BENEFITS OF HAVING A CLEAR VISION IN MODERN ORGANIZATIONS

Vision is understandable as the future direction for the organization. Since it is an important statement that has impacts on the organization and it should be meticulously designed. It is imperative that modern organizations have a clear vision. However, what are the benefits of having a clear vision can be important research questions. The purposes of this research were to investigate the benefits of having a clear vision in modern organizations and to examine the opportunities loss of having poor vision. By using an in-depth interview with three different participant groups which were managers, staff, and shareholders of various organizations, the possible findings can be summarized from the discussion with participants. By using qualitative technique, the ranking of level of importance in terms of benefits of vision can be summarized. The findings revealed that top five important benefits can be ranked as follows: provide a basis for all strategies planning, resolve conflicted view of organizational direction, achieve synergies among employees, management, and shareholders, and promote sense of expectations.

PROS AND CONS OF JOINING PHARMACY ACCREDITATION PROJECT

The Pharmacy accreditation project was designed with good intention for both community pharmacies and general consumers. The major aims were to advocate and ensure the quality of pharmacy services and enhance the standard practices of pharmacy as retailers. However, the project has not been very successful. The objectives of this research were to investigate the attitudes of pharmacists toward the accreditation project and to seek for the pros and cons of pharmacy accreditation project. The qualitative and quantitative methodology were utilized with three groups of participants or triangular technique: pharmacists who joined the accreditation projects and pharmacists who did not join the accreditation projects, and the academic in the university who studied these kinds of problems. The findings revealed that there were five pros and five cons of pharmacy accreditation projects.

A GUIDELINE FOR THAILAND’S SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT

This research aims to explore causal factors affecting sustainable agriculture development in order to develop a guideline for Thailand’s sustainable agriculture development. The mixed methods research was applied to collect data from agriculturalists registered with the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and provincial cooperatives. Selected by the multistage sampling method, 400 households from 77 provinces were chosen as survey respondents. Meanwhile, 5 informants were selected for in-depth interviews. The findings show that government policy, agriculturalists’ potential, and sustainable agriculture ideology highly affected sustainable agriculture development. Financial management and agricultural innovation management moderately affected sustainable agriculture development. The analysis of Pearson’s correlation coefficient between observed variables suggests that all pairs of the variables moved in the same direction, showing a positive relationship. At significance levels of 0.01 and 0.05, the most correlated pair contained “access to funding” and “financial adequacy” (r = 0.612). The least correlated pair comprised “participation of agriculturalists” and “agricultural technology transfer” (r = 0.104). According to the t-values in the regression model, agriculturalists’ potential, financial management, agricultural innovation management, and government policy directly influenced sustainable agriculture development (Chi-square = 31.80; df = 29; p-value = 0.328; GFI = 0.97; AGFI = 0.94; RMR = 0.028; RMSEA = 0.018; CFI = 1.00; CN = 461.15).

PARTICIPATORY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION FOR ENHANCING THAI STUDENTS’ ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

The goal of this study is to investigate participatory school administration which enhances students’ academic performance in Thailand. The research also evaluates the efficiency of participatory school administration in Thailand. The quantitative research methodology was applied in this study. 400 samples were selected as respondents of a questionnaire survey towards the multi-stage sampling method. The research findings reveal that the school administrators participated in mutual trust building, brainstorming, delegation, and decentralization at a high level. Furthermore, the results show that there was a high level of efficiency of participatory school administration in Thailand, particularly in terms of problem solving, adaptability, student development, and high-achieving student development.

MY LIFE IN MY COUNTRY FOR JAZZ ORCHESTRA

Ode to my life in my country (Jazz Orchestra) this chapter. The composer is inspired by his experiences as a drummer in a big band and as a jazz-loving drum instructor. This allows the composer to bring composer materials that are similar to traditional Thai music and combine them with jazz composing techniques in order to best reflect the composer's specific music image in both stories. of the color of the sound musical technique Including beauty in terms of art and music as well The composer chose to present the compositions with a standard-sized jazz orchestra consisting of 5 saxophone groups, 4 trumpet groups, 4 trombone groups, and a rhythm section. Musical instruments play alternate roles in balancing the main idea. as well as the presentation during the improvisation session Improvisation section, which is considered an important part of contemporary jazz music. The composer gives full freedom to the performer in order to give space to express their comprehension and creativity. Including the skill that fully expresses the standard of individual performance by giving the scope and direction of the performance consistent with the composition as a whole.
The composer also places importance on the drum set, which is the main instrument in this composition. In which the composer has given the drum kit to perform various functions in the jazz orchestra, such as presenting various pieces of music, leading in presenting the intensity of the sound and accent of the band. Presentation of the musical language of response (Call and Response) and improvisation solos as well.

THE BODY PAINTING AND COSTUME DESIGN SHOWCASE 2022 BY SSRU THEATRE

The article “The Body Painting and Costume Design Showcase 2022” aims to study “Body Painting” work’s student of Department of Performing Arts (Theatre Arts and Creative Entrepreneurship), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in the Flora Flower concept, inspired by Suan Sunandha Palace's watercolor paintings. Research methods include studying the collection of documented data, analyzing watercolor painting data, observing the student's design process, interviews, recording of photos and videos for the design and management of exhibits. According to an analysis, 28 works of “Body Painting”, can be classified into 3 characteristics according to each set of concepts: the flower of love, flower of water and the flower of farewell, respectively. Most students choose the style of Roses, Orchids, Lillie and Anthurium for creating the works, respectively. Because of these flowers are unique in color. There are many variations of the design style, including flower-specific paintings, background paintings, and composition designs. This time, the exhibition was held at the Bangkok Arts and Culture Center (BACC). There are live broadcasts and interviews behind the scenes of the runway run by Fashion Influencers via online channels on Facebook and TikTok, which raising awareness Inspire and promote the field of study for students and interested parties. This project can incorporate Suan Sunandha's art and history knowledge courses through students' performance arts skills as well.

