The effective communication tools must include speed, privacy, security, power, ease of use, specific feature, and state-of-the-art technology. Some communication tools are productive but many are less than productive in terms of time, cost, and decision making. To ensure that the communication tools are feasible in terms of its practical usages of communication in office, the university needs to have a balance of these qualities. The objectives of this study were to examine the level of satisfaction with the balance of the qualities of effective communication tools as well as to suggest ways to improve the communication tools in the future.<br>This study employed both quantitative and qualitative research technique in order to provide answers for the research questions and research objectives. A total of 400 staff who were in office in various faculties of university at the first quarter of the year 2018 was interviewed. Data collection was conducted to capture their information, opinions, and comments. About eight of office managers was randomly selected to conduct an in-depth interview to obtain more insight information of how to improve communication tools. Statistical description and analysis were done by utilizing SPSS program and Excel program. Percentage, frequency, mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis and for achieving results. The findings of this investigation revealed that the majority of staff who works with internal staff in the office had a high level of satisfaction with a mean of 4.76 on the balances of the qualities of communication tools. However, the majority of staff who works with committee members has only a medium level of satisfaction with a mean of 3.37 on the outcome of using communication tools. Suggestion from the study included implementing the reengineering process of communication tools to achieve better results of generate information, sharing information, and provide vital information for making decisions. Computer labs and information Technology office is considered by students as one of the most important offices of university. Due to the fact that it provides many kinds of important information technology services, hardware and software services, various trainings, internet, and modern computer laboratory facilities. To have student high level of satisfaction implies successful management of computer labs and often reflects high quality management. The objective of this research was to do the survey and investigate factors of services that affected the high level of satisfaction from the students’ perspectives. This study utilized quantitative research study which was conducted by interviewing with 200 students who were the regular users of services of computer labs and who had a willingness to provide honest feedback, comments and suggestions. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS program. Frequency, tabulation, mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis and generated conclusion. The result of this investigation revealed that the majority of students reported a high level of satisfaction the service standard of computer labs and the overall mean was 4.78 with SD of 0.9812. From the means, the order of list of high level of satisfaction included the service provided by staff, organizations of trainings, cleanliness of the computer labs, the modern and upgraded of computer and its facilities, the opening and closing hours of the computer labs. However, the majority of business which are the driving force of economy in Thailand are facing with this problems people in office. Therefore, it is imperative to investigate this problem in a small scale and for small business management. The aims of this research were to understand problems people in small business and small firms as well as to offer suggestions for proper handle problems people for small business and small firms.<br>In order to find the answers for this research objectives, a qualitative research study was conducted which was conducted by using an in-depth interviewing with 12 informants. Six of them were managers of small business and other six were from academic and policy makers who involved with the work of small business and government policy. They were asked to provide information on how to handle problems people in small business. Contextual analysis and both primary data and secondary data from focus group and findings of many researches were also used for data analysis and findings. The result of this study revealed that problems people affected the success of small business as well as affected the key success of small business. However, key success of small business often related to the composited characteristic traits of the small business. Problems people affected the effectiveness of leadership, communication, productivity, people skills, and teamwork. It is acceptable in higher education that personality development and image improvement is important to internship students. Personality development and image improvement are not only the external of better dress or good look but also the internal of self-confidence, innovative thinking, and communication & people skills. The objectives of this study were to investigate the internship students who had personality development and image training and their work performance. This study utilized qualitative research method. The focus of the study was on 12 internship students who had completed personality development and image training class. An in-depth interview was conducted to gain better understanding of them. Primary data and secondary data were also analyzed with the assistance of the finding of literature review and many of previous studies related to the topic of personality development and image improvement. The results of this study were from the findings of the in-depth interview of 12 internship students and with theoretical framework collected from many literature reviews resulted in the conclusion that there is direct positive relation between both personality development and image improvement and high satisfaction and happiness of internship students at work and at home. Better management provides staff members with many kinds of opportunities for success and advancement. Successful in office management often reflects the level of satisfaction of staff members in the office. The objective of this research was to investigate feelings towards office management as well as the important factors of success that affected the positive or negative feelings from the staff’s perspectives. This study employed the qualitative research method which aimed to obtain the findings of an in-depth interview from two major perspectives namely: male and female staff. Each group would consist of 12 individuals and each group would set up to participate in a small focus group to tell their opinion about office management and provide their insight information together with valuable comments of how to improve the office management. The finding of the study revealed that the majority of informants expressed the positive feelings towards the office management and most of them had a highly positive comments of the opportunity for advancement. The objectives of this research were to conduct the survey investigation of level of participations from training development programs provided by Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University during the third quarter of year 2018 and to offer some valuable suggestions to improve the level of participation in various trainings<br>In order to find the results of research objectives, this study utilized both quantitative method and qualitative method to offer the answers. About 100 students was selected from training sessions to be sample group for quantitative method. Data collection was done by interview questionnaire. About 10 students was selected from variety of training sessions to be key informants for qualitative method. Data collection for insight information was conducts via in-depth interview. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS program. Mean, and standard deviation were mainly used for data analysis and generated results. The result of this investigation showed that the majority of students had a high level of participation on personality development trainings of the University. Fun activities had higher rate of satisfaction in learning as well as higher rate of satisfaction than some and serious activities. Therefore, it is imperative to develop and improve students’ potential in English communication skills in the training camps. Training camps is one of the best ways to improve students’ ability in English communication as well as social skills and academic experiences. The objective of this study was to investigate the ability of students’ English potential development. This was a case study of Suan Sunandha Rajabht University. The population of this study included all students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University who participated in training camps. This study was a mixed method of both quantitative and qualitative study method, therefore, a total of 200 students were used as sample group for quantitative method and a total of 15 students was selected to be in a focus group for qualitative method. The findings of the study showed that the overall training camps provided the proper methods of learning and students had showed their improvement of their English and high interests in further studying in the future. The majority of students had reported high level of satisfaction of the training programs as well as knowledge and skills gained from the camps. Many suggestions from the students included there should be a pre-test and post-test to measure the English ability of students rather than the old fashion method of selection. A total of 100 students who were in training camps in various parts of university at the first quarter of the year 2018 was interviewed. Data collection was performed to obtain their information, opinions, and comments. Statistical description and analysis were conducted by utilizing SPSS program and Excel program. Percentage, frequency, mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis and achieving results. The findings of this investigation revealed that the majority of students who were in training camps had a high level of satisfaction with a mean of 4.66. However, the majority of students who works with committee members has only a medium level of satisfaction with a mean of 3.37 on the listening activities. Suggestion from the study included there should be the use the guidelines for increasing the effectiveness of listening activities. The objective of this research was to examine the effectiveness of English training for students as well as to understand what kinds of trainings do students really wants and to find ways to improve their training in with small classes. The population of this study included all English class students in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University who were studying the first quarter of year 2018. This was a quantitative research study which was conducted by interviewing with 200 students who were studying and majoring in service industry such as tourism, hotels, transportations, and restaurants. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS program. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis and generated findings. The result of this investigation revealed that the majority of students had satisfied with the overall English classes with a mean of 4.54 and S.D. of 0.9897. However, when evaluated in detail, students are satisfied with speaking and listening English training more than vocab and reading of English training. Statistical description and analysis were performed by using both SPSS program and Excel program. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA were used for data analysis and generated results. The findings of the study reveal some significant facts that there were remarkable personality and confident improvement of these students who participate in the training. Therefore, the objectives of this research study were to investigate the level of satisfaction of stakeholders who use service at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in five important dimensions as well as to offer some suggestions to enhance the standard service quality of the one stop service in campus. This research used a mix research method of both quantitative and qualitative research technique in order to obtain the results for the research questions and research objectives. A total of 100 students and 100 non-students who came for services at the second quarter of the year 2018 was conducted. About ten students and ten non-students who often came for the service was chosen to participate an in-depth interview to provide more information of how to improve service to meet with their expectation. Statistical analysis was performed by utilizing SPSS and Excel program. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for statistical data analysis and findings. The findings of this investigation of the level of satisfaction revealed that the majority stakeholders reported that they had a very high level of satisfaction on two dimensions of reliability, tangibles, and assurance, while many had a medium level of satisfaction on empathy and responsiveness. From the study, it confirmed if provider of service get these five dimension right, customers will be high satisfy and then, become customer loyalty. The objectives of this research were to investigate the relationship between positive attitudes and productivity of staff improvement from many departments of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and what could be the guidelines to empower staff members to improve their productivity to the higher level. The result of this investigation revealed that the majority of staff members had a very high level of productivity improvement which related to their positive attitudes about working conditions, rewards, job satisfaction, and remunerations. It is important to report that differences in demographic background had no different in their preference of job satisfaction. The mixed of quantitative and qualitative research method was combined to obtain the insight information, comments, opinions, and suggestions from the perspective of students. About 100 students was used as sample groups for survey research. Approximately 20 students were randomly selected from freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior students equally. An in-depth technique was utilized as the main research tools for data collection.