Since the reputation of high quality will draw more and more registrations which would result in high revenues for the university. There are two quality improvements which is quality improvement of teaching and quality improvement of managing the courses. It is vital have quality enhancement for communication training session based on objective data. The aims of this study were to investigate both quality improvement of teaching and quality improvement of managing the courses and to offer guidelines to improve both types of qualities. To obtain the results to the research objectives, this study had been conducted by utilizing mainly a method of qualitative method. For data collection, it is important to design and develop in-depth questiones to elicit data from the trainees. The in-depth questions were used with a sample of 20 trainees who were registered with communication training programs during the first quarter of fiscal year of 2018. The findings from with study revealed that there were high level of satisfaction with both quality of training and quality of the managing of the communication training programs. However, there were a gap to improve both quality of training and quality of managing. Suggestions from the study included, first, it was vital to separate the classroom with students of different level of proficiency. Second, allow a flexible time to learn and should be able to learn some materials online. The management of information technology<br>can be measured by the level of satisfaction from their major users. It is imperative for the<br>office of information and technology in the campus of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to<br>obtain regular feedback and valuable suggestions from students, staff, faculty members, and<br>top level of university’s management. To gain a high level of satisfaction from major users<br>reflects successful management of information technology office. The purposes of this<br>research were to conduct a survey and examine vitality of factors of management that<br>affected the high level of satisfaction from the perspectives of students, staff, and faculty<br>members. This study employed quantitative research study which surveying with 100<br>students, 50 staff, and 50 faculty members who were the regular users of services of<br>computer technology office and who showed a willingness to provide honest feedback, and<br>straight comments and valuable suggestions. Statistical analysis and statistical description<br>were performed by using modern SPSS program. Frequency, tabulation, mean, and standard<br>deviation were used for data analysis and generated findings. The findings of this survey<br>revealed that the majority of representatives reported a high level of satisfaction the office of<br>technology information with the overall mean was 4.63 with SD of 0.8791. There was no<br>significant difference between the three groups of students, staff, and faculty members. The<br>key factors contributed to the high level of satisfaction included high quality services, flexible<br>time and policy, and offering modern and upgraded computers and facilities. There were<br>three important suggestions. First, there should be regular trainings about new software<br>applications. Second, the trainings should be separated with the different needs and level of<br>proficiency of students, staff, and faculty members. Disruptive technology means any enhanced or new technology can replaced and disrupts an existing technology in higher education. Many examples of the obvious disruptive technology in classroom such as smart phone, social networking, online learning, class block, podcasting, artificial intelligence, and etc. In other words, there is a new way of learning with the use of new technology that initially does not exist or meet the expectation of students and teachers. The main objectives of this study were to identify the emerging impacts of disruptive technology on higher education institution in Thailand as well as suggest ways to adapt to the situation of disruptive technology in higher education. By using a group of academic and experts to be in a focus group, a method of quantitative research techniques were utilized to a more understanding of effects of disruptive technology in today world and in the near future. A total of 30 sample group were selected from a variety of higher education organizations and policy maker in higher education field. The findings of this study revealed five important things. First, many academicians were still confused between disruptive technology and sustaining technology and its effects. Second, it is clear that there is an urgent need to train both students and teachers about the effects of disruptive technology. Third, it is vital to set up a plan to capitalize the benefits of new technology. Fourth, it is imperative to design curriculum to fit with disruptive technology. One of the important changings that affect the modern world of higher education is disruptive technology, especially online learning. In fact, online learning has been offered both formal ways and informal ways. General public can use online learning by paying money or non-paying money. Specifically, the objectives of this study were to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of online learning as well as to examine the opportunities and challenges faced by the higher education institutions. This study utilized qualitative method. The population of the study included many staff and faculty members from many different universities who were involved with various form of online learning programs. The sample group were about 30 staff and faculty members who were willing to be in focus group and subject to an in-depth interview. The interview protocol consisted of four general domains: listening, gramma, comprehension, and vocabulary. The findings of the study revealed that online learning programs were becoming a significant part of higher education learning and training. However, the success rate of learning online without close monitoring were very low. The growth of competition in tourism from ASEAN nations and international nations every year forces Thailand to offer new ways of tourism. It is imperative for Thailand to create an important Strategic plan for marketing and communication to develop Thai cultural tourism. The objectives of this study were to examine the strategic plan for marketing and communication to develop Thai cultural tourism effectively. This research employed qualitative technique. The focus group consisted of three main groups: public sector, private sector, and community. The research started at the first quarter of the year 2019. The findings of the research revealed that there were some weakness of the strategic plan for marketing and communication to develop Thai cultural tourism which were the lack of cooperation of information and work collaboration among public sector, private sector, and community. Most of the projects in campus involved the use of effectiveness of systematic planning of information system to reduce cost of times and money, therefore, the success of systematic planning has a big impact to students, staff, and faculty members who may rely on high quality of information system directly or indirectly. The close observation of systematic planning is to ensure that the vitality of progress as expected and as planned.