Study of factor influencing the research of academic support personnel, College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

The objectives of this research are 1) To study factors that influence the research of academic

support personnel, College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat

University and 2) To compare factors that influence the research of academic support

personnel, College of Logistics and Supply Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The

sample group used in the research consisted of 28 academic support personnel using

purposive sampling. The tools used in research are Measuring the level of factors that

influence the research work of academic support personnel. College of Logistics and Supply

Chain, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. It is a 5-level rating scale, analyzed using

frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The research results found that Overall, the factors that influence research work are at a high

level ( X= 3.88, S.D.= 0.39) and when considered individually, the average values range from

0.73 to 4.15, which is at a high level. and the standard deviation values ranged from 0.38 to

0.66 by the knowledge factor in research work. has the highest mean ( X= 4.15, S.D.= 0.46)

Followed by research skills ( X= 3.88, S.D.= 0.64), agency policy ( X =3.78, S.D.= 0.38) and

knowledge sources for research and study had the lowest average ( X= 3.73, S.D.= 0.66)

respectively
