and the statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation. In this study, the researcher gathered data using a satisfaction questionnaire.<br>The results of the study revealed that users of the learner progress report were highly satisfied, with an overall satisfaction score of 4.51, equivalent to 90.18%. The findings are as follows: (1) Satisfaction with the report design had a satisfaction level of 4.67, equivalent to 93.33%, indicating the highest level of satisfaction. (2) Satisfaction with the report's presentation had a satisfaction level of 4.61, equivalent to 92.17%, indicating the highest level of satisfaction. (3) Satisfaction with the usability of the report had a satisfaction level of 4.52, equivalent to 90.40%, indicating the highest level of satisfaction. (4) Satisfaction with the report's effectiveness had a satisfaction level of 4.24, equivalent to 84.83%, indicating a high level of satisfaction.<br>The results of this study indicate that designing reports with visual data presentations, including bar charts, which are the most commonly used format, followed by pie charts, helps users understand the reports more effectively. The sample group consisted of 400 undergraduate students from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire designed to measure various aspects of student satisfaction.<br>The data were analyzed using statistical methods such as mean (x̄) and standard deviation (S.D.). The findings indicated that overall student satisfaction with Hybrid Learning on the Flexspace platform was at the "highest" level (x̄ = 4.51, S.D. = 0.638). The factor receiving the highest level of satisfaction was the system and instructional media support (x̄ = 4.53, S.D. = 0.606), followed by satisfaction with course instructors and teaching assistants' services.<br>This study highlights the potential of Hybrid Learning to enhance flexibility and improve the learning experience for students. Additionally, the study sought to utilize the findings to enhance operational efficiency. The population for this study consisted of 25 personnel from the School of General Education and Electronic Learning Innovation (data as of July 2024). Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and statistical analysis included percentage, mean, and standard deviation.<br>The findings revealed that the overall satisfaction level of visitors regarding financial office services was high. Most visitors were highly satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency of the financial officers. Among the factors examined, personnel competence received the highest satisfaction ratings, as visitors appreciated the staff's ability to work efficiently and provide excellent service. Cash receipts and disbursements also achieved a high satisfaction level, reflecting the promptness and accuracy of these processes, which contributed to visitor satisfaction. Meanwhile, accounting records, though rated the lowest among the factors, still achieved a high satisfaction level. The sample consisted of 400 international program students from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University enrolled in general education courses. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and statistical analysis was conducted using percentage (%), mean (x̄), and standard deviation (S.D.). The sample group included 154 male students (38.50%) and 246 female students (61.50%). There were 260 first-year students (65.00%), 92 second-year students (23.00%), 33 third-year students (8.25%), and 15 fourth-year students (3.75%). Students came from 14 faculties/colleges, with the largest groups being from the College of Logistics and Supply Chain (25.50%) and the College of Innovation and Management (24.00%). Overall, students reported a high level of satisfaction with the teaching management of general education courses (mean = 3.81, S.D. = 0.6412). The sample group consists of 3,000 undergraduate students enrolled in the GEN0320 Digital Millionaire course in the 2023 academic year at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. This project seeks to gain a deeper understanding of students' needs and satisfaction by employing qualitative research methods, focusing on accessibility, diverse learning approaches, and enhanced communication between instructors and students. The overall satisfaction of participants is at the highest level, with an average score of 4.66. This research contributes to educational innovation and improves students' self-development, fostering a foundation for national development. A structured satisfaction assessment form, designed with a 5-level rating scale, was utilized to measure satisfaction across three key dimensions: service processes, service personnel, and facilities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings revealed that satisfaction with service processes was the highest (mean = 4.63, SD = 0.54), indicating the efficiency and clarity of procedural workflows. Satisfaction with service personnel was also rated at a high level (mean = 4.58, SD = 0.51), reflecting the professionalism and responsiveness of staff. Satisfaction with facilities, such as the physical environment and supporting infrastructure, was rated slightly lower but remained at a high level (mean = 4.39, SD = 0.65). Overall, the satisfaction score across all dimensions was 4.69 (SD = 0.46), highlighting a high level of overall satisfaction with the services provided. Data collection instruments included a questionnaire assessing the current and desired states of digital competence and a form for proposing development guidelines. This paper aims to realize the innovative development of Jingdezhen ceramic skills and enhance the economic value of the non-heritage culture through the systematic study of the history, decoration and techniques of heraldic porcelain in the Ming and Qing dynasties, mining the history of cultural exchange between the East and the West, and based on the theory of product semiotics. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, we collect literature for qualitative research and use questionnaires to analyze the decorative characteristics and design directions of Ming and Qing heraldic porcelain. The results of the study show that the theory of product semiotics can effectively promote the sustainable development of heraldic porcelain in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and enhance the cultural influence of Jingdezhen ceramic skills. This study takes the ultra-long high-speed tunnel in Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province as the object, and analyzes "the consideration of user experience in tunnel design and its development trend". Through literature review, case study and interviews, the evolution of tunnel visual landscape design and the key factors affecting user satisfaction are summarized. The results show that light environment adaptation, spatial perception, visual guidance and cultural element integration are the core factors affecting user experience. However, modernization has led to challenges such as a decline in inheritors, limited design innovation, and restricted market reach. The emergence of cultural and creative industries presents new opportunities to revitalize this traditional craft and support its sustainable development.This study, adopting a cultural and creative industries perspective, integrates literature research and fieldwork to examine the craftsmanship, cultural significance, and contemporary applications of Leizhou cattail weaving. Through semi-structured interviews, it explores the craft’s development within modern cultural and creative design. Findings indicate that while Leizhou cattail weaving excels in material selection and technique, it falls short in aesthetics and innovation, limiting its market appeal.