<br>The objective of this research was to gain formal feedback from those who involved in the operating of the systematic planning of information system. This study employed mainly qualitative research method to induce the understanding of what were key factors to the success of systematic planning of information system to ameliorate the level of success of the related campus projects. This research method used an in-depth interview and small focus group of staff. In fact, about 20 staff who were involved in the implementation of the development of systematic of information system from semester 2, year 2019. A total of 10 female staff and 10 male staff were selected randomly. These sample groups were willing to participate in the in-depth interview. The findings revealed from 20 respondents of this study showed that there were four important factors that had impacts on success of systematic planning. First, the important need a full participation from both staff and management level in the computer and information system areas. Second, for each phrase of the systematic planning, the budget must be allocated when there was a real evidence of progress. Third, each project development must be implement strictly according to the plan approved earlier. The mobile devices are popular and can be used to surf the Internet. Applications on mobile are very important things for our lives. It can be native run on the mobile devices. The application can access to mobile camera through its operating system library that can be run very stable compared with web application. In this paper, the augmented reality application for education on android operating system is proposed. This technology uses the camera of the mobile device to capture the marker on the document and show the result on the screen. There are user interface designing and augmented reality &amp; contents mapping parts in this research. Our application is built and executed on Google Pixel 2 which is the standard smartphone for android provides by Google. User interface of this application is very easy to use and improve the user experience in this work. The results show that our application can be run on Google Pixel 2 and can be used to capture the markers and show augmented reality objects correctly. The objectives of this research were to survey the level of satisfaction of students who were in the training room with the knowledge of geographic information system and to offer some suggestions to improve the training for future students. This study employed a quantitative research study which was conducted by interviewing 200 students in the training room for geographic information system. The findings of this study revealed that the trainees of geographic information system reported a high level of satisfaction. The purposes of this study were to investigate key success of modern organization management from the perspectives of university employees as well as to offer ways to enhance human capital of the university. To gain the important findings, the research chose the quantitative research method to generate results and was utilized with 150 university employees. The sample groups was determined by male and female with equal ratio. The questionnaires were designed and developed with a sample of groups of employees. Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University offered many English trainings every year and it is vital to monitoring its quality to enhance the English potential for students. The aims of this study were to enhance the quality of English training programs and to enhance the effectiveness of the process of English training program for students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. In order to obtain the findings for research questions, this research focused the study by using quantitative research technique. The sample group consisted of 286 students both male and female individual who had experience in enrollment of English training. The study conducted at the first quarter of the year 2019 and the study areas was conducted at the main campus of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The findings of the research revealed that there were five improvement of the English training. First, the process of conducting the training must be clear with listed objectives. Second, English training must be designed to fit with the needs and wants of the students. Third, the complaints from students must be handled properly. Fourth, the students’ enrollment must be high enough to cover the costs. The aims of this study were to investigate ways to enhance the quality of public relations on the social media as well as to increase the effectiveness of the news and the reach of public relations. The population were all student and employees of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample, by using Taro Yamane method, was about 286 persons. In order to find the answers for research questions, this research employed quantitative research technique. The sample group consisted of 200 staff both male and female from three main groups: technicians, administrative, and secretary. The study began at the first quarter of the year 2019 and the research areas was conducted at the main campus of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. It is imperative to offer new ways to enhance the quality of employee training in campus that aims not only to reduce cost and time but also to enhance the quality and results in better productivity and higher performance. The objectives