The study targeted a sample population of 30 participants, including instructors, teaching assistants, and system administrators, who provided insights through a structured evaluation of the manual using a five-point Likert scale. The evaluation process focused on personnel involved in managing general education courses on the FlexSpace platform, facilitating effective data collection and analysis. The research design comprised three main sections in the assessment questionnaire: Section 1 collected general demographic information about the participants; Section 2 queried their levels of agreement and satisfaction regarding the activities outlined in the manual; and Section 3 invited open-ended feedback and suggestions for improvement. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, and standard deviations, to quantify participant responses and gauge overall satisfaction. The findings from this study are intended to provide valuable insights into the efficacy of the guidelines manual, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for enhancement in its application. Ultimately, the research contributes to improving the effectiveness of reading student learning reports, which can foster a more informed approach to student performance evaluation on the FlexSpace platform.
2025-02-25T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSOSLO2025/article/view/1516 Application of Digital Cloud Media to Communicate Corporate Performance 2025-03-22T19:30:17+07:00 Krisana Aree krisana.ar@ssru.ac.th Sinchai Poolklai sinchai.po@ssru.ac.th Thanakorn Uiphanit thanakorn.ui@ssru.ac.th
Research on the application of digital cloud media to communicate organizational performance By evaluating the application of digital cloud media, 40 people, the objectives is as follows: 1) To study the use of digital cloud media for communicating organizational performance results. 2) To analyze the approaches for applying digital cloud media to communicate organizational performance results. The research focused on gathering feedback from 30 personnel, who were selected as the sample group for convenient data collection. A structured satisfaction assessment form, designed with a 5-level rating scale, was utilized to measure satisfaction across three key dimensions: service processes, service personnel, and facilities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings revealed that satisfaction with service processes was the highest (mean = 4.63, SD = 0.54), indicating the efficiency and clarity of procedural workflows. Satisfaction with service personnel was also rated at a high level (mean = 4.58, SD = 0.51), reflecting the professionalism and responsiveness of staff. Satisfaction with facilities, such as the physical environment and supporting infrastructure, was rated slightly lower but remained at a high level (mean = 4.39, SD = 0.65). Overall, the satisfaction score across all dimensions was 4.69 (SD = 0.46), highlighting a high level of overall satisfaction with the services provided. These results underscore the importance of maintaining high standards in service delivery and suggest areas for potential improvement. The insights from this study offer valuable guidance for the Personnel Management Division to enhance operational efficiency and better meet the expectations and needs of university personnel.
2025-02-28T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSOSLO2025/article/view/1536 Developing the quality of academic support staff to efficiency of work 2025-03-25T15:20:11+07:00 Namthip Kleebbuaban namthip.kl@ssru.ac.th Natnichar Kleebbuabarn nutnichar.kr@ssru.ac.th
The research on Development of Quality of Academic Support Personnel to Increase Work Efficiency has the following objectives: 1) To study the factors affecting the development of the quality of personnel performance 2) To study the relationship between performance and factors that promote personnel efficiency. It examines how organizations navigate the opportunities and challenges of LCCS while maintaining supply chain resilience and product quality. Analyzing procurement practices across 200 multinational corporations over five years, the study combines quantitative cost-benefit analyses with qualitative assessments of risk and outcomes. Findings show that LCCS can lead to 25-35% cost reductions in direct material spending, but successful implementation requires advanced risk mitigation and supplier development strategies. Companies achieving optimal results invest in supplier relationship management, quality control, and local presence in sourcing countries. The research identifies five key factors for successful LCCS: total cost of ownership analysis, cultural alignment, supplier capability development, risk diversification, and technology-enabled transparency. It also highlights emerging trends, such as the shift from cost-based to value-based supplier selection and the increasing importance of sustainability and social responsibility in sourcing decisions. This study contributes to procurement management theory and practice by offering a framework for evaluating and implementing LCCS strategies, providing insights for procurement professionals and decision-makers in optimizing cost benefits while managing risks.
2025-02-28T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSOSLO2025/article/view/1540 Enhancing Supply Chain Performance Through Digital Collaboration: An Analysis of E-Supply Chain Solutions in the Modern Business Environment 2025-03-25T15:32:12+07:00 Lamphai Trakoonsanti lamphai.tr@ssru.ac.th Srisarin Norasedsophon srisarin.no@ssru.ac.th Ratchaneewan Sujarit ratchaneewan.su@ssru.ac.th
This research examines the transformative impact of electronic supply chain solutions and collaborative platforms on modern business operations. Traditional forecasting methods often struggle to capture the complexities of modern retail environments, which are influenced by factors such as seasonality, promotions, competition, and external shocks. This paper explores the application of machine learning techniques to enhance demand forecasting accuracy for retail businesses. By leveraging historical sales data, external factors, and customer behavior patterns, machine learning models such as XGboost, long short-term memory (LSTM), and random forest are compared in terms of performance and adaptability to changing market conditions. The study highlights the importance of feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model selection in achieving robust forecasts. Key methods analyzed include general invitations, selective bidding, and specific procurements, alongside the adoption of electronic bidding (e-bidding) via the e-GP system. These approaches are supported by models such as Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and the Silver Meal heuristic to optimize resource utilization, reduce inventory costs, and address common challenges like delays and inadequate planning. The findings demonstrate significant improvements in procurement processes, including better resource allocation, reduced lead times, and enhanced accountability. General invitations foster open-minded competition, selective bidding ensures engagement with specialized providers, and specific procurement methods address urgent needs effectively. However, modernization has led to challenges such as a decline in inheritors, limited design innovation, and restricted market reach. The emergence of cultural and creative industries presents new opportunities to revitalize this traditional craft and support its sustainable development. This study, adopting a cultural and creative industries perspective, integrates literature research and fieldwork to examine the craftsmanship, cultural significance, and contemporary applications of Leizhou cattail weaving. Through semi-structured interviews, it explores the craft’s development within modern cultural and creative design. Findings indicate that while Leizhou cattail weaving excels in material selection and technique, it falls short in aesthetics and innovation, limiting its market appeal. Drawing on domestic and international industry practices, this study proposes sustainable development strategies to support its modernization and offer insights for the broader revitalization of traditional handicrafts.
2025-02-28T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c)
