A qualitative research approach is used, with a population comprising 10 warehouse staff members from Srisawat Construction Materials Store. The sample size is determined using Krejcie and Morgan's sample size table. The primary research tool is the Fishbone diagram, which aids in identifying the root causes of product damage. Following this analysis, Work Instruction (WI) is developed as a guideline for operational procedures, and a preventive maintenance plan is established for handling equipment. The findings indicate that: 1) Product damage is primarily caused by inefficient staff performance, outdated handling equipment, and the use of unsuitable handling tools. 2) The implemented improvements have led to enhanced staff performance by developing work skills, introducing rest rotations, ensuring consistent work processes, and reducing employee fatigue. The use of the Fishbone diagram to pinpoint root causes, combined with Work Instruction (WI) as a standard procedure, has proven effective. These findings can be practically applied by utilizing the Fishbone diagram to identify underlying issues and adopting Work Instruction (WI) to standardize operational procedures.
2025-01-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSBEIJING2025/article/view/1472 Integrative Interior Design for Rayong Hostel: A Sustainable Approach to Guest Experience and Social Interaction Spaces 2025-03-04T18:18:12+07:00 Apinat kongsanao s63122520022@ssru.ac.th Natapon Anusorntharangkul natthaphon.an@ssru.ac.th Preechaya Krukaset preechaya.kr@ssru.ac.th Kittisak Techakanjanakit kittisak.te@ssru.ac.th Jitravadee Roongin Kunkar jitravadee.ro@ssru.ac.th
This research presents the "Rayong Hostel" interior design project aimed at promoting agricultural tourism in Rayong Province, Thailand. Stingless bees, native pollinators of valuable medicinal plants, produce propolis as a highly adhesive, natural mixture consisting of bee secretions and plant resins. The pharmacological properties of stingless bee propolis are broad and varied, influenced by factors such as geographical location, climate, bee species, and the availability of botanical resources for foraging. The objectives of this study were twofold: first, to determine the chemical compounds present in the ethanolic extract of stingless bee propolis collected from the Community Enterprise for Stingless Bee Rearing and Propagation in Ban Khlong Don, Thailand, using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS); and second, to investigate the antioxidative and anti-inflammatory potential of stingless bee propolis. For GC-MS analysis, the injector temperature was set to 280 °C in splitless mode. The oven temperature was initially maintained at 60 °C for 4 minutes, increased to 150 °C at a rate of 10 °C/min for 15 minutes, and finally raised to 310 °C. Mass spectrometry parameters included a source temperature of 280 °C, transfer temperature of 150 °C, a solvent delay of 2 minutes, and a scan range of 35–500 Da, with a total GC run time of 40.5 minutes. Phytochemical compounds were identified by comparing their mass spectra with entries in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) library. Five major compounds—Ethyl oleate, Fumaric acid, (R)-(-)-14-Methyl-8-hexane-1-ol, Phenol, and Squalene—were identified, each showing significant pharmacological activities, particularly in antioxidative and anti-inflammatory responses.
2025-01-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSBEIJING2025/article/view/1475 Motivation and Experiential Marketing Towards Affecting Thai Tourist’s Revisit in Ranong Province. 2025-03-04T03:42:55+07:00 Aye Aye Zin s65123470004@ssru.ac.th Zerynlapas Koompetchworak zerynlapas.ko@ssru.ac.th Chontinee Yookhong Chontinee.yo@ssru.ac.th Pawanrat Saengsiriroj patsaeng9542@gmail.com
This research article is titled “Motivation and Experiential Marketing Towards Affecting Thai Tourist’s Revisit in Ranong Province.” This study employed accidental sampling, a form of non-probability sampling, employed mixed methods research design conducting qualitative research and using in-depth interviews with structured questionnaires in the Public Government and Private sector conducting qualitative research and using in-depth interviews with structured questionnaires in public and private, conducting quantitative research and questionnaires. Data were collected and subjected to qualitative analysis via content analysis. The findings revealed significant concerns: The Mekong Agreement underscores the principle of Equitable and Reasonable Utilization (ERU), though its implementation has been a subject of contention. Upstream nations, notably China, have been criticized for prioritizing their own interests, impacting downstream nations such as Thailand. Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) raise concerns regarding their sufficiency for large infrastructure projects, such as dams, which may result in considerable environmental and social consequences. The Mekong River Commission (MRC) faces criticism regarding its insufficient legal framework for the enforcement of comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs).The governance of transboundary water resources in the Mekong River involves a complex legal framework characterized by multiple regulatory layers and overlapping jurisdictions. This may result in conflicts and difficulties in coordinating efforts among the six MLC member countries. There have been requests for increased public involvement in decision-making processes concerning water allocation and infrastructure projects. The MRC has been called upon to guarantee that impacted communities are represented in these processes. The Mekong Agreement aligns with international water law; however, recommendations exist to enhance its compatibility by aligning it with global water conventions, including the UN Watercourses Convention. The legal issues underscore the necessity for enhanced frameworks and improved collaboration among MLC member countries to guarantee sustainable and equitable utilization of the Mekong River's resources.