of this research were to investigate the attitudes of employees who registered for training programs and to examine ways to improve the employee trainings at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University that affecting the work performance effectiveness as well as to offer some valuable suggestions to improve the level of quality for employee trainings in campus. To reach out for the answers and the findings, the quantitative research method was utilized with 332 university employees who had experiences with many forms of trainings in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok, Thailand. The questionnaires were used with a sample of groups of employees who were registered with many different forms training programs during fiscal year of 2018. The findings from with study revealed that there were positive attitudes and high expectation of employees before registered for the training. The majority of the employees, reported after the training, that most of the training method, format, quality, and topics had met with their expectation. Overall, they reported a very high level of satisfaction. Suggestions from the study included, first, there was a need to use more external trainers who possessed national and international qualifications. Second, there should be a mixed of training both in the classroom and there should be able to learn some materials online. The success of English training programs depended on many factors such as the qualification of trainers, the readiness of students, and the organizing of staff and teamwork. However, one of the most important things that became the focus of this study was how to reduce many unnecessary steps and process of registration system for training programs. The objectives of this study were to examine the development of registration system of English training programs at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University as well as to reduce unnecessary step and process and increase the level of satisfaction of register system. This was an action research which conducted during January to June 2019. Data collection was done by interviewing sample group of 20 students who were in English training program. The findings revealed that there were many problems that increase the setup time for registration. First, the computer hardware was an old model and did not allow students to access the modern registration web. Second, students did not know their level of English proficiency and did not take time to do the practice test which available online. Third, the program should have both Thai and English to ensure that students could understand how to follow the instructions. Fourth, the system development should be under google form. It helps to focus on what the university and each department can spend the money and to use the money effectively. There are four important ingredients of doing the university budgeting which are speed, accuracy, quality, and integrity. However, it is important to comprehend the long and tedious process of university budgeting. The objective of this study were to investigate the level of comprehension of the budgeting process as well as the ability to follow the three important ingredients of work process or speed, accuracy, and integrity. The sample group were a group of 200 staff who were working at department of plan and strategic of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The study time was about three months. Data analysis was performed with the use of SPSS. This was quantitative and qualitative research analysis. The sample group of an in-depth interview revealed that there were often conflicting issue between speed and accuracy, accuracy and quality, and speed and integrity. It was very difficult to achieve four important ingredients. Therefore, first, there was a need for time line to measure the speed. Second, there was a need for checklist to measure accuracy. Third, there was a need for benchmark standard to measure quality. In modern world, the formal complaints, which required an individual to show their real identity, was very low, whereas, the informal complaints often pop up on social media. University image also depended on the way the university handle the complaints. It is imperative for university management to set up a team to improve the image of the university and handle complaints effectively, especially with speed, accuracy, and how to repair the good university image. The aims of this study were to investigate the students’ opinion on the process of complaints, to compare students’ opinion according to gender, age, years of education, and department, and to ensure the awareness of the similar complaints to all staff. The population were all students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The sample, by using Taro Yamane method was calculate but due to limited resources, the sample was about 200 persons. The quantitative method was employed with the use of Likert-Five-Scales questionnaire. The findings from with study revealed that the majority of respondents had a high trust that the university would hear their case fairly if they filed the formal complaints. However, the burden of prove, in the beginning, belonged to the students and this made it hard for students to reveal their identity and submit the proof of evidence. The university, however, was required to respond to all cases with speed, accuracy, and equity. The process should be done case by case. In terms of informal complaints, the university may also respond case by case to provide mainly the correct information about the situation, but not aim to debate online.