The research identifies inefficiencies in the current manual system and proposes solutions to streamline the workflow, reduce errors, and improve overall processing time. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and document analysis, involving financial and accounting staff, as well as faculty members who interact with the disbursement process. The findings reveal significant delays due to manual processes, a lack of automation, and insufficient communication regarding the status of disbursements. Based on these results, the study recommends the implementation of a Document Management System (DMS) and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to automate the submission, approval, and tracking processes. The research also highlights the importance of standardizing procedures, providing staff training, and enhancing communication channels. The proposed solutions were tested through a pilot program, showing a 30% reduction in processing time and improved stakeholder satisfaction. This study offers practical recommendations for improving the efficiency and transparency of financial disbursement processes, which can serve as a model for similar institutions.
Weena Kunyeat Supattra Kanchanopast Copyright (c) 2025-03-13 2025-03-13 179 185 Satisfaction with Materials Management Administration at the Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSMADRID2025/article/view/1581
This study investigates the satisfaction levels with the materials management administration at the Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The research aims to evaluate how faculty members, administrative staff, and students perceive the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of the materials management system. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study incorporates both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather comprehensive data from 150 respondents, including 50 faculty members, 50 administrative staff, and 50 students. The results revealed that while faculty and staff expressed moderate to high satisfaction with the quality of materials and inventory management, students reported lower satisfaction, particularly regarding the timeliness of material delivery and communication regarding availability. Key factors influencing satisfaction included the responsiveness of the materials management staff, the quality and availability of materials, and the efficiency of the request and retrieval process. The study suggests that improvements in communication, the integration of a digital system for tracking materials, and more transparent processes could significantly enhance satisfaction levels. Overall, the findings highlight the importance of addressing the challenges identified to improve the materials management system and ensure better service delivery for all stakeholders.
Thanakit Phipatsakunkamon Charawee Butbumrung Copyright (c) 2025-03-13 2025-03-13 186 192 A Study on Satisfaction with Service Quality at the Planning and Quality Assurance Division, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSMADRID2025/article/view/1582
This study investigates stakeholder satisfaction with the service quality provided by the Planning and Quality Assurance Division at the Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU). The primary objective was to assess the service quality across five key dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, and to understand the factors influencing overall satisfaction among faculty members, administrative staff, and students. A sample of 384 respondents was surveyed, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The findings revealed that overall satisfaction was moderate, with the highest satisfaction observed in Reliability and Responsiveness, while Tangibles (physical facilities) received the lowest ratings. The study also highlighted significant differences in satisfaction across stakeholder groups, with faculty members reporting higher satisfaction than students, particularly in services reliability. The regression analysis showed that Service Reliability and Responsiveness/Assurance were the strongest predictors of overall satisfaction. Based on these findings, recommendations for improving service quality include enhancing physical facilities, improving responsiveness, increasing personalized attention, and strengthening communication. These improvements are expected to elevate satisfaction and contribute to a more positive service experience at SSRU.
Parichut Junnuan Natnichar Kleebbuabarn Copyright (c) 2025-03-13 2025-03-13 193 199 Development of Operational Processes for Performance Outcomes Based on Action Plan Indicators at the Planning and Quality Assurance Division, Faculty of Management Science http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSMADRID2025/article/view/1583
This study explores the development of operational processes aimed at improving performance outcomes based on action plan indicators at the Planning and Quality Assurance Division, Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU).