USING ACTIVITIES AND PERSONALITY ANALYSIS ON NEGOTIATION TRAINING COURSES FOR PERSONNEL IN PRIVATE ORGANIZATION

This article aims to study the using activities and personality analysis on negotiation training courses for personnel in private organizations. The objectives of this study are: (1) to create activity patterns and procedures for personality analysis; (2) to study the satisfaction on learners after using the activities and personality analysis. The target group is personnel in leading automotive technology private organizations in Thailand. There are 54 learners from 2 classes. The finding is (1) Using 4 card game, DISC model and SCARF model as activity patterns in the classes. There are steps in order to do activities as follows: 1. Lectures on models, theories and methods for doing activities and personality analysis. 2. The learners analyze their own personality through various activities and theories. 3. The learners present their own analysis to others. 4. The learners analyze their customers’ personality that they have to convince. 5. The learners present their customers’ personal analysis. 6. The learners use case studies that are unsuccessful to persuade by analyzing their customers’ personality and using various models and theories. 7. The learners analyze customer needs and offer any approaches for persuasion. 8. The learners present what is analyzed by others; (2) The results of learners’ satisfaction after using activities and personality analysis on negotiation training courses were at a very good level. The learners commented that all activities were not boring. These are skills that can be put to good use in the workplace.

PROMOTING THE PARTICIPATION OF GROWING ORGANIC RICE TO REDUCE THE RISK OF DISEASE IN THAILAND BASED ON PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING

The aim of this work was to explore ways to increase the participation of farmers in the central region in organic rice production at all levels. In addition to creating some form of farmer participation in organic rice cultivation in four provinces of the central region, Thailand. The results showed that the majority of farmers are middle-aged (41-50 years), while adolescents are still interested in organic rice farming (12.5%). Farmers under 20 years of age are not participating. In the case of the basic education knowledge of the farmers involved in this research project, the majority are high school graduates. This is a group that acknowledges knowledge transfer and is prepared to face changes that will improve quality of life and job security. In terms of the participation of farmers in the central area in organic rice. The system that designs and develops online information systems for transferring knowledge about organic rice production is practical and effective. The result of testing the black box with an expert qualitative questionnaire based on the quality of the program.

THE EFFECTS OF THE USE OF A 9 SQUARE GRID AND THE DONKO TEACHING ON INNOVATIVE THINKING ABILITIES AND BEING INNOVATOR

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the innovative thinking ability of students, 2) to study the satisfaction of the students towards being innovator. The population used in this research were 17 first-year students in the first semester of the academic year 2022 who enrolled in an introductory science and innovation course. Tools used to research is lesson plans using 9 square grid and Donko teaching. Innovative thinking abilities test and student satisfaction questionnaire on being innovator. The data analysis is based on statistics, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that:
1.The students’ ability to think innovatively was on mean higher than the set criteria equal to 70%.
2. The satisfaction of the students towards being innovator was very level.

THE STUDY ON THE PARTICIPATION PATTERN OF MEDIA ENTREPRENEURS TOWARD THE PUBLIC’S MEDIA LITERACY ENHANCEMENT

This research study aims to investigate patterns toward the public’s media literacy enhancement by media entrepreneurs. In this action study, qualitative research tools were employed to collect data from key informants, including 15 media entrepreneurs and media specialists, and 27 stage workshops with the total number of 162. The data obtained were analyzed and presented descriptively. The findings suggested that the patterns of media literacy formation by media entrepreneurs consist of 1) providing knowledge and enhancing media literacy which should be proceeded with media consumers in educational institutes and in forms of media literacy training programs for the targeted, 2) developing media consumers into active citizens along with constructing media citizens in order for these people to take part in protecting their freedom, to verify public information and to respect others’ opinions, 3) enhancing responsibilities of media entrepreneurs through incentive measures along with assigning duty indicators coupled with assessment system in order for the outcomes to be processed as tax reduction, 4) employing public media channels to produce media literacy programs, which, with freedom, must not be corruptible by financial incentives and political power, 5) enhancing self-monitoring among media entrepreneurs with media monitor or media watch through the consideration of committee consisting of media entrepreneurs, volunteers, media consumers, and academics, 6) direct financial supports from responsible bodies to produce media literacy programs.

LOCAL COMMUNITY ROLES IN COMMUNITY-BASED TOURISM MANAGEMENT PARTICIPATION, CASE STUDY OF “BAAN KUDICHIN MUSEUM”

Kudi Chin (Thai: , pronounced [kūdīː ͡tɕīːn]) or Kadi Chin , [kādīː ͡tɕīːn]), also spelled "Kudee Jeen", etc. is a historic neighborhood in Bangkok. The place is located in Wat Kanlaya Sub- district, Thon Buri District, on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River, south of Bangkok Yai Canal. The neighborhood, according to the Ayutthaya period, includes communities of several faiths living in proximity. Currently, it is well-known for the Catholic community (mainly of Portuguese descendants) around Santa Cruz Church, but the wider neighborhood also includes the areas around Wat Kalayanamit, Kudi Khao Mosque, and the Chinese Kuan An Keng Shrine. The beginning of conservation and revitalization efforts in 2008 have made the neighborhood a cultural tourism destination.

SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF SOCIAL CAPITAL AND CULTURAL CAPITAL OF BAN HUAY PONG LAO KAREN COMMUNITY, MAE KI SUB-DISTRICT, KHUN YUAM DISTRICT, MAE HONG SON PROVINCE

This research aims to study the management of a sustainable community economy in the social context and culture capital, and the context of social and cultural capital in the community. The research data were collected by the research methods of qualitative research, document analysis, and field study. The primary data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus-group interviews, and non-participant observation. The result showed that the community has a self-sufficient way of life and has the main income from relying on natural resources around the community with faith and respect. Living and occupation with high kinship and high trustfulness are also found. Moreover, we found that community leaders have a strong competence with faith. There is a tradition and culture that is intimately tied to nature.

CONTEMPORARY MUSIC COMPOSITION: NAM PRIK LONG RUER OF SUAN SUNANDHA

"Naam Phrik Lohng Ruer Suan Sunandha," the musical composition for a motion video, was inspired by the two Thai tradition sources which are Jeen-Keb-Bup-Pha (Cīn kĕb bupp̄hā) and Nok-Jark (Nkcāk). The piece Jeen-Keb-Bup-Pha (Cīn kĕb bupp̄hā) is joyful in nature both melodically and rhythmically. In turn, Nok-Jark (Nkcāk) is slower. The composer intended to combine both elements and compose the new contemporary piece. This composition is based on the melodic lines of both traditional sources. Piccolo and Violin are the main instruments for Jeen-Keb-Bup-Pha (Cīn kĕb bupp̄hā) with the total of 37 seconds compressed from the original source of 57 seconds. Violin performs eight-note motif patterns while piccolo performs the melody to present the mood of enjoyment to convey the motion scene of preparing in the kitchen to make chili paste namely "Naam Phrik Lohng Reuua Suan Sunandha". In contrast, Nok-Jark (Nkcāk) is in the total of 20 seconds compressed from the original source of 56 seconds. As well as, in Jeen-Keb-Bup-Pha (Cīn kĕb bupp̄hā), the composer prefered to use piccolo to carry the melodic part, but harp took the role of harmony control. The Thai castanets is the main rhythmic instrument to give the hint of “Thainess” in the piece.

IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT FOR THE FLORA FLOWER 2022 EXHIBITION FROM CULTURAL CAPITAL WATERCOLOR PAINTINGS OF THE ROYAL COMMISSIONERS IN H.H. PRINCESS SAISAVALI BHIROMYA, PRINCESS SUDDHASININART

This qualitative research is a collaboration between of the performing arts and the communication design. The research aims to study Watercolor paintings of the Royal Commissioners in H.H.Princess Saisavali Bhiromya, Princess Suddhasininart Piyamaharaj Padivaradda in order to the Identity Development Concept for the Flora Flower 2022 exhibition . The methods are divided as follows: 1). A literary analysis related to watercolor paintings in the Sunandha Palace 2). Analysing of exhibit data of theatre arts department and 3). Analysing the theory of brand personality division together with the principle of visual design for the performance. The Key informants are divided into two parts: Part 1 Curator of the office of Arts and Culture; Part 2 professors of theatre arts and creative entrepreneurship department. Collected information with interviews and focus group and explain data analysis methods are described with descriptive. The results showed that the keywords can communicate personality and emotions of design guidelines the identity development approach of the Flora Flower 2022 exhibition consists of the word; Feminine, Graceful and Modern. The resulting colors tone are Purple and Pink. In addition to comply with colors of the university as well. According to the suggestion of this research is that the use of the keyword of “Nostalgic” should enhance the design guidelines to be more appropriate and beautiful.

THE NEEDS ASSESSMENT TO WRITING COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT FOR COMMUNICATION OF FIRST YEAR STUDENTS, DEPARTMENT OF THAI LANGUAGE

The purpose of this study was to 1) assess the needs to develop writing competency for communication and 2) study the problems and obstacles of writing competency development for communication of first-year students, department of Thai language, faculty of education, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample used in this research was randomly collected by the respondents 50 people, and by interviewing 25 people. The findings revealed that 1) the status quo was at the high level and the necessary condition was at the highest level 2) most the problems and obstacles of writing for communication in first-year students was incorrect writing words, and 3) the first-year students wanted practice different types of writing such as government letter writing, academic writing, research writing, etc., and variety of writing activity.

CLUSTERS OF SDG KEYWORDS

Since the UN adopted the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015, SDG concepts have been integrated in several fields including education. For EFL lecturers, a simple way to allow their students adopt SDG concepts is through reading documents related to SDGs. However, identifying reading topics related to SDG concepts is problematic since the concept is too broad and the available SDG keywords are limited. Under the assumption that keywords and their clusters (multi-word terms) based on co-occurrence can reflect the topics of the content, this study aims to develop a list of clusters of SDG keywords on the basis of Log-likelihood (LL), a statistical calculation which generate keyness values based on frequency of occurrence. Reports, explanations and descriptions related to the 17 SDG goals were downloaded from UN Sustainable Development websites. The keywords were identified by Key-BNC, which is a online application providing a simple interface for calculating comparative keyword statistics against a word list from the British National Corpus (BNC). The AntConc program was used to identify clusters of keywords. Most of the keywords found were obviously related to each SDG goal: poverty (SDG1), hunger (SDG2), health (SDG3), and education (SDG4). Some of them were indirectly but relatively related to the goals: pandemic (SDG1), wasting (SDG2), global (SDG3) and closures (SDG4). The results of clusters of keywords can be applied to identify more specific topics related to each SDG goal.

THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SALES MANAGER TOWARDS THE NEEDS OF LABOR MARKET

The objective of this study is to examine key words representing the qualifications and skills required in sales manager positions, so as to comprehend what the labor market demands and what skills are required. The data obtained from three job search websites were first analyzed by AntConc to identify the top five words associated with the attributes: hard skills and soft skills. The data were then categorized by using Microsoft Excel to determine the characteristic and competency-based themes for the qualifications and skills for the Sales Manager position. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) The sales profession must meet the requirements for the position of sales manager in the job market. When considering these factors, the educational credentials come first in terms of abilities, work experience, gender, and age. 2) Regarding hard skills for career in sales, the results show that people management skills, computer skills, analytical skills, strategic proactive skill, and the acquisition of expert performance. 3) For soft skills, the results report the top five soft skills concerning teamwork, attitudes, time management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The implications of the study are discussed in this paper.

MACRO AND MICRO FUNCTIONS OF CODE-SWITCHING IN EFL CLASSROOMS IN THAILAND

The concept of code-switching has been used nationwide in Thailand’s EFL classrooms of tertiary education from English to Thai and vice versa for multiple reasons and motivations; yet, there is a great controversy of its advantages and disadvantages for non-internationalized modules where the students’ limited English proficiency has been an issue. Its functions, therefore, have been specifically focused for effective use. The study is driven by the objective of investigating the macro and micro functions of code-switching in EFL classrooms in four Thailand’s Rajabhat universities. To reach its aim, the quantitative approach was used to collect data from 8 EFL teachers in different English language- related faculties. The methods of classroom observation, speech recording and questionnaire survey were utilized to audio-record the instructions to inspect the code-switching behaviors and the underpinning reasons in the classrooms. Data was transcribed, labelled and categorized according to the Canagarajah (1995)’s framework of macro and micro functions of classroom codeswitching. The result indicated that code-switching has been employed for both macro and micro functions at different levels to assist successful language learning. Besides, this study exposed several factors affecting the practices; main classroom language use, classroom behaviors, teachers’ backgrounds, students’ dialects and the lesson difficulty. The understanding of code-switching behavior in EFL classrooms in Thai Rajabhat universities as well as the awareness of its functional and psychological benefits acting as a scaffold to learn L2 successfully have been found from this study leading to the future improvement plan of English language learning for the education managements at the national level.

UPGRADING TOURISM PRODUCTS AND SERVICES BY CONNECTING LOCAL WISDOM, UDON THANI PROVINCE

The purpose of this research is to study upgrading tourism products and services by connecting local wisdom in Udon Thani Province, this aims to develop and increase the intellectual value of Mee Khit cloth in Udon Thani province, and to upgrade tourism products and services by connecting local wisdom Mee Khit cloth, Udon Thani province. The Key informants or community leaders who are residents of Ban Na Kha community, comprising of 6 people, 2 related local organizations, 5 entrepreneurs from community enterprise group in Nakha cloth market, 2 village sages, in total 15 people and used to analyze general data using in-depth interview methods and non-participant observation which uses the data collection in period between March 2022.
The researcher has used data collection to record the data by writing and sound recording and the tools for collecting data are questionnaires, audio recorders, notebooks, pens, and cameras. The results of the research on product upgrading from the identity and value of Mee Khit cloth in Udon Thani province found that Mee Khit cloth is the local wisdom of Isaan (northeastern) region. Hand-woven fabrics with the "Khit" technique are considered a basic art that reflects the images, styles, patterns, and evolution of the ancient region of Udon Thani since ancient times.

FACTORS OF SUCCESS FOR MODERN OFFICE MANAGEMENT

The objectives of this research were to search for any vital factors of success for modern office management and to provide some important suggestions to help office managers to achieve international best practices. The population of this study includes all staff members at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat university and about 150 samples were randomly collected by using both stratified and probability sampling methods. Many concepts of learning organization, customer-focused organization, and effective organization were conscientiously discussed among committee members of in-depth interview to receive qualitative findings. The data analysis from the questionnaires also provided an insight into quantitative findings. Many basic ideas such as open communication, transparency, teamwork, and leadership were still among the important factors of success.

THE STUDY OF ABILITY AND SKILLS OF WORK IN TERMS OF SERVICE QUALITY THAT AFFECT SUAN SUNANDHA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY STAFF’S COMPETENCY

In the modern world of business, the level of customer satisfaction is one of the best indications of organization success. On the same idea, the quality of service is one of the best ways to improve the level of customer satisfaction. The purposes of this study were to examine the ability and skills in terms of service quality that affect staff’s as well as to investigate other factors that affect the staff’s competency in the campus of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The population of this study includes all faculty and staff members of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. About 332 sample groups were utilized in this study. The findings revealed that the difference in demographic did not have any significant effect on the ability and skill of staff. However, the factor of regular training helps to improve both individual knowledge and the service quality performed by the staff.

EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND ARCHIVE OPERATIONS

In modern offices in any campus, the calls for efficiency and effectiveness of administrative and archive operations are a must. High or low level of customer satisfaction is clearly and directly related to ability of staff in the office. The purposes of this research were to search for any vital factors that lead to the efficiency and effectiveness of modern office management, especially in administrative and archive operations as well as to offer some practical suggestions to achieve the best practices in Thailand. The population of this research includes all faculty members and staff members at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat university and about 200 samples were collected by using a random probability sampling method. Both quantitative and qualitative analysis were utilized to reach the findings. Effectiveness can be measured by the completion of the project on schedule, but efficiency can be measured completion of the project with minimum use of resources.