</p> Jitkanya Pimpa Phatthanan Hiranrithikorn Copyright (c) 2019-10-31 2019-10-31 72 75 SATISFACTION OF SERVICE QUALITY OF SMALL HOTELS. http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSBERLIN2019/article/view/642 <p>Small hotels in Thailand are so significant to the success of the Thai tourism. Small hotels offered good quality services with low prices to many middle income and low international tourists who often travel in Thailand for a long period of time. The measurement of satisfaction is important feedback for small hotels to find the ways to enhance its service quality to match with the international tourists’ expectation. The objectives of this study were to survey the level of satisfaction of service quality of small hotels in the Bangkok, Thailand as well as to offer the suggestions from the international tourists to improve the service quality that expected by the international tourists. A total of 200 international tourists, 100 male international tourists and 100 female international tourists in the sample group, from many different countries who were staying at the small hotels in many districts around Bangkok vicinity was randomly selected for an interview survey. The English questionnaire was designed to elicit some important insight information. The finding of the study revealed that the majority of international tourists reported a high level of satisfaction with overall service quality. There were no differences between male and female sample in terms of level satisfaction. There were five items in the ranking list of high level of satisfaction such as food &amp; drink services, information services, housekeeping services, front office services, and spa &amp; massage services. The objectives of this study were to survey and identify the level of satisfaction of service quality as well as to suggest a better way to make a big improvement. In order to obtain the answers for this research, a mixed method of both quantitative and a qualitative research techniques were employed. A total of 200 samples was interviewed by using English survey questionnaire and 20 informants was selected from a pool of regular international customers. These sample group must be international customers who used the campus services regularly. The findings of this study indicated that students’ level of satisfaction of online training were high but not very high. By employing a qualitative research technique, a total of 15 main users who were in computer labs from various departments of university at the summer of the year 2018 was subjected to an in-depth interviewed. An in-depth interview was designed and conducted to gain more in-sight information from these 15 respondents: students, staff, and faculty. The findings from the respondents revealed that they were satisfied with service quality offered information services counter. Overall, the service quality had met their expectation. However, there were some suggestions from their feedback and straight opinions that can help to improve the service quality. There are five suggestions from this study. In fact, it is imperative for the computer labs to improve human resources by learning specific knowledge and skills to improve service quality. The main purposes of this study were to investigate the level of satisfaction of using computer labs from three major groups: students, staff, and faculty members.<br>This research study employed a quantitative research which using the specially designed questionnaire to interview with three different groups: students, staff, and faculty members. Fifty of each group were selected from the regular users of computer lab and they would be asked to provide detailed information. Data collection, from these samples started at semester one of year 2019. The findings of the research can be reported that there were high level of satisfaction from students, but only medium level of satisfaction from staff and faculty members. Certainly, there was a need to have quality improvement for lab assistants to be more professional and to provide new better services.<br>Suggestions from the findings and discussion included four methods. The results of the study can be summed up that there are very alarmist about the trend of using email in office and there was a shift from heavy dependent on email to other social media such as Facebook and Line due to the more exciting features and easy to use on cell phone. The younger employees tend to use other social media for communicating than the older employees who still use email for their official work. However, from Taro Yamane method, the sample size was calculated to be 400 from first quarter of the year of 2019.<br>Statistical analysis was conducted with the uses of SPSS program. The purposes of this study were to find the effective ways to develop the systematic process of monitoring disbursement document of the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University as well as to provide some valuable suggestions to enhance the quality of monitoring disbursement document. This study employed mainly a qualitative method by using an in-depth interview with 15 people who were working in the areas of disbursement, academicians who studied about fund and disbursement, and managers who supervised funds, budget, and disbursement. The data collection and data analysis were conducted from the focus group to generate findings for this study. The findings of this study revealed that the majority of respondents often used a PDCA model which is Plan, Do, Check, and Act. Also, they reported a very high level of satisfaction from using the PDCA model. There were some advantages of using this model: easy to understand and implement, low cost, and comparable results. Service quality enhancement is the number one goal and need to be both effective and efficiency in terms of time, cost, and productivity. The main purposes of this study were to survey the level of satisfaction in two areas quality of parcel delivery in campus: speed and accuracy. This study employed quantitative research method in order to provide answers for the research questions and research objectives. A total of 100 staff and faculty members who were the main users of this services at the first quarter of the year 2019. Data collection was conducted to obtain their level of satisfaction. Ten of similar sample group was selected to conduct as a pretest to obtain more insight information of how to improve research tools. Statistical description and analysis were performed by using mainly SPSS program. The results of this survey research can be reported that the majority of staff and faculty members had a high level of satisfaction with a mean of 4.62 on the speed of delivery, but had a lower level of satisfaction with a mean of 3.90 on the accuracy of the parcel delivery. However, the majority of both users has a high level of satisfaction with a mean of 4.01 on the parcel delivery notices and pick-up process. Most of the projects involved the huge cost of times and money and the success of each official project has a big impact to students and faculty members who may rely on the particular projects directly or indirectly. The close monitoring of each project is to ensure that the project progress as expected and as planned. The aims of this research was to gain formal feedback from those who involved in the operating of the official approval projects. This study utilized the qualitative research method to gain the understanding of how monitoring the official approval projects benefiting the university and to search for better ways to ameliorate the level of success of the approval projects.