2025-01-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSBEIJING2025/article/view/1478 A Study on Work Motivation among Staff at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University 2025-03-04T14:59:18+07:00 Chintana Dumrongsuntithum chintana.du@ssru.ac.th Somdech Rungsrisawat somdech.ru@ssru.ac.th
This study examines the motivation of staff members at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in relation to work performance, focusing on attitudes towards development and training, and their impact on staff efficiency. The data was analyzed using inductive summary analysis. The research found that the Puyo SAO plays a key role in managing the village water supply system, including establishing village committees, allocating budgets, and fostering cooperation among relevant agencies. However, several issues were identified: the village water committee lacked a clear structure, and the budget allocated for water supply management was insufficient to address the problems. Additionally, residents disposed of waste in water sources, causing debris to clog the water pump, which reduced pumping efficiency. The water also became contaminated with waste-related pollutants, resulting in cloudy and red-colored water. The study proposes several recommendations: strengthening the infrastructure of the water supply system, clarifying the structure and responsibilities of the village water committee, ensuring adequate budget allocation for water management, and engaging local communities in discussing water supply issues and solutions.
2025-01-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSBEIJING2025/article/view/1489 Antioxidant Activity and Cytotoxicity Against HepG2 Liver Cancer Cells in vitro of Phitsawat, a Thai Traditional Medicine Formula 2025-03-04T16:29:05+07:00 Palapon Chimpalee s64122301003@ssru.ac.th Ariya Deeprasert chawalit.yo@ssru.ac.th Chawalit Yongram suwadee.ch@ssru.ac.th Suwadee Chokchaisiri rumrada.me@ssru.ac.th Rumrada Meeboonya orawan.wo@ssru.ac.th Orawan Wonganan nichaphat.ka@ssru.ac.th Nichaphat kanoksinwuttipong nichaphat.ka@ssru.ac.th Nichaphat kanoksinwuttipong ariya.de@ssru.ac.th Panupan Sripan panupansr@ssru.ac.th Thavatchai Kamoltham thavatchai.ka@ssru.ac.th
This study aimed to analyze the chemical composition, antioxidant activity, and cytotoxicity against HepG2 liver cancer cells of the Thai Traditional medicine formula Phitsawat. Data gathering and qualitative analysis indicate that such activities establish various detrimental outcomes, including Economic Distortion: Grey investments can disrupt the local economy by fostering inequitable competition for genuine enterprises. This may result in market inefficiencies and impede the development of local businesses. Regulatory Evasion: grey investments frequently entail the avoidance of local laws and regulations, including limits on foreign ownership. This erodes the rule of law and may result in diminished trust in the regulatory framework. Tax Evasion: illicit enterprises may perpetrate tax evasion, robbing the government of essential revenue. This may affect public services and infrastructure development. Social and Environmental Impact: Grey investments may fail to comply with environmental and social standards, resulting in detrimental effects on local communities and ecosystems. The existence of grey investments may tarnish Thailand's reputation as a secure and transparent investment locale, dissuading bona fide international investors. Therefore, to solve the problem, addressing the ambiguities in Chinese investment in Thailand necessitates a synthesis of legal, regulatory, and collaborative strategies plus enhancing legal aspects. Regulatory Structures: strengthen current laws and regulations to address ambiguities more effectively. This entails more rigorous enforcement of the Foreign Business Act (FBA) and other pertinent legislation to deter unlawful activity. Augmented Investors must perform comprehensive due diligence to verify adherence to local laws and regulations. This entails confirming the legal status of prospective partners and comprehending land ownership legislation. Clarity and Responsibility: foster transparency in business operations and guarantee that all transactions are executed lawfully. This can foster trust and minimize the likelihood of illicit activity.