GUIDELINES FOR MEDIA DEVELOPMENT TO REACH STUDENTS WHO ARE TAKING ENGLISH TEST, SSRU-TEP

In the modern world of social media, students can be reached by using social media more effectively than any other public relations. The main objectives of this research were to give an in-depth interview with sample groups of students to understand their needs and wants as well as the best way to reach them more effectively than any other public relation tools. Informants of the in-depth interview included three groups of students: students who were members of campus organizations, students who were participates in the campus activities, and students who were in the senior year. In addition, to use the findings from this study and provide a complete guideline for media development to reach students who were taking English test or SSRU-TEP test. The findings from the study revealed that the best way or the most effective way to reach students was by using social media, Facebook. It has no costs and can be shared among different groups of students instantly.

This research investigated the reading comprehension of Mathayomsuksa 2 students in a private secondary school. Students can be able to communicate and express themselves in English to other. A private secondary school was forced to develop students’ skills to meet readiness standards. This research aimed to 1) to compare the achievement scores before and after using English teaching activities based on the KWL concept, 2) to explore the students’ satisfaction of Mathayomsuksa 2 students towards Using KWL concept to develop English reading comprehension ability. The target group was Mathayomsuksa 2 students at Santichon Islamic School. The research tools consisted of 1) lesson plan based on the concept of KWL, aiming to enhance the students’ reading comprehension 2) pretests and posttests on English comprehension, and 3) the questionnaire on satisfaction with using English teaching activities based on the concept of KWL. The Data were analyzed by using mean scores, standard deviation, t-test and questionnaire. The research revealed that the pretest and posttest have an average reading comprehension (????̅=3.75, ????.????. =2.13) and (????̅=6.61, ????.????. =1.44), which is expected before using the KWL-plus concept. In terms of their satisfaction toward the KWL-plus concept, it was found that the average is (????̅=4.22, ????.????. =0.87)

THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENGLISH GRAMMAR ACHIEVEMENT OF GRADE NINE STUDENTS USING AN INDUCTIVE LEARNING WORKBOOK WITH INFOGRAPHICS AT JOAN OF ARC SCHOOL

This research aimed to develop grade nine students’ English grammar achievement through an inductive learning workbook with infographics at Joan of Arc School and investigate their opinion toward the instruction. The participants were 14 grade nine students at Joan of Arc School. The research instruments were an inductive learning workbook with infographics, a pre and /post-test, and an opinion questionnaire. During the research process, the instruction started from reviewing a past lesson, studying examples in an infographic, finding grammar rules from the examples, summarizing the rules, and working on an exercise in the workbook. Also, the statistical treatment was dependent sample t-test, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and p-value. The results revealed that (1) their post-test score was significantly higher than their pre-test score at 0.01 level and (2) they had positive opinion towards the use of an inductive learning workbook with infographics and the overall attitude was rated at 4.56 or “very satisfied”. It could be reflected that this instructional innovation was of a good contribution to the participants’ English grammar improvement because a student-centered approach was employed, and it facilitated self-directed learning.

A RECOMMENDATION MOBILE APPLICATION FOR TOURIST’S PERSONAL PREFERENCE BY MACHINE LEARNING

Nowadays, with the rapid growth of mobile technology, a mobile tourist recommendation system is widely applied tools for offering travel information. Tourists can access self-guided travel information through the internet. However, there is a lot of travel and tourism information. Therefore, this research aims to develop a recommendation mobile application for tourist’s personal preference by using Collaborative Filtering technique, which uses the principle of Cosine Similarity. Collaborative filtering is a significant technique widely used by recommender systems and it uses similarities between users and items to filter out items that a user might like. The evaluation of model accuracy was performed by comparing RMSE and MAE values. Also, the results indicate that the recommendation mobile application was achieved the objective to recommend tourist attractions based on users need.

All floors of the building are accessible and are recommended for IT classrooms. And from testing the 3D modeling to the evaluation by bringing the 3D model to the test by experts. and assessed the overall satisfaction of the general public with the 3D modeling from 5 experts at a high level and the overall picture of 30 general people at a high level. Therefore, it was concluded that the 3D model of Building 26, Faculty of Science and Technology is in good use.

ESSENRIAL FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EMAILS

Emails play a significant role in business since all companies and organizations use professional emails as a standard communication channel within and across the organization. Under the assumption that the linguistic characteristics with high frequency can represent the essential features of specific text, this study aims to investigate linguistics characteristics of six types of business email in order to identify the essential features of each type of the email investigated. Six types of professional business emails were focused and 50 emails of each types were collected. A total of 300 business emails in English were analyzed. The online program of text analysis, named WordSift, were applied to identify the linguistic characteristics of business English emails collected. Linguistic characteristics investigated were such as readability, numbers of words, numbers of characters, number of sentences, numbers of paragraphs and numbers of word density. We found that some linguistics characteristics belong to specific types of email whereas some characteristics belong to many types. The implication of writing business emails in English were discussed.

INFLUENCE OF CONTEXTS ON DEFINING BUSINESS ENGLISH VOCABULARY

A lot of Business English Vocabularies have multiple meanings. Each meaning can be influenced by different contexts, meaning that context plays a crucial role in defining the meanings of words. The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of contexts on defining business English vocabulary. Six words (i.e. engagement, value, growth, capital, cost, and interest) that are normally found in business contexts and have more than meaning were selected to investigate across nine contexts, including movie, television, fiction, magazine, website, news, blog, academic, and spoken contexts. All meanings of those were identified from the sentence examples (concordance line) produced by the Corpus of Contemporary American English, which provides the concordance of the vocabulary in nine categories of contexts. It was found that some meanings were likely to be used only in only a specific context whereas some were used in several contexts. The implication of the influence of contexts on defining vocabulary in EFL teaching was discussed.