<br>This research method used an in-depth interview and small focus group of staff. A total of 20 staff who were involved in the implementation of the approval projects for semester 2 of the year 2018. About 10 female staff and 10 male staff were selected randomly. These sample groups were willing to participate in the in-depth interview. The findings from 20 respondents of this study revealed that there were four important factors that had impacts on success of monitoring. First, all approval projects need a full participation from both staff and management level. Second, for each phrase of the projects, the money can be disbursed only when there was a real evidence of progress. Third, each project must be implement strictly according to the plan. The objectives of this study were to monitoring the effectiveness of finance office management and to monitoring the problems solving regarding budgets and projects. By using a qualitative research technique, a total of 20 staff was invited for an in-depth interview to gain insight information. Ten staff and ten faculty members was selected from a pool of those who regularly doing business with the finance office in campus and had sufficient knowledge and understood the process of finance office. The findings from the focus group unveiled that they reported the overall image of finance office is excellent and trustworthy. There were many strengths of the finance office such as accuracy of financial document, quick response to the problems, knowledgeable staff, positive attitude about services, and high quality works. In general, the focus group reported the finance office management was considered as very effective and high performance. The findings from the respondents revealed that they were very satisfied with campus working conditions with the overall mean of 4.63 and standard deviation of 0.8734. To reach the findings and suggestions, it is important to use a quantitative research technique. A total of 100 main users of campus financial document from various departments of university at the summer of the year 2019 was subjected to a survey. The findings from the respondents of this study revealed that they had a high level of satisfaction of both speed and accuracy of the financial document. The mean average for factor of speed was 4.56 with standard deviation of 0.897 while the mean average for factor of accuracy was 4.49 with standard deviation of 0.912. The purposes of this study were to survey the level of satisfaction of students for registration services and the benefits of employees’ improvement from this special training. This research utilized a qualitative technique to gain the understanding of the research topics. A total of 25 university’s employees was selected to join the process of in-depth interview. Both male employees and female employees were selected randomly to prevent gender bias. The findings of the study can be reported that the majority of focus group concurred there were significant benefits of the training programs to employees which in turn provided the better services to students. They were selected regarding their status as five-year curriculum student teachers with the knowledge of five year curriculum and their maturity. The data collection used a semi-structured interview which cover four main questions: First, have you ever used online courses to learn English?. Second, what level would you place your ability to use English for communication?. Third, does the online course help develop your skills? (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) and fourth, does the online course help improve school evaluations? and how? It was found that online education can be beneficial to everyone. This study aimed to explore the perceived needs of fourth year students of English and non-English majors on extracurricular English-speaking activities employed in the Faculty of Education in a Rajabhat University. The study tools were questionnaires and interviews to collect both qualitative and quantitative data. The sampling groups were invited to participate in this study on systematic and purposive sampling technique included 217 and 6 of fourth year students in 6 majors in the Faculty of Education, respectively. The questionnaires elicited the overview of perceived needs of the sampling’s speaking activities they experienced in classrooms, interviews asking specific details of the perceived needs of the activities. Don Wei floating market is the popular tourist destination and have a tendency to be a national success story of tourist destination. Therefore, it is vital to conduct a study of the efficacy of tourism management to investigate the current situation and provide some valuable suggestions to enhance the efficacy of tourism management of Don Wei floating market. The sample group was about 329 tourists who provided useful information and suggestions. For data collection, Likert five scales was designed and developed for this study as the research tools. Statistical analysis was done with the use of SPSS which include mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test and one way ANOVA. Test of content validity and test of reliability were performed with a highly successful confidence. The findings of this research revealed that there were three groups of issues that had been problematic for the Don Wei floating market. First, the management of tourism was ranked at a high level. The tourism and hotel industry are distinctively inseparable. The two industries often have positive relationship. High productivity management of hotel industry in Thailand is so significant for the success of both industries. High productivity management is a measure of the efficiency of products and services of the hotel which, certainly, can lead to greater level of satisfaction of the international tourists and greater profit. This objectives of this study were to investigate both the necessary and vital factors contributing to high productivity management of hotel industry in Thailand. In order to obtain the findings of the research objectives, this research had been