<br>The results from the study show that these five dimensions had a direct relationship with students’ satisfaction in terms of facility and equipment improvement. Even though students reported that there was a very high level of satisfaction in these five dimensions of services. Of the five dimensions of service quality used for this study, there were found to be statistically significant with p-value of less than 0.05. There were tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy. The quality enhancement of information technology training programs must be productive in terms of time, cost, and productivity. The organization that offer effective training programs often have an increase in production, sales, and profit as well as low employee turnover rate. The objectives of this study were to examine the level of satisfaction in two areas quality of training programs and outcome of the training programs. This study utilized both quantitative and qualitative research method in order to provide answers for the research questions and research objectives. A total of 145 students who were in computer labs for trainings at the first quarter of the year 2018. Data collection was performed to obtain their information. About ten of office managers was selected to conduct an in-depth interview to obtain more insight information of how to improve communication tools. Statistical description and analysis were done by utilizing SPSS program. Mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis. The findings of this investigation revealed that the majority of students had a high level of satisfaction with a mean of 4.53 on the quality of training programs. However, the majority of students has only a medium level of satisfaction with a mean of 3.22 on the outcome of training programs. Suggestion from the study included seven steps to create successful training. Step one is to assess organizational training and develop needs. Step two is to define the training objectives. Step three is to have training program design. Step four is to have training program development. Step five is to have training program implementation. Step six is to have an evaluation of the training program. This was a qualitative research method by utilizing an in-depth interview and small focus group of target students. A total of 20 students who were heavy users of the computer labs for semester 2 of the year 2018. About 10 female students and 10 male students were selected randomly from the pool of students who were willing to participate in the in-depth interview. The results of this study revealed that there were four important factors that had impacts on satisfaction of students who received information technology training via using computer labs. These factors included quality of service, quality of information technology staff and trainers, quality of computer, software, internet, and facility, and quality of policy and management of computer labs. About 200 international senior tourists from many different nations were randomly chosen and interview at Suvannabhumi International Airports and about 10 international senior tourists and 10 academics who were specialized in senior tourist. Each group would participate in a small focus group to explain their insight information and valuable comments. Contextual description analysis was utilized to provide the findings for this study. Both primary and secondary information are significant for the analysis. However, the diversity demographic of industry will have different impacts on ceramic industry and could also be the factors to have different standard quality. This study aimed to investigate both the necessary and vital factors contributing to the quality enhancement of ceramic industry in the northern of Thailand. In order to answer the research objectives and research questions, this study had been conducted by utilizing a mixed method of both quantitative and qualitative method. For data collection of quantitative method, it is important to develop questionnaire survey. For data collection of qualitative method, an in-depth interview was conducted with 17 experts, managers, and local government officials to elicit insight information. The questionnaires were distributed to all ceramic factories and plants on the basis of convenience sampling. About 155 respondents were returned with proper answers and format. The in-depth interview was conducted with 17 experts in ceramic industry and a focus group who were having long experiences directly involved with ceramic industry. Data analysis and evaluation were performed by using SPSS. The findings from with study can be revealed that there was high success rate or about 92 percent to enhance quality at the beginning and planning process of ceramic. There was medium success or about 74 percent to enhance quality at the production process of ceramic. Finally, there was low success or about 39 percent to enhance quality at the final stage process of ceramic. There are three suggestions from this study. First, the focus on the quality enhancement should be on the beginning and planning process which proved to have highest success rate. Second, the quality assurance can be monitoring all and every step of production. Methodology of research was historical documents, interviews and observations. The results of the study showed that the movie was considered as a communication tool for reversing historical events. The content of the show focused on the cultural revolution of leaders during the period of Field Marshal Plaek Pibulsongkram, the Prime Minister. There was a master performer named Luang Pradit Pairoh who was both a teacher and a musician in Thailand. The objectives of this research study were to survey the level of perception from students who use one stop service at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in five important dimensions as well as to offer some suggestions to improve the perception of the standard service quality of the one stop service in campus. This research used a mix research method of both quantitative and qualitative research. A total of 100 students and 100 non-students who came for services at the one stop service at the second quarter of the year 2018 was interviewed with questionnaire and data collection was conducted to gain their experiences. About five students and five non-students who often came for the service at the one stop service was chosen to participate an in-depth interview to provide more detailed information. Statistical analysis was performed by utilizing SPSS and Excel program. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for statistical data analysis and findings. The findings of this study revealed that the majority of students and non-students reported that they had good perception on two dimensions of responsiveness and reliability, while many students and non-students had best perception on tangibles, empathy and assurance. Moreover, perception of service occurs in five stages: stimulation, organization, interpretation-evaluation, memory, and recall. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS program. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used for data analysis and results. The important result of this investigation revealed that the majority of staff had high productivity improvement because of management and policy. The list of factors affecting high productivity improvement included the rewards system, the regular trainings, effective communication, better teamwork, and upgraded of computer and its facilities. The objective of this study were to conduct a practical research to find out the level of satisfaction in the perspectives of office managers at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The mixed of quantitative and qualitative research method was utilized to elicit the insight information, comments, opinions, and suggestions from the perspective of office managers. About 45 office managers was used as sample groups for survey research. About 10 managers were selected from various departments. An in-depth interview questions was utilized as the main research tools for data collection. The results from the study show that level of satisfaction had a direct relationship with their performance. Even though office managers had a very high level of satisfaction, but there are some important factors, such as teamwork, leadership, specific knowledge and skills, which contribute to their level of success. The population of the study included all 30,000 students, faculty and staff members of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. However, the sample size was calculated to be 400 who had been using the online English training programs during the first and second quarter of the year of 2018. In additions, only the selected samples who passed the minimum 80 percent of the 90 hours would be chosen as the sample group. Statistical analysis was conducted with the use of SPSS program. The dependent variable was the respondents’ satisfaction. The independent variables, however, were quality of teaching, material of learning, method of learning, time and schedule, usefulness of training, and the level of difficulty of English. Mean and standard deviation as well as t-test were utilized as the key analysis and generate the table. The aims of this study were to survey the satisfaction level of campus public relations, public relation events, and public relation strategies as well as to survey factors and success of campus public relations in various organizations from the perspectives of supervisors, directors and the perspectives of students. This research study was done by using mainly with qualitative research method. A total of 15 supervisors and directors of various offices, and departments were interviewed by using an in-depth interview. In addition, a total of 15 students were also interviewed by the same set of in-depth interview questions to gain insight information. The findings can be reported that it was important to understand the three steps of determining key success of campus public relations factors. First is to pull together the resources. Second is to share ideas and strategy. Third is to conclude the key elements of PR activities and information. From the perspectives of supervisors and directors, it found that they had a high level of satisfaction on campus public relations, even though they knew that there were limited resources and budget for PR team. The focus of the qualitative study was on 10 internship students who had completed personality development and image training class. An in-depth interview was utilized to gain better understanding of them. Data collection from both quantitative and qualitative method were analyzed to obtain better understanding and reaching conclusions. In order to have a better understanding of the level of satisfaction of students from the personality development training, the five steps of research study was conducted. The study especially shaded light (a) budget disbursement, (b) budget transfer, and (c) action plans on the budget management. This research relied on the purposive sampling technique and content analysis. Data collection was derived from reports of the budget disbursement, reports of budget transfer and reports of action plan in pursuits of four main strategies of the university namely 1) strategy on university development towards sustainable niche guru, 2) strategy on academic works construction and local wisdom elevation, 3) strategy on establishment of network relationship links to community, and 4) strategy on international recognition. Findings were indicated that budget disbursement that exceeded the budget plan affected the effectiveness of budget management in high level, prior to budget transfer caused by faculty employment expenditures, as well as the delayed evidences of disbursement of the action plans handed to officers, respectively. With this findings, implications were identified that executive directors should determine the policy of working direction through the plans, seek for outsource allocations, generate the effective disbursement standard in order to avoid the budget transfer. The results of documentary research were found that Paralysis was a health problem caused by imbalance of wind according to Theory of Thai Traditional Medicine. This imbalance was contracted either of U-thangkhamawata wind concurrently combined with Athokhamawata wind, or body deterioration such as accident. Thus, paralysis treatment following Theory of Thai Traditional Medicine was done by food and wind element rebalancing. The patients were recommended to eat hot food and do exercise. Hot flavor recipes (also known as “Ya rot ron” in Thai) were suggested to paralysis patients because it can spread wind inside human body. Furthermore, treatment with laxative and analeptic as well as hand healing, massage, massage with hot pressing, and sauna with herbs can facilitate the problem and alleviate the paralysis. P-Plan was the first process that service provider had to specify the service strategy, service direction, and action plan for Thai Traditional Medicine services. A-Action was the second process that service provider had to act and drive the success of P-plan. O-Observe was