Abstract

The study of the process of requesting for financial support for research presentation using the Smart Operation (SOS) system of the personnel of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University aimed to study the process of requesti ng for financial support for research presentation using the Smart Operation (SOS) system of the personnel of the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. By allowing personnel of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to apply for funding to support research presentations, submit evidence, and report research presentations via online systems, reducing the use of resources in the organiz ation and creating innovations in personnel work to drive the organization to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The research results found that the needs and expectations for requesting research presentation support funds with the work support system for Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Smart Operation (SOS) units were mostly at the highest level. When classified by item, items with an average of 5 were: Support for faculty personnel to disseminate research results, having clear instructions on how to use the Smart Operation (SOS) system, and an average of 4.55, including publicizing academic conferences, having exa mples of research presentation report forms at academic conferences. Next was the need for clear explanations of conditions for requesting research presentation support funds, with an average of 4.44, the need for coordination with the Human Resource Development Fund, with an average of 3.55, and the need for academic support personnel who have knowledge about requesting research presentation support funds with the Smart Operation (SOS) system, with an average of 3.44.