conducted by utilizing a mixed method of both quantitative and qualitative method. Data collection of quantitative method, it was necessary to develop English Likert Scale questionnaire survey, whereas, data collection of qualitative method, an in-depth interview was conducted with 15 hotel managers to elicit insight information from their experiences. Data analysis and data evaluation were performed by using SPSS. The findings from with study revealed that there was high success rate or about 91 percent to plan high productivity management of hotel industry at the beginning and planning process. There was medium success or about 73 percent to implement high productivity management of hotel industry. Finally, there was low success or about 57 percent to achieve high productivity management of hotel industry at the final stage process. There were some valuable suggestions from this study. First, high productivity management program required a continuous support from the top level management. Second, for every step of implementation, there must be a closely monitoring and checking to gain feedback. In fact, Service quality enhancement is vital to the success of modern hotel industry in Thailand to compete with other ASEAN nations. The impacts of highly service quality can be positively related to high level of satisfaction, positive word of mouth, and high sales volumes of repeated customers. However, due to the diversity demographic of hotel industry will have different demand for service quality. This objectives of this study were to investigate both the necessary and important factors contributing to the service quality enhancement of hotel industry in Bangkok, Thailand. In order to be able to find the results to the research objectives and research questions, this study had been conducted by utilizing a method of quantitative method. For data collection, it is important to develop English questionnaire survey to elicit insight information. The questionnaires were distributed to ten major hotels in Bangkok on the basis of convenience sampling. About 205 respondents were returned with proper answers and correct format. Data analysis and evaluation were performed by using SPSS. The findings from with study revealed that there was high success rate or about 82 percent to enhance quality at the beginning process of services. There was medium success or about 73 percent to enhance quality at the production process of services. Finally, there was low success or about 49 percent to enhance quality at the final stage process of services. There are three suggestions from this study. First, the focus on the quality enhancement should be on all three stages which help to improve to have highest success rate. Second, the quality assurance can be understand all employees and every step of services. In active learning, students need to do more than just listen and take note but read, write, discuss, and engage in problem solving. In modern higher education organizations, it is imperative to comprehend that the use of technology tools and multimedia helps enhance the atmosphere of the learning in the active learning classroom. The purposes of this study were to compare the benefits of between active learning and passive learning and to identify the benefits of technology tools and multimedia in the active learning classroom. In order to obtain for the findings for this research, a mixed method of both quantitative and a qualitative research technique were employed. A total of 200 samples was interviewed by using survey questionnaire and 20 informants was selected from a variety of departments of campus of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The findings of the study revealed that the amount of interaction time in the classroom distinguish between active and passive learning and its impacts. The respondents concurred that the strength of active learning was the encouraging of interaction and could apply the use of new information. Campus retirement benefits is becoming sophisticated under a professional management and have a direct impact to both staff, and faculty members. It is necessary for all employees in campus to have proper training of this matter. The main purposes of this study were to understand the level of satisfaction of campus retirement benefits for university employees and to offer ways to improve retirement benefits for university employees. This was a research method of qualitative research to provide the findings of both number and reasoning from questionnaire from three major perspectives namely: management, staff, and faculty members. Each of three group would consist of 21 individuals and each group would participate in a small focus group to explain their insight information and valuable comments. The finding of the study can be reported that there were a high level of satisfaction of university retirement benefits due to the fact that the system allow all management, staff, and faculty members to contribute from 5 percent to the maximum of 15 percent deductible from their monthly salary plus a generous of 5 percent from the university. The level of satisfaction of the respondents of focus group were very high for each group: management, staff, and faculty members is understandable. The purpose of this study was to compare between the old style of human resource management and modern style of human resource management in ten categories. These ten categories included recruiting, investing, controlling, planning, marketing, culture, use of IT, working environment, role of management, and role of employees. In order to find the results to the research objective, this study had been conducted by using a method of quantitative method. Data collection, it is important to develop English questionnaire survey to elicit insight information from owners of small businesses in Thailand. The questionnaires were distributed to 300 small businesses in Bangkok on the basis of convenience sampling. About 212 respondents were retrieved with proper answers and correct format. Data analysis were performed by using SPSS. The findings from with study revealed that there were five categories that required to change to modern human resource management style which were use of IT, working environment, investing, marketing, and controlling. There were three categories that still use mixed style of old and modern human resource management which were role of management, role of employees, and investing.