After doing some research and experiments, the researcher found out that soil mixed and slit from a wastewater treatment in an industrial process and mussel shells can make ceramic clays. Thus, the researcher used those recycled clays to create a souvenir ceramic ware for birds. It is a way of turning waste to be useful and also adding some value to products which are benefits for ceramic industries in Thailand in terms of circular supplies use, cost reduction and environmental conservation.

This research paper aims to study individuals' attitudes in Thai dancing towards the use of the corset crown of LALISA music videos based on interview papers and observations. The study found that Rudklao Yod is a corset crown that occurred during the reign of King Rama IV of Rattanakosin, which was the symbol of the lord and used to dress up the performances of the protagonists who plays the role as princes. Subsequently, social changes resulted in a change in attitude towards dressing. This causes two types of concepts to flow: positive attitudes with a focus on self-expression Thai image, promotion, dissemination, public relations of national culture, application, creation of costumes for performances and an in-depth study of Thai performance costumes. For negative attitude Emphasizes the suitability of traditional customs as it relates to the lord's badge according to the traditional dress codes. This is coupled with a lack of in-depth knowledge of Thai performance costumes. The results of the attitude survey have a positive approach based on the context of a society that affects the concept. Guidelines for governance, which should be studied to build knowledge and understanding for dance professionals and interested parties. It is a source of academic and professional reference to the performing arts, as well as for the benefit of the country's further development.

INFUSING CULTURAL CAPITAL OF SUAN SUNANDHA PALACE INTO CONTEMPORARY COSTUME DESIGN

This paper is a creative research paper aims to study the watercolor paintings of Khun Kha Luang, a cultural capital of Suan Sunandha palace, for use in contemporary costume design. The research process being collected and analyzed watercolor paintings, documentary information, interviews, photographs, designing costumes inspired by watercolor paintings, then having experts evaluate their creations. According to an analysis of 131 watercolor flower paintings, there are single-flower and compositional drawing styles, with most paintings being roses and orchids. Therefore, it has adapted and used the pattern of roses as inspiration for the design. As a result of creations, it was found that roses are most commonly used in design. The resulting color scheme is Thai tones consisting of: Pink and red with a cockatoo, claw red, septum white, leaf green, crow's egg green, defense blue, and indigo, etc. The design approach that inspired the watercolor flower paintings of the Suan Sunandha Palace can be used in contemporary costume design and can create added value from the cultural capital of Suan Sunandha.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT INFLUENCING WORK ADAPTABILITY OF EMPLOYEES OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT COMPANIES IN THAILAND

The main purpose of this research is to study the causal relationship of personality, human resource management, and work adaptability which affecting the intention to remain working at a Bangkok-based manufacturer and distributor of electrical equipment company. The research sample group consisted of 202 employees from an electrical equipment manufacturer and distributor. The data in the research was collected from each of the department's employees using a questionnaire that is a stratified sampling and simple random sampling. The statistical data used in the study are percentage, mean, standard deviation and structural relationship model analysis. The results of the study discovered that there are four factors influencing the work adaptability of the workers, and among them the most influential factor is to understand the personality traits of others, followed by responsibility, self-disclosure, and human resource management. It is also found that the variable of job adaptability will also affect the intention to remain working in the job.

ONLINE MARKETING MIX FACTORS AFFECTING ONLINE ACCOMMODATION DECISIONS OF THAI TOURISTS

The research objective was to study demographic factors and online marketing mix factors affecting online accommodation decisions of Thai tourists. The research used a quantitative method. A sample of 220 tourists was randomly selected using the snowball sampling from target group who are ordinary Thai tourists on social media platforms and interested in booking online accommodation. Data collection tools used a closed-ended questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were descriptive statistics and inferential statistics which used Independent-Sample T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The research results revealed that the sample group gave high importance to the online marketing mix (5A), namely Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, and Advocate. The results of the hypothesis test revealed that differences in genders had different effects on Thai tourists' decision to online accommodations, while differences in age, education level, occupation and income had no different effects on their decision making. In addition, all aspects of online marketing mix factors significantly influenced Thai tourists' decision to online accommodations at the significance level of .05, which the online marketing factor in term of Act having the most influence, followed by Advocate, Appeal, Ask, and Aware, respectively.

Qualitative research method was utilized to gain a deep understanding of mangrove ecosystems. The case of SamutSonkarm revealed the close connection between the environment and local people to live in harmony. There are many vital dimensions that need to be study more and to promote the understanding of the underlying importance of mangrove ecosystems.

A study of the guideline for exhibition arrangement to promote the learning of children in the science museum aimed to; 1) arrange the high-quality science exhibition, 2) find the guideline for exhibition arrangement that 5 senses of the audience could be applied for learning, and 3) To arrange the exhibition to promote learning in the digital era. This study was qualitative research. Data were gathered from the related literature, theory, document, research, and academic article as the secondary source. It emphasized the survey of behavior, learning activity, and in-depth interview. Data were synthesized by the classification and presented the guideline for exhibition arrangement to promote the learning of children in the science museum.
The findings revealed that the concept of “From Past to Future” compared the audience to the explorer learning science through time in the science museum by applying the 5 senses (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, skin, and muscle) for learning and understanding through direct experience. The architectural design in color, shape, furniture, and free space arrangement from the entrance to the exit facilitates the high-quality learning of the audience, and is the guideline for exhibition arrangement that reflex the knowledge effectively.