2025-01-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSBEIJING2025/article/view/1496 Marketing Mix, Purchasing Behavior, and Word-of-Mouth for Thai Street Food Vendors Located in Bangkok Among Foreign Tourists 2025-03-04T16:57:53+07:00 Pongsakon Somdee s65127313090@ssru.ac.th Nattapong Techarattanased nattapong.te@ssru.ac.th Somsak Klaysung somsak.kl@ssru.ac.th Bundit Pungnirund bundit.pu@ssru.ac.th
Street food is a significant cultural and economic component of Bangkok’s tourism sector, and understanding these factors is critical for vendors aiming to enhance their competitiveness and appeal to international visitors. These compounds were used in medical benefits and recreational uses. During the cultivation process, proper care throughout the growth cycle is crucial. One key step is nutrient flushing before harvest which involves rinsing nutrients from the plant's growing medium by watering with plain water. This process was typically done 2-3 weeks before harvesting. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the chemical composition using GCMS techniques. Also, total phenolic, flavonoid, tannin, chlorophyll and carotenoid contents were determined. The antioxidant activity of the fluorescence, leaves, and twigs from flushed and unflushed before harvest were analyzed. The results showed that the flushing process affected to chemical composition which are cannabinoids and triterpenes in twigs and didn’t affect to fluorescence and twigs. Moreover, this process increased total phenolics, flavonoids and tannin in fluorescence. Also increased total flavonoids, tannin and chlorophyll in twigs and increased total carotenoid in leaves. For antioxidant activity, the IC50 of fluorescence, leaves and twigs were increased by DPPH assay and FRAP value of fluorescence and twig were increased. For instance, CROM showed an increasing trend with the SDNN values as follows: ????̅ (SD) = 20.66 (10.48), 21.99 (9.74), 24.69 (12.32), and 26.00 (10.52), respectively. Furthermore, HRV analysis revealed an improvement in parasympathetic nervous system function, which is associated with reduced tension, decreased neck muscle discomfort, and lower stress levels among participants.
2025-01-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSBEIJING2025/article/view/1507 Application of QC Story to Solve Problem in the Process of the Lumber Production 2025-03-04T17:57:30+07:00 Thanusit Srisuksai s65122546007@ssru.ac.th Ruedee Niyomrath ruedee.ni@ssru.ac.th Sawai Siritongthaworn sawai.si@ssru.ac.th Pongrapee Kaewsaiha pongrapee.ka@ssru.ac.th Phuphas Paphanaphaphum phuphas.pa@ssru.ac.th Somkeart Korbouakaew somkeart.ko@ssru.ac.th Thammarak Srimarut thammarak.sr@ssru.ac.th
This participatory action research applied the QC Story technique to solve problems in lumber production at Sutraland Company Ltd. A factory manager and foremen were involved in introductory interviews and observations. The analysis revealed that cracked lumber in the final production stage significantly impacted productivity. Data regarding defects and errors was collected over three months. The root cause was then analyzed using Why-Why analysis and brainstorming. Three main causes were found: (1) the lack of a work instruction manual for the wood drying process, (2) the lack of standards for wood grading and defect identification, and (3) inadequate training for employees. A solution plan was established using the 5W1H technique, which included creating work instructions for the wood drying process and specifying procedures, responsibilities, and performance standards for all eight process steps. Two work standards were proposed for defect identification and wood grading. Employees were trained, and the documentation was made available at the workplace. After implementing the plan, data showed that the number of cracked lumber decreased from an average of 11 pieces per month to 3 pieces per month, a reduction of 72.72%
2025-01-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSBEIJING2025/article/view/1508 The Use of the TikTok Application to Develop English Language Skills in Undergraduate Students and Educational Directions 2025-03-04T18:01:37+07:00 Thipphawan Prichamat thipphawan.pr@ssru.ac.th Narumon Chomchom narumon.ch@ssru.ac.th
This research focuses on the integration of TikTok as a tool to improve English language proficiency among undergraduate students and educational personnel. Using a combination of questionnaires, a comprehensive literature review, and data analysis, the report investigates key factors affecting smallholder agricultural supply chains. These factors include the impact of smallholder commodity prices on access to broader agricultural commodity markets, limited access to financial services, delays in agricultural technology adoption, and seasonal variations that affect crop yields. The findings indicate that smallholders are particularly vulnerable to crop price volatility caused by technological delays and seasonal variations, creating significant risks at the supply chain level. In addition, restrictions on financial services exacerbate these issues, limiting smallholders’ ability to invest in technological advances or stabilize operations during the off-season. The report concludes with recommendations for improving technical support, broadening smallholder financing channels, and price stability in smallholder markets to enhance the quality of Thailand’s smallholder supply chains.
2025-01-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) http://icbtsproceeding.ssru.ac.th/index.php/ICBTSBEIJING2025/article/view/1512 Success Factors in Leadership for Generation Alpha 2025-03-04T18:14:08+07:00 Yufei Luo s66127362030@ssru.ac.th Kevin Wongleedee Kevin.wo@ssru.ac.th
The emergence of Generation Alpha, born between 2010 and 2025, necessitates a paradigm shift in leadership strategies to meet the demands of this highly digital, socially aware, and individualistic generation.