the middle process that service provider had to concentrate especially on the evaluation and participatory to small group care users. R-Reflection was the significant process that consisted of two-way communicative learning and comparing on the quality of participatory both before and after receiving Thai Traditional Medicine service. This research proved that the development of Thai Traditional Medicine service at Thai Traditional Medicine Service Center in Srinarong Hospital increased the levels of understanding in quality service standard. Besides, to compare the participation with basic knowledge, it found that after the development of Thai Traditional Medicine service the average score of participants was increased at significant level .05. However, Thai traditional medicine offers many modalities to promote recovery and healing of the mother. Herbal use is one of them. The method of herbal use can be oral form by eat or drink, external use as bath, vaporization or compression ball by the therapist. Fire confinement uses herbal as combination of heat. Selection of the herb for each purpose is crucial. The risk and benefit of each herb are difference, along with their contraindication and prevention. Eatable herbs can be used as food or any other preparations. It was found 72 species have been planted in the Royal Garden, which was consist of fragrance flowering plants, and non-fragrance flowering plants. The fragrance from flowers were important to add in many types of cosmetics, and medicine products. The objectives of this research were 1) to collect data and classify the fragrant flowering plants, 2) to classify medicinal properties of fragrant flowers, and 3) to classify medicinal properties according to Thai Pharmacopeia. This research was a survey and document research which employed the qualitative method. The results of this research indicated that 17 species of fragrance flowering plants were found in the Royal Garden. The samples in this study are entrepreneurs and operational managers in Thai traditional massage business. The data was collected by using in-depth interview for 10 samples. The analysis for appropriate selling price was done by comparing selling prices computed by 2 methods with the average market price. The results showed that the appropriate selling price under 2 pricing methods which were cost plus pricing (markup price at 110%), and target profit pricing, the result showed no differences. Furthermore, the comparing with a market price at 250 baht by taking the location for analyzing together, it can be concluded that the appropriate level of Thai massage price of Thai traditional massage center at 250 baht per person per hour. The findings of this study can be used as a guideline and can be applied to the business of Thai Traditional massage center. The data of cost should be used in the planning process of the production factors. It will increase the efficiency of production and lower Thai traditional center cost. Population scope of this research would focus to adults aged over 60 who had been staying in Samut Songkhram province, Thailand. Number of population in this research was 415 adults from 3 districts; 111 adults from Amphawa, 95 adults from Bangkontee, and 209 adults from the main municipality. Research equipment used in this study was a questionnaire which was divided into 2 parts. For the first part, it was personal information in terms of quality of life of elderly people that consisted of sex, age, educational level, status, occupation and income, member quantity in family, relationships and living condition. For the second part, it was the assessment of quality of life namely EQ-5D-5L. The results of this study found that there were the differences in quality of life of elderly people when classified by elderly people’s characteristics. Quality of life classified by sex of elderly people was not significant different, in contrast to quality of life classified by age, educational level, occupation, income, which was mentioned as significant difference by a significance level of .05. This study was a qualitative research using descriptive approach. The participants were seven exchange students (two men and five women) who had at least two years background either in Health Science or Applied Thai Traditional Medicine and participated in 168 hours of Academic and Student Exchange Program. Four of all participants were sent to a university in Laos PDR, and other three students were sent to a university in Vietnam. Data collection in this research employed an in-depth interview using semi-structured interviewing approach. The research proved that students gained more academic and social experiences although they were personally concerned with lack of language proficiency, inadequate knowledge and skills, and social distances before going abroad, new experiences and diversity in the different cultures motivated the students to welcome and enjoy with the concerns. One of the main reasons is, most Thai farmers are lack of knowledge and information for planning to produce and develop their products that meet the needs of customers. In addition, they don't know who are their target customers and how to promote their products effectively. This research aims to develop information systems that can analyze target customers, the characteristics and quality of the goods which match to the customer demands. This information will be used for the planning of production, product development, and e-marketing to provide distribution channels which can be promoted to the relevant target consumers effectively. The research process is divided into 4 steps: 1) The survey and collection of information related to the production and trade of agricultural products from all related stakeholder groups, including government organizations, farmers, entrepreneurs, and consumers. 2) The creation and development of the database and information system. 3) The training to educate farmers and entrepreneurs. 4) The experiment and evaluation of information usage. Condominium living space is considered as one of the lucrative businesses in Bangkok, Thailand. In fact, the market demand is high from both for residential and investment purpose. Customers tend to purchase condominium with variety of market factors. The aims of this research study was to investigate the vitality of factors of successes of condominium selling and sales promotion. The population included all condominium customers in the areas of Bangkok, Thailand. About 400 of condominium customers were selected from ten different large condominium projects in order to elicit the information from their experience of the process of condominium purchasing and post purchasing. A Likert five scales of questionnaire was developed to collect data. Part one was about demographic information, part two was about factors of success, and part three was about the customers’ suggestions. Statistics analysis included percentage, means, standard deviation and t-test.