DEVELOPMENT OF FACIAL SERUM PRODUCT CONTAINING ROSELLE (HIBISCUS SABDAIFFA L.) EXTRACT

Performs some physical properties test Stability, hypersensitivity test and product satisfaction in volunteers. The statistics used were mean standard deviation. One-way ANOVA was analyzed and compared the paired mean according to Paired Samples Test. This Research results found that Development of Facial Serum Product containing Roselle extract there are 4 formulas with extracts 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5 all of formula are stable. There was no product allergy in the volunteers. The satisfactiontest of skin care products containing Roselle extract showed that. The subjects were satisfied with the product formula 2, the concentration of Roselle extract at 0.5% had the highest level of satisfaction. When comparingthe differences between the 3 formulas, it was found that no statistical difference was found at the 0.05 level (p < 0. 05) and was able to develop a prototype of a facial serum containing Roselle commercialized.

DEVELOPMENT OF SCENTED SAND MOSQUITO REPELLENT PRODUCTS FROM POMELO

Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the main health problems in Thailand with many deaths per year. The record of Department of Diseases Control reported a dead case and 1,621 cases. The majority was among age 15-24, followed by age 25-34. (DDC, 2021) The best way to prevent disease is mosquito bite prevention. Common products in the market are DEET, Ethyl Butyl Acetylamino Propionate (IR3535) and Icaridin (Picaridin). However, their side effect to human need to be concerned. (DMSC, 2021) Herbal with less human side effect were introduced such as Citronella, Basil, Bergamot and Pomelo. Samut Songkram province is the famous place of pomelo, so we decided the objective to develop the product of Mosquito Repellent by pomelo as the product development research. Requirement and satisfaction of the consumer on Scented Sand Mosquito Repellent were collected and analyzed. 7 steps of production were studied and developed to be 3 fragrances as original pomelo, citronella pomelo and lavender pomelo scent. The scents should strong enough for mosquito prevention without human disturbance. The value of the product was increase up to 1.6 times and consumer satisfaction was in high level as scored 3.76+0.80. This concluded as the Scented Sand Mosquito Repellent is effective to prevent mosquito and can be developed with other scents. It got high customer satisfaction score so we should promote the product not only to increase income of the local people but to reduce the waste product of pomelo shell every year.

EMPLOYEE WELFARE SCHEMES AND JOB PERFORMANCE; A CASE STUDY OF PUBLIC HOSPITALS IN BANGKOK

This research paper aims to study how employee welfare schemes affecting job performance of employees of public hospitals in Bangkok. This study was a quantitative research study that utilized a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sample consisted of 150 hospital officers. Data were analyzed by a statistical package and presented descriptive statistics in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and regression analysis for inferential statistics. The results showed the model employee welfare schemes affecting job performance of employees of the public hospitals in Bangkok as follows: employee welfare schemes = 2.586 + (0.157 * economic welfare) + (0.220 * health welfare) which can explain job performance of employees of the public hospitals in Bangkok at 62.4 percent and there is a standard error in forecasting equal to ±.0.432 The contribution of this research is to exploit the results from the study as a guideline policy for the improvement of human resources development and organization efficiency of the public hospital in Bangkok.

Nowadays, people are becoming more aware of sustainability issues due to technology and urbanization. Many businesses have a way of building their brand image by organizing sustainability projects, especially brands in Thailand and Italy. But there is no data indicating that such programs can help drive consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this research was to examine whether a business's sustainability initiatives had an impact on consumer decision-making. This research employed a quantitative study using online questionnaires. There were 81 respondents in Thailand and Italy. The results show that businesses should adhere to environmentally responsible and sustainable programs which have a positive impact on their image. However, consumers in our sample had a moderate consensus that a company's sustainability initiatives influenced their purchasing decisions.

FACTOR AFFECTING STUDENTS’ DECISION TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM THE SHOPEE AND LAZADA PLATFORMS

The objective of the study was to compare the factors such as personal factors, marketing factors and communication factors between Shopee and Lazada platforms that affect the buying decision from students in Bangkok. This study was the quantitative research using the questionnaire to collect data from sample group of college students in Bangkok. Data was analyzed by using average and Chi-square statistic to test the research hypothesis.
The finding indicated that most of the samples were female, age 19 years, with average income 5,000 -10,000 baht. Most of them have behaviors of buying products from the Shopee and Lazada platform around 1-3 times per month and they choose the price lower than 1,000 baht. According to hypothesis testing results, it was found that personal factor which was the different gender made different buying decision on Shopee platforms, without finding different decision on Lazada platform. While the income did not affect to the decision making of students, the marketing factors as well as communication factors affected to the students’ decision to buy product from Shopee and Lazada.

Data were collected from unstructured interviews by using fishbone diagram as a data analysis tool for warehouse space management and applied the ABC analysis concept as a tool to improve the efficiency for warehouse management of XYZ company limited. The result of the study found that warehouse management with the concept of ABC analysis can increase the efficiency for warehouse management of the case study company. The main cause of problems and processes that affect the efficiency of work in the warehouse is caused by a "Waste of Space" that results in "Lost Products" including causing delays in picking products due to the lack of systematic space management in the warehouse. After warehouse management with the ABC Analysis concept, it was found that it could be better in organizing the area, increasing the work performance, setting cycle count policy, and reducing lost products, resulting in increased warehouse management efficiency, thus making customers satisfied.

AN ANALYSIS OF ELECTION TRENDS IN THAILAND 2021

Thailand, located in Southeast Asia, plays a vital role among other ASEAN nations. Its strategic location has helped it become a major hub for tourism, medicine, and manufacturing. Although Thailand has had political instability due to certain factors, it claims to have a democratic government that has recently announced that a general election will be held in 2023. This study examines recent elections in the country and provides a critical analysis of them by reviewing relevant documents that have been published. The research also intends to find out if there are any emerging trends in Thailand related to the elections that were held, especially in Bangkok and other central provinces. The research has found that a single party will not be able to dominate the elections, and there is a growing trend of coalition parties that will dominate the future elections. The study also found that major contributing factors to attracting more voters are new faces in leadership, introducing policies that are attractive to the younger generation, and avoiding populist policies that would tarnish the image of the party in the long run. Moreover, major political parties would have to ally with smaller parties by compromising leadership and policies to entice the younger generation. The study has also drawn conclusions based on the findings and has provided suggestions.

THE IMPACT OF 4ON TO THE ON-SITE MODEL OF ENGLISH TEACHING IN SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN SUPHANBURI

This study was carried out in order to determine that whether 4ONs teaching model affected to new ON-SITE teaching model of schoolteachers in Suphanburi after the COVID-19 pandemics has gone. The purposes of this study were to find out the new ON-SITE teaching model of secondary school teachers before COVID pandemics and to study the impacts of 4ONs on the new ON-SITE teaching model after COVID pandemics. This study was survey research. A total of 120 lower secondary school teachers in ten districts of Suphanburi Province were selected as a population of this study. The instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire. Teacher status, teaching model and teacher opinions were gathered. Statistics used for data analysis was frequency, percentage, rank and mode. The results showed that before COVID pandemics, teachers mainly applied ON-SITE teaching model into their classes and slightly blended to the 4ONs ones while during the pandemics, teachers mainly applied ONLINE teaching model into their classes and slightly blended by
ON-SITE and the rest of 3ONs. About the their opinions, teachers mentioned that there were mainly differences of new ON-SITE teaching model in the dimensions of LEARNING Procedure and the new ON-SITE models will be mainly affected by 4ONs teaching model in the dimension of Media and technology.

ENHANCING ENGLISH READING COMPREHENSION SKILLS OF UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS THROUGH COLLABORATIVE STRATEGIC READING INSTRUCTION

This quasi-experimental research aims to 1) investigate the effectiveness of Collaborative Strategic Reading instruction on students’ English reading comprehension and 2) explore the satisfaction of students toward learning by using Collaborative Strategic Reading instruction. The sample group of this research was randomly selected 45 eleventh grade students who enrolled in the English Reading and Writing 3 (En32205) course in the first semester of academic year 2022 of Bandugwittaya School, Udonthani Province. The research instruments consisted of 1) reading comprehension test (pre-test and post-test), 2) three lesson plans, and 3) the questionnaire asking for the satisfaction of the students toward learning by using Collaborative Strategic Reading instruction. The data were analyzed by using means of standard deviation and t-test (Dependent Sample). The results showed that 1) students’ post-test scores after receiving collaborative reading instruction were higher than the pre-test scores at the significant level of .05, and 2) the satisfaction of the students toward learning by using Collaborative Strategic Reading instruction was at the high level. It can be concluded that students’ comprehension was improved and have a good attitude toward learning by using Collaborative Strategic Reading instruction.

A STUDY OF DEMOGRAPHIC AND MARKETING FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DECISION-MAKING OF LAOTIAN MEDICAL TOURISTS IN CHOOSING UDON THANI PROVINCE AS A MEDICAL TOURISM DESTINATION: A CASE STUDY OF BANGKOK HOSPITAL UDON THANI

This study aimed to analyze the demographic and marketing mix factors that influence the decision-making of Laotian medical tourists towards choosing Udon Thani province as their medical tourism destination and offers a case study of Bangkok Hospital Udon Thani. A sample comprising 354 respondents was collected in the study areas selected. The collected data were analyzed by ANOVA (F-Test) and multiple regression analysis. The results demonstrate that demographic factors affect Laotian medical tourists, influencing their decision-making in choosing Bangkok Hospital Udon Thani as their medical tourism destination. This study also finds that the marketing mix 7Ps factors influence the decision to choose Udon Thani province as the medical tourism destination. The most significant marketing mix factors are People factors while the less influential factors are Promotion and Physical Evidence. In terms of improvement in service marketing of Bangkok Hospital Udon Thani, consideration should be made with regard to the marketing mix 7Ps leveraging both the most influential and least influential factors to develop a medical tourism destination for the Greater Mekong Sub-region, creating a new segment of tourism for Udon Thani province.

The study evaluated the environmental performance of Nong Bua Lamphu Municipality As a result, methods for efficiently solving these environmental problems were sought. The present research aimed at studying good governance in environmental management, the problems and obstacles, and Factors Affecting to Good environmental governance in Nong Bua Lamphu Municipality for the local authority in Udon Thani. Data were collected between June – July 202. Factors Affecting to Good environmental governance about 6 dimensions of principles of good governance: equity, integrity, transparency, public participation, accountability, and efficiency and effectiveness. It was found the strengths included leaders of local government organizations, environmental strategies, creating a good culture in the local government organization, and public participation. Lessons for other local authorities are the vision and commitment of the executives, focusing on conserving resources and the environment, strengthening communities’ capacity, and promoting participation in the community. These principles in turn helped make the Nong Bua Lamphu Municipality to local government organization authority as well as a highly-successful organization in terms of environmental management